Awful experience. The hotel room was dirty and there actually were holes in the curtains that had been covered up with duct tape. Yes, duct tape! I immediately checked out refusing to stay in such a disgusting room and requested the manager call me. Two days later when no call came, I called for the mgr, I think his name was Maurice, to tell him of my experience and to make sure I wasn't charged for the room. He said he had gone to look at the room, agreed the room was in bad condition and said he had reprimanded the housekeeping mgr for even letting the front desk rent out a room in such horrible condition. He assured me the room charge would be reversed on my credit card. Well 2 months later my credit card has still not been credited back the room fee. This is one Holiday Inn location you do not want to stay at.

Really nice place, the rooms are nice and clean. There is a great breakfast buffet if you pay for it and they have a lovely outdoor area. Overall the place is nice and clean with no weird smells.

Great service from all hotel staff.

Great service from all hotel staff.
Security was polite and personable. Front desk manager made proper arrangements for any minor issues that did arise. Breakfast was a miss for me (went to late), however management made sure brunch was made available to me instead. Which was phenomenal! The hotel's pool was close due to the liner detaching amd was closed. That was my major dissapoinment. The other amenities are spot on as well. A little pricey for a 3pm check in time, especially for a wedding party.

We had a business meeting hosted here and the room was a bit cramped. Lunch was provided and was quite good each day. Parking was more than adequate. There was a nice view from the dining room and the front desk was very helpful.

Staff was nice. Room was clean. Property is in desperate need of renovations on the exterior. Breakfast buffet was $12.95, way too expensive for that buffet. Should be included with the cost of the stay.

AWFUL !

AWFUL !
No stairs access
Only elevator !
Food was awful and staff has to ration the foods like if I was in boot camp. A boot camp with a tiny budget. A GERBER food can would've filled me up more. Stay away !

Hotel is outdated and needs a renovation badly. Towels and sheets have a funny and strong chemical smell. Top sheets have various stains, which is unsettling. This is on both beds in my room.sheets are very stiff and uncomfortable. There are new mattresses however. The thermostat control cannot be controlled as you only have an option to go warmer or cooler, it cannot be turned off. The fan runs constantly. A hotel employee entered my room at 11pm and left quickly after his quick knock and quick entry. He did the same to a work colleague two doors down. Breakfast is abmissal, and offering little. Although the host is nice and respectful. Hotel front desk is also helpful and courteous. This is a location I will probably not stay at again. I am an IHG elite member, and this is one of the least liked Holiday Inns I have stayed at.
