Friendly and professional staff and position of the hotel makes it perfect place for tourists. It is located near train station, bus station and Mall of Emirates is five minutes walk from hotel.

Nice hotel located within walking distance to Mall Of The Emirates, about 10 min. Close to metro, about 5 min. Shuttle bus to bla. Kite beach. The staff are nice and accommodating. It's nice and clean. Taxi to Dubai Marina and Burj khalifa cost about 30 Aed. Nice roof terrace with bar and a small swimming pool.

The night manager was rude and belligerent. They do not put the guests first. Security was overzealous, considering the seen us check-in yet they still questioned us everytime we came to the lobby. Avoid at all cost specially if you "kinfolk".

Good quality and staff kind and polite. Food is very good with different restaurant choice. A little bit too cold in the bar due to air condition. Room very good.

A sweet, tidy, and correct place. Good prices are high compared to other hotels, but a nice session in it. I wish you success and lasting success.

The rooms are really medium standard. The bathroom leaves a lot to be desired and to be cleaned !! The wardrobes don't open. The fridge with the minibar is empty.

Monotonous breakfasts. The same cold cuts, etc. Lunch / dinner also very medium and monotonous. There are no drinks with dinner except water - the rest are payable. AED 32 juice. Maybe if it were freshly squeezed ...

The only good thing about this hotel is the service. You can't complain about it because everyone is kind and polite.

had a very bad experience with the manager of the roof top shisha lounge around a month back, i believe it was Mr. Dale. he denied genuine discount available through Emirates NBD and then was absolutely unapologetic and rude in dealing with the situation. decided to pay the complete bill without any discount and never to return

Beautiful hotel, with very good service and location. Above all, I want to mention Mr. IAN DUKE at the reception, who very kindly tried, despite the fact that we do not speak English well, a language that he mastered to solve a problem.

When we extend 1 or two days that you people should consider your customers unexpected urgency. I felt some difficult in this concern. Other then ok

Also the room is cracked on the walls and makes me nervous personally.

Good food and ample parking. Excellent option for team iftar

Some of the nicest and professional staff I've ever met in Dubai. Shout out to Rumain in particular. He was incredibly professional and friendly and I felt very welcomed.

Although the room was a bit dusty in certain spots, it still had everything I needed and I didn't feel too bothered by it. The staff immediately contacted me to apologize and the duty manager at the Inn seems very diligent and hardworking to make sure guests have a good stay.

The breakfast was great too with a decent selection of foods.

Location-wise you're just a short walk away from a metro station and the hotel is easy to find as well. Considering the price of a night's stay this is probably one of the more affordable options.

10/10 would recommend!

Nice holiday inn hotel close to the metro which is really convenient if you want to go downtown Dubai. Pictures are from the 6th floor which are the best rooms.

Amazing experience and amazing staff, the room service staff Eva ensured that I had a comfortable bed at all time during my 2 months stay and the security guard Reese I believe his name we always had a good laugh together. Thanks always for making my stay feel like home

This is your typical Holiday Inn. It is a bit of a let-down for me compared to other hotels in Dubai, but that is because the company usually puts me in more upscale (and expensive) hotels. But, the rooms are clean, breakfast buffet is not bad, and staff are polite and helpful.
Right on the main road with no view to speak of, but that is to be expected in Dubai. If you are here to shop, it is easy walking distance to the mall (which holds no attraction for me personally). Good choice if you are on a budget, i suppose.

As all Holiday Inn hoteks, its clean. But i was ver disappointed, because I mean. Its Dubai. And 3verything in Dubai should meet the standards of big and luxurious. I thought the installations felt too old and too bold. But nice bed.and clean bathroom.
