I had a very good stay at Holiday Inn Dubai. The rooms are quite spacious, the staff supportive and very well and neat arrangement overall. It has a swimming pool on the rooftop and a well equipped Gym, Sauna as well. The restaurant here offers probably the best food in Dubai

4 star hotel, but I give him more. Not for the noisier neighbors of India and the proximity of the thoroughfare, so great.

Room was very clean and spacious. All the necessities provided. Slept in a triple room but the third bed was a little bit too hard. Other than that, it s comfortable enough. Breakfast buffet was really good with lots of food choices and live eggs station. Rooftop Swimming pool, gym and sauna were available. Location of hotel walkable distance to mall of emirates and nearby grocery stores were within proximity.

Great customer service and good management team. Customers issues are taken seriously and resolved immediately. Mr. Moazzam front office manager and Mr. Wasif at breakfast reception are great when it comes to customer service. The rooms are a little outdated but customer service is definitely 5 stars.

Rooms are not clean and too old for the price ... Location is great and close to the Mall. Staff is friendly.

The Q BAR is a great place to watch any sport on the 10 tv's ! Bar staff are friendly and enjoy any banter/ chats........

The sports bar is cool. Also some of their restaurants also nice.

Great hotel and goodocatipn ideal if your work is it internet city which was the case for me. This location is also good due to its proximity to Dubai Mall.

Being a platinum member with IHG I get free upgrades so commenting on the room will not be a good data point.

Good place to enjoy in the evening to start a drink in bar and enjoy dinner in thai or indian restaurant.

Great hotel. Gharana restaurant, Royal Buddha are my favorite restaurants. I also like the pool and gym facilities here.

Good rooms with very helpful staffs except receptionists. Best place to rest. Whole hotel is nice scented with enough light and efficient air circulation. Breakfast is exceptionally good.

Stayed here for 4 nights with family for a holiday. I chose this place mainly due to its proximity to Emirates Mall, which is walking distance away.

Being a Spire Elite member, I was upgraded to an Executive room which was great for my daughter as it has lots of place for her to run around.

The staff and service is top notch and very helpful. There are lots of restaurants nearby to go and order from as well. Again walking from Sharaf DG metro station for other spots in Dubai.

The food is average, the bar is old and dull

Parking is challenging! But this applies also on all hotels in that area

An IHG 4 star property close to Sharaf DG metro station .. Very reasonable price for short stay , variety of cuisines restaurants , meeting rooms, and swimming pool .

I visited only once for parlour inside the hotel. Pedicure and Manicure with foot spa price is highly effective and the service is good. Can't recommend for any other service

Excellent location on Sheikh Zayed Road with easy access to Abu Dhabi or northern Emirates , the hotel have one of the best Thai restaurant in Dubai , but open for dinner only
