Non-literate Indian staff on the basis of the hotel desirable and honest hotel is old and does not have multiple slots Avish and not where the USB USB and Pendachl 2019 and preparations are the same whether the hotel two stars or four same 4 stars imposed the best and highest

Warm welcome. The staff are very attentive to your stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. A very generous breakfast with all kinds of dishes from savory to sweet and pastries. The hotel is very close to the metro for visits

The location of the hotel is excellent and there are all the services, but inside the hotel it is difficult to deal with seldom you meet someone who talks with you Arab Indians of Pakistan and it is difficult to communicate with them Internet service is very bad

Lovely stay it's good hotel, rooms environment is romantic and tooo comfortable, staff is very alert and with respecting attitude, I do business trips for other countries but never found Holiday Inn type of comfortable hotel outside of UAE. I will prefer for all business tour people's and others tourist to visit just one time then they will recommend always the same hotel to others. I hope I found same hotel in other countries also then I can be imagine I am still in UAE Holiday Inn Hotel.

The room size is fine. Clean toilet.
Pros- clean toilet. Near mall. Convenient store nearby. Clean Gym and pool. Nice roof bar.
Con- poor internet wifi.

Great staff, good bars and most importantly a roof top shisha lounge where you can enjoy the Dubai Sky Line whilst smoking and drinking an ice cold beer.

Great budget hotel with a wide range of amenities. Best looking Holiday Inn I have been in, with a well designed lobby and great breakfast options from a variety of cultures. The pool is great, with rooftop views of Dubai. The pool is cooled which makes it great to swim in hot Dubai days. The gym however is average for a hotel at this price point. Staff were nice and always helped with any problems. The TV situation was a disaster and is the reason for the -2 stars. It was impossible to watch the world cup because it is not available on the TV's. It was only available in sports lounge in order to get you to purchase drinks and food in order to watch. This normally would not be a problem however I was stopped from entering because the bar is 18+ only (I'm am under 18), Effectively blocking me from watching my team play in the quarters. The TV in our room made a high pitched wailing noise whenever it was on (even if it was muted) and made it incredibly difficult to sleep or watch television. The quality of the TV's display was very low, It was one of those old thick TV's that are blurry and have excessive screen tearing. To conclude, the hotel is a great place to stay for a budget. But the TV's should be replaced as they are long outdated and damaged the experience for me.

Holiday Inn Al Barsha is great value for money and their MICE team is really helpful. Food is top class and.a delightful surprise. Good working gym and pool too.

One of the better hotels I've recently stayed in dubai, firstly the reception staff is great the Pakistani guy named israr was amazing as he not only upgraded me but was helpful with directions what to do where to go etc. The room was super as the executive suites are situated for least noise etc I couldn't hear a single car from the very busy Sheikh road and the breakfast was top quality offering every thing for every one including fruit etc the location to the metro and Emirates mall was a huge plus. the only incident I can remember was once in the middle of the night there was a false fire alarm which was deafening and a scare in the middle of the night but other than that this was truly a 5 star stay at a 4.5 star property

It is very clean and welcoming. The ambience is five star quality. There is a lot going on in the lobby but everyone is so helpful. There are several, delectable dining options and the entertainment is great. Check it out, it will be worth your while.

Visited the royal buddha restaurant for Friday yum cha... great deal for all you can eat inclusive of iced tea (non-alcoholic).

Hotel great located. Near the metro stop. Centrally view of the most famous Dubai hotel - "Sail" At a distance of 500 meters bus station and Ski Dubai attraction in the Mall of Emirates. Service at a very high level responding immediately. Breakfast very plentiful, everyone will find something for themselves. Whole I consider the stay very enjoyable

Value for money to say the least excellent, strategic position just a few steps from the metro, the most beautiful rooms overlook the burj al Arab which offers light shows from the sunset.

Very helpful staff, neat and big rooms, comfortable atmosphere, prime location. Only thing i didnt like is no separate gym/ swimming pool for ladies.

Perfect hotel, the price is very low. Rooms clean, service very nice. Huge selection of fresh and delicious food. The nearest metro station is next to the hotel. There is nothing to attach to. I will definitely go back there again :)

Buffet was really good a lot of choices we really love it .
The only issue I got it's about the service every morning we go down the restaurant it's on a mess they really need help to clean faster .

This hotel has everything you need to experience. Good breakfast that has a Swedish table, rooftop pool, nice service. Small rooms but the price is also not high.
