Your typical American hotel so you know what you get. Location is ok but do need taxi which means you need to know at some Russian.

Nice place to stay in Almaty. Balance of price & comfort is good. Rooms are comfy, bed is nice, staff great and efficient. professional and friendly. Breakfast is OK and plenty of choice.

Were in NEXT - terrible service at frenzy prices! Food is not edible. Unclear banquet sets. You already take their worst the best. In general, the whole network is next complete lack of communication with customers, inside there is no obsalyutno corporate communication. As we understood, they have a large staff turnover. For regular customers there are no discounts. No more go. The idea is good, but as always, the organization of work is lame on both legs.

Was a guest at the conference. Nice spacious rooms. But there are no plugs for charging in the lobby. I did not see the rooms

The hotel is decent, but location is not close to city centre. The staff is very helpful though.

I like this hotel. Very convenient location. The staff of this hotel is super polite, pleasant in communication, smiling that you don t ask - they will instantly answer (if they don t know the answer right away, they will give an answer in a few minutes), but they will always say kind words - that's what you want to come here for - to stop or about business conferences - and the staff of this hotel - to leave a tip is much more than the usual / usually with us.
So, I advise you all to go to this hotel. Rent a room for the weekend or for newlyweds; on corporate too I recommend; conference for negotiations; and so on.
In general, this hotel Holliday Inn Hotel Almaty is worthy of your attention.

Liked the breakfast, the location of the hotel. I didn t like the room, the shower was broken, and generally too old.

It is very good hotel. It is near to Almaty airport. Gym, spa, ATM machine, restaurant etc in it. Room service is very nice. Cleaning staf are very good. The receptionist speek English language also. Very very nice staf.i want to visit again.

We had an almost free stay here through Air Astana and it was a wonderful experience. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a great selection. The reception staff were very helpful and attentive.

Good reliable clean hotel, a proven option. Good fast wifi, clean cleaning. Very decent breakfasts in the restaurant. But perhaps it's better to have dinner in a beer garden across the road - it is even more interesting there. :) However, the presence of close alternative places for dinner does not detract, but, on the contrary, increases the attractiveness of this hotel.

Good for conferences and summits... Haven't used its housing options...

Well maintained rooms, good service and friendly staff. The constant feeling that the guest here is really happy to see. It is impossible to pay anything with the help of a pay-pass (actual for the period of October 2017). Incredibly inflated prices for the bar and restaurant, even by the standards of Moscow.

This is fantastic hotel in central Almaty close to all the attractions and great room views. The staff speak English and are very friendly and helpful with a big smile and make you feel at home. Special call out to mr Rastul from front office who helped us last minute on Sunday for our local sightseeing and visit to Big Almaty lake.

It is a pity that a hotel with such a famous name has such an inconvenient location.

I sit at the seminar, the situation is very comfortable. Somewhat annoying weak sound insulation. In parallel, something goes and I hear sounds.

They provided a junior suite because there was no standard. It would seem to rejoice! But a very dusty carpet on the floor. The room has a wardrobe in which there are no coat hanger for clothes. In addition, there is a closet in which these shoulders are fixed, apparently so that no one is fired. But if there is a wardrobe, why take up space with a wardrobe ?!
Blackout curtains - which is an endless plus, but they are like a sieve, which is a minus. The hotel is located next to a multi-lane road and the noise from it is very audible, apparently there is no sound insulation or it is sooo weak.

About 30 minutes drive from Airport, rooms are neat and nice, very good breakfast. Better to arrange your own taxi , if you ask the staff to call the taxi, will have to pay twice more ;) recommend

The room was clean and breakfast was good enough. It is nice that they have ironing machine at the room. I enjoyed during my stay. However it would be better if the pillows were comfortable and the air conditioner worked quietly.
