I was only there for my daughter see how ya at a birthday party there

It's new. It's clean. The staff is nice. But the walls are paper thin. I don't want to get graphic, but it's what you're thinking. To the point where people in rooms around us were pounding walls for our amorous neighbours to finish. People walking and in other rooms people talking. I got no sleep.

The room was amazing!! Very clean room and restroom!! Breakfast was great! The lady fixing breakfast was very nice!! Staff was great also! Very helpful!! Our favorite place to stay in Akron!!

Nick kostooff at the front desk was honest and very helpful..we forgot a gold cross on the table they found it and make sure to return it to us... The room was clean and the price was reasonable.

Nice hotel the rooms are nice but small, the shower head sucked and there was no tub. Good location around movies and restaurants

Check in during the Covid pandemic and find a used soap, dirty towel, and blood spots on my bed. They could care less about public safety. I've always stayed at Hampton inns but never again.......

So we went here as a birthday celebration for my hubby & man we were not disappointed, from the time we came in which was late, around 10p until the time we left which was the next day, everything was absolutely perfect. Check in was hassle-free, the room which was a king size was very spacious with updated furniture & t.v. a small fridge, microwave & sink, sitting area (love seat & ottoman) & all of this was combined within the sleeping area. We also were able to enjoy all the fixings of breakfast in the spacious eating area off of the front desk. I would rate this hotel 5 stars. Exemplary place to unwind & relax.

Beds comfortable, crisp linens. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Breakfast bar adequate. 24/7 coffee w chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon. Apples always available. Easy on and off the highway.

Hotel was fine. There was power outage during our stay and wasn't handled well. Management was defensive and not accommodating after the fact.

The staff is so nice here! Breakfast was great! Rooms nice and clean! Will come back next time in Akron!

Wonderful and friendly staff...especially Terrance at the front desk. Accommodations were excellent. I am disabled and the room for disabled was very comfortable. Breakfast A+, coffee A+. You cannot go wrong by staying here.

The room was very nice, and the breakfast was wayyyy better then I exspected. The omelets were so good. I will definitely stay there again

The staff was fine but temperature controls didn't seem to work and the room was very cold. My room was on the first floor, the lights from the parking lot glared into my room and the curtains didn't close. Also the plumbing was very loud, I could hear it whenever the guest in the room next to mine flushed the toilet or turned on their shower. To be fair, I could have asked to change rooms but didn't and I would probably stay here again if I am ever in the area again.

Last weekend we stayed at the Hampton Inn. The pool was very dirty. There were many kids that swam in the pool and at least 7 or more came down with a bug. I called the front desk several times , with no results. The Hampton Inn has always been my favorite hotel. So I was quite shocked to have this happen. Hopefully this problem will be corrected.

We stayed at this hotel during a long cross country drive. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the lobby decor.

Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good.they have pressed fruit juice. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Nice lobby. I heard the vacuum cleaner in the room above me. I will come back my stay was pleasant! The room was worth the price.

Our family stays here while visiting. We're always welcome to use the lobby sitting area while we visit with local family. The rooms are clean, welcoming, and the pool area is always clean.

Rooms were clean and nice. Only downside is that the water was very soft in the shower.

I love it there... great staff, Continental breakfast, coffee, juice, tea, water.

Beds are too tall. Was not that comfortable to me. Toilets don't seem to fit my fat butt they are short not very tall. 48 hours is required if you want to cancel your room. Not that impressive

The front desk staff was very friendly and gets 5 stars. The woman outside the front door begging for money brings the overall rating down to 2 stars. Not good. Another odd thing, house keeping left the paper cover on both rolls of toilet paper when they mounted them on the roll ... weird. Otherwise its a typical Hampton Inn, which is a good thing.

Newly renovated, nice and clean facilities. Excellent turn down service, very happy with the customer service overall.

Was a nice place to be at. Plenty of parking. Lots of places to stop and shop at. Pool leaves something to be desired though... As do the rest of the recreational activities. Service could be faster too.

Comfortable beds. Hot shower. No way to close curtains...only sheers to keep the bright lights of the car lot next door out. Up all night because you can't shut the light out.

Very clean hotel, GREAT staff, and in a great location. Easy access to all major highways in the area, and lots of local shopping and dining. The pool is a good size for a hotel.

Well, it's a Hampton, that's for one. Two, it's off the beaten path traffic wise. Quiet.

Traveling for the holidays and booked adjoining rooms for my family at midnight. When we arrived, we were promptly greeted and checked in by the clerk, who was friendly. The rooms were clean, as expected, and we slept soundly. Location of the hotel has easy on/off access to I-77. Complimentary breakfast is always a nice bonus.

It's a wonderful clean place, and recently redone. Well light, I highly recommend this place.

They got us a room at the last moment. The staff was great. I accidentally dropped my wallet in the lobby and the staff made sure I got it back ASAP before I even noticed it happened. Would definitely recommend.
