located not far away from the metro station. decent breakfast menu but breakfast option quite expensive.

Nice room , excellent location , free car parking , all the facilities that I need were available in the room .. the thing that I don't like is the 15 min for check-in

Qbar is great if you want to follow more then 1 sport at the same time on telly on their various screens. Great atmosphere, great music and very friendly staff!

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nice location, next to MOE , alot of restaurants next to eat , metro station is not far easy access , the hotel is nice with cool gym and nice service and staff.

Just okay, not a very good experience, first they sent me to the wrong room despite the fact I informed at the reception that I have a prepaid booking for a one room suite with balcony. Then there was a noise of water flowing through pipes during the night and it actually was very loud. The only thing good about this hotel is the location and yes, the fragrance in lobby and every floor near lifts. Amazing fragrance. IHG needs to work on the hotel. Oh yes, their balcony was super dirty and there was a used tissue paper/napkin just under the bed, it was there since I don't know when. Their staff is super slow, at the time of checkout I kept calling the desk for 15 mins no one answered. Then I called housekeeping, the person answered but no one came for the luggage for next 15 mins so I just took the luggage myself.

Update

The hotel management seems really keen to fix the issues as they have replied to my review and also have sent an apologetic email mentioning that they will look into the issues. The speed of response is excellent on review and I hope they are able to fix the issues in future.

Great spot..huge hotel with rooftop pool..nice room with fluffy bed though it's no the most modern hotel in dubai.

Very good value for money for this 4 * hotel ... a taxi army at the foot of the hotel to bring you wherever you want (prices much cheaper than in France) ..
Pool nice but the outside temperature being what it is it would need ice cubes to appreciate it

It should be rated 3 stars max...very weird rooms coordination and not so good bedsheets, with same rates you can get better stay if you needed to stay in that area

I woke up one day and I found myself itching my back .. there was bugs .. the stuff is nice and friendly but that was my problems with AC and bugs

There is a fitness gym and close to the Metro. There are many types of breakfast and it is delicious.

Room service is very good, the whole experience were nice.

We went in a group of 6 for New Year's Eve in the Indian Restaurant called Gharana. Really enjoyed the party, great food and Music. We were also allowed as part of the package to go see fireworks from the rooftop. Great music and champagne there. Lots of great food, drinks. Will definitely go again. Well done Holiday Inn.

Excellent hospitality, good road network, proximity to attraction sites

Hotel rundown and needs serious renovation. Staff very polite and helpful at every corner of the hotel. Lobby looks nice and cozy.

Specially the shisha lounge at the pool side is beautiful and great view. Don t miss that.

Chic, clean hotel with a very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Good connection to the metro. Unfortunately located directly on the highway.

Hotel location is really good as this is accessible to public transport like metro and busses, near to Emirates of the mall. Hotel staff is nice and approachable, rooms are good and service is also fine

Have been to the auditorium for a mushaira event by bazm e urdu and the auditorium seemed a nice and ambient place for conferences and presentation. Seating arrangement was in proper order and very comfortable. Also there are sofas available at the back.

The Rooftop cafe was awesome, somehow the staff which serve us there was a but cold shoulder when she was serving us as if we own her money. Bad attitude, bad service language and body language. She need to be train further on service industry. Her name is alona. Maybe she find us asian that why shes a bit reluctant serving us. When it comes into europeans customers coming here her body and service language totally change.

Dont discriminate to who ever coming to your cafe & dont look down on us. Train more Alona, and be thankful that you are accepted working here in the middle east.

Nothing special except the location. From here is very easy to connect to the malls, metro stations, city downtown abd sightseeing points.

Great place..great location and friendly staff. Very good breakfast with variety of food. Great menu they have for room service and very tasty.

This property sited close to the the railway hub, so if you want to explore the city, go shop or else you don't need to worry about your transportation.
You Will have a great breakfast ini this hotel and they served something specialized for specialized occasion.
15-25minutes to airport.
5minutes walk to the shopping mall.
It worth to try.

Clean, near Emirates mall, near the metro station, and other facilities. Its actually in middle of Dubai and above all it's on Sheikh Zaid Road.

Lovely hotel...have spa, sauna, steam....a pool that you will enjoy with this heat

As soon as you arrive there is a friendly smile greeting you at the front door offering to help with your baggage and a smooth check in service.

All the staff are very helpful and welcoming, greeting you when ever you walk past and offering to help with any requests.

Food at the onsite restaurants was of the same high standard as the service, fast and top quality.

The rooms are a decent size and have all the amenities needed and are kept clean and tidy by the cleaning team. The only small downside to the room is the sound proofing of the room which lets a small amount of leakage from the neighbouring rooms tv.

The hotel has plenty to offer from multiple places to eat to a rooftop bar and even has a saloon for women and a separate one for men and also offer a gym for traveler looking to stay in shape.

It's in close proximity to the metro station for a quick ride to internet city for work or downtown for a bit of shopping at the Dubai mall.

Would absolutely recommend and would happily stay here again.

Good service. The employees are always trying to please the costumer so sometimes it can be a little boring, but not as a downside. The swimming pool has a nice temperature and a nice view over Sheik Zayed road and Burj Al Arab. The breakfast has a lot of variety and even the Expresso is free in the included breakfast package. The rooms have a reasonable size. The beds are comfortable and you can even chose different types of pillows. The minibar has plenty of options with the usual bloated price. The TV could have more channels with English movies and series though. The bathroom is simple but practical and have the usual commodities we could expect. They always replace hair and body shampoos and you'll never miss toilet paper. Overall, it was on of the best Hotel experiences I had in the UAE.

Very good hotel a bit of a shame that you are not allowed to invite a girlfriend into the room.

Plus: close to mall of the emirates (but several hotels are closer), next to Sheikh Zayed Rd (albeit some might not like the noise).

Minus:
Overpriced Asian restaurant, the food in my standard Asian lunch joint in Texas is equally good but a fraction of the price
Room 538 in bad shape: Shower is only a sad rinse without power. TV makes strange sound when switched on. Hairdryer is blowing a light breeze, no power as well. These things do not happen in better Hotels. Vast amount of staff standing around in the lobby without any visible function or task. Breakfast servers are slow.

Needless to say that this was my last (second) stay.

Very nice and central hotel. Great pool terrace, just a bit noisy, but fantastic views of Dubai. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! Every day new warm local specialties. Metro in 5 minutes Within walking distance. Emirates Mall in 10 min. on foot. Only TOP. We will be back
