Super park! Only at that time our farm was not completely clean we have reported this and this is super solved!

Large park with many farms. The farm we stayed in had a jacuzzi, a sauna and a hot tub. Two of the three tried out: TOP. Neat reception. This also applies to the Supermarket. The location of the park was perfect. Good base to explore Drenthe. Recommended.

Fun activities for everyone, from a beer tasting for me and for the kids to tinkering to making donuts. And not to forget those water slides.

This park distinguishes itself by offering quality on all fronts! From the cottages, the food in the restaurants, the swimming pool, the entertainment on offer, everything is in perfect order. Despite staying in high season and a fully booked park, I never felt it was mega busy. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I have seen people in the reviews complain that it is pricey. For the quality that you get in return, this is worth it! This park understands what hospitality means.

Many facilities, such as a swimming pool with whitewater rink and various slides, an indoor play paradise for the little ones, a shop, restaurants, a beach with playgrounds and sun loungers and various other activities. The houses themselves are in country style, but it is striking that the cleaning team is quickly satisfied and there are still cobwebs to be seen here and there. But definitely recommended for the rest!

The Hof van Saksen is a top holiday park. The holiday homes are neatly and luxuriously equipped. In the central building there are restaurants, sports facilities and a swimming pool that is currently equipped with the most modern slides. Near the central building there is a swimming pond with a beach and various play equipment. Children can follow a very comprehensive package of clinics, usually for free. There is also an indoor playground on site where children can go in bad weather. The staff is helpful and friendly. In our opinion a must!

Perfect for young parents with adventurous kids. The apartments are nice but could use a bit of a personal touch. The complex is essentially a large playground with lots to explore for kids of many ages.

A beautiful place in an idyllic location in beautiful Drenthe. This was the 2nd time we camped here, this time with the Corona relaxations of July 1, 2020 behind us. Everything and everyone was therefore somewhat uncomfortable and especially looking for a kind of balance. Both employees and the entire organization had to cope with measures that had not yet been properly tested as time slots for all activities, including the swimming pool. And the guests do not always find the one and a half meter society to take into account. Not only the physical distance, but also some measures were often considered unnecessary by some. This occasionally resulted in some perilous conversations, including in the pool. All in all a wonderful time with a bit of lack of sun, but you can't blame anyone after all!

The houses are good. Also nicely dressed for my wife's birthday. Resturants Excellent food Italian and bufet resturant. give 1 star less because everything closes early bowling and bounts and arcade.cafes and all that stuff .pool very nice .so all in all great park.but times may be more spacious to stay even more

Wonderful place to relax with your family. At the park are many facilities available and our house was well cared for.

Beautiful park. You pay something, but then you also have something. Spacious and open. Especially the pool with all those special slides with funnels and the like is the favorite with the kids, just like Bounz.
The hospitality industry has very acceptable prices and is nicely and cosily furnished.

Great place to visit for a quite vacation, popular with families with small children. With a beach at the lake you can swim or just sun bath. The facility includes a spa, a fantasy swimming pool, a bowling alley and resturants for your taste. You can also cook yourself in your own cabin.

This is our third time here and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful park, luxury houses, many amenities. At the park a lot for young children, also for older ones. Swimming pool with intense slides, looks very industrial. Small bowling alley and a game room with pool billiards. Also a huge climbing paradise for young children. Bicycle rental also available, and a small beach. Furnishing 6-person cottages quite luxurious, nice flat-screen TV below and above, incl blu-ray player. Electrically operated gas fireplace. Small sauna in the bathroom and a bath with extra water spouts on the side. Beds with Auping mattresses are comfortable.

Had a very nice midweek in a 10 person luxury "house". Clean, cozy and complete. I quickly felt at ease, something that lasted longer at other parks (cp). Enjoyed the sauna and hot tub in the cottage. The bed was great, slept well. Fine blackout curtains. Stair gates at the top of the stairs for the children. Everything was spacious, thought of everything. Multiple seating areas, long dining table. Nice view and nice free outside with grass and beautiful trees. The pool was nice. A great toddlers' pool, the slides are really fun, white water raft too. The rush course (inflatable boat) in the competition pool is also a challenge! Restaurants were cozy and tasty. The Harrewar playground and the craft corner the children really enjoyed, they were able to get rid of their energy. Park itself looks nice. Enjoyed an afternoon on the beach with playground equipment and bouncy castle. You can really enjoy yourself in the park. In the evening there is less to do and we found bowling on the expensive side. Had a great week!

I was sitting by the lake with my girlfriend and we are sent away. Terrible this. If I could give 0 stars I would have done that !!

Anyone looking for a holiday destination in the Netherlands ... This is the most beautiful and luxurious holiday park we have ever visited. After visiting more than 20 parks of center parcs, roompot, landal, ... we are unanimously sure that this park, which is also under landal management, is the very best.
Had a pleasant stay with family of 4, with 2 children aged 5 and 6.

Last weekend I visited Hof van Saksen. A great bungalow park for young and old. Houses are very modern in design and in terms of hygiene I rate them with a 10. My compliments to the cleaners. Staff in the park are all very friendly and helpful. They have sufficient activities and facilities. 3 days was not enough. We will certainly repeat it in the future. Then the children are also a bit older. Because they have strict rules concerning the use of slides, which forced me to swim with my 4-year-old son every day in the toddlers' pool. The options were less there. Hopefully in the future, they will also put some more attractions in the nursery school, so that even the youngest youth can enjoy water fun to the fullest. With a small adjustment I give park a 10. All in all Thank you for a great experience. You are all great.
