Certainly all the competence and amenities I've come to expect from the chain, and the desk clerk was quite friendly. She even recognised me when I came down to get my room key remagnetised. She and my wife are both from Pittsburgh, and they chatted about the Steelers. Admittedly, there was no one in a queue behind us, but the desk clerk seemed delighted to talk with us. It really made us feel welcome.
