First to check-in for a reservation at 3pm based on their policy, and room was still not ready. After a few moments, the front desk rep found an available room. Once we got to our room, we noticed this was a much smaller room than the one we had a week prior at this hotel. It appears this room's space was sacrificed for a special Housekeeping storage room. Front desk rep didn't have any other rooms available so we were stuck with that room. I was pretty annoyed that I was paying more so he was at least nice enough to price match it to what I paid a week prior. This hotel is one of the newer ones in town, but their prices are way too high for a place that most people are just driving through and needing an overnight stay.
