Requested a service call first thing this morning and was reached bright and early by the customer service staff. They indicated that Tim Mc would be our service rep and would be at our home within the hour. Tim arrived on-time, quickly diagnosed the problem with our furnace, completed a thorough cleaning and had us up and running in 20 minutes. We highly recommend Hoekstra with their extremely professional and capable group of technicians.
I just had annual service and cleaning for 2 air conditioners and 2 furnace units. Cornelius was on time, pleasant, well informed, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again. Very pleasant experience for once.
I used Hoekstra HVAC for installation of my furnace and A/C. Ernesto and Chris were the installers and I can't say enough positive things about them. They were on time, very knowledgeable/skilled and polite. Ernesto explained the entire installation process and completely answered any questions I asked. Chris spent most of his time outside working on the A/C and did a great job removing the old unit and installing the new without damaging any of the surrounding landscaping. When the job was complete, They ensured the entire work areas were cleaned and all the equipment was operating as expected. Great experience by a great crew!
Update 09/21/18 my newly installed A/C unit was making a loud noise when initially starting and Hoekstra sent out a technician named Jeff Hayley to inspect. Jeff immediately diagnosed the issue and corrected (he installed a type of transformer to help with the electrical surge). He then went on to check out my furnace inside the house to ensure everything else was working properly. Problem solved!
The service provided by Cornelius was quite professional. He was timely in his arrival and extremely helpful in explaining what he was doing in providing the annual maintenance of my furnace. We scheduled appointments for my annual AC maintenance and the Nov. 2020 furnace tune-up. Cornelius is truly an excellent representative of Hoekstra.

They came out right away the day we called. Marshall came out and diagnosed the problem and got our air conditioner running again. He ordered the A coil that was needed for the repair. Salvador came out with A coil and installed it the next week. Both Marshall and Salvador were professional, friendly and thorough. They protected our floors where necessary and cleaned up after themselves. Marshall even cleaned the fins on the condenser outside.
Cornellus was excellent, he was efficient and polite explaining what he was doing while servicing our unit. At the completion he thoroughly explained the maintenance programs available. He is a credit to your organization.
Jonathan Groboski performed a top-notch maintenance task on my carrier Heating unit including a thorough cleaning around the blower.. That level of work has not been performed in for years. The pounding noise we had been experiencing has been eliminated. My wife and appreciate the extra effort.

We had another HVAC company clean our furnace in the fall. After a couple of months the furnace quit working. (This furnace is only 3 years old.) Called Hoekstra, instead of other company, and Tim M. came out and found the issue within minutes. The other company did not do a complete job when cleaning the furnace. Will use Hoestra for next fall's cleaning!

I recently called Hoekstra for routine maintenance on our furnaces and to have 2 Nests installed. Tim Hall and Ernesto provided service over the course of 2 different days. Both technicians arrived on time, were polite and knew their jobs. The problems, which were discovered, were promptly taken care of and everything is working well including 2 humidifiers which hadn t been working before. The cost of service was reasonable and completed in a timely manner. We have used Hoekstra for a long time and will continue to do so thanks to wonderful servicemen like Tim and Ernesto.

Our air conditioner was not working. I called Hoekstra HVAC and Rob Z. came over to repair it. He was polite, professional and fixed the problem right away. He took the time to explain the problem to me and even showed me what to do if it happened again. I would highly recommend him to anyone having any problems with their AC.

AC went out, Hoekstra had someone here within an hour. Unfortunately they didn't have the part in stock on a Sunday, but had it repaired by 10:30 Monday morning.

They were courteous and very efficient at their work. Victor walked me through everything that they were going to do. Chris took the time to answer all of my AC questions. Todd explained how the new furnace would be more efficient and save us money over time. They removed the old equipment, installed new equipment and cleaned up as if they were never there. When the job was completed, they reviewed everything that they had completed and ensured that fact that I knew how to operate the new Furnace and AC along with our "Smart thermostat". The service technician Jeff arrived even before the time I expected. He was very well mannered and did a good job diagnosing what the problem was not. That was very important for me to know. We did discuss the issue at length and he helped me to better understand how my water issue related to the work of the humidifier. I was happy to note that this service was under warranty. The job was a conversion of an electric AC and electric heater to an electric AC and gas heater (in a attic nonetheless). They were very thorough, professional, clean and very punctual (they said they'd be able to finish the job by 9PM, they finished at 8PM). They more than answered any questions that were asked. Incredibly, they made magic happen by figuring out how to keep the installation routed through the interior of the house (where all other companies insisted that the installation had to be done using the exterior of the house). They did have to move some personal property in order to do the installation thru the interior of the house but treated all of the personal property with the utmost respect and care; all personal property was returned to its original placement by the end of the workday.

On a very hot Sunday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend, I called regarding a problem with our A/C. After leaving a message regarding the problem, Rob Z., the online tech, returned my call promptly and let me know he would be at our house in a few hours. He called again in less than two hours to let me know he was on his way. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem and had us on our way to being cool again! Hoekstra installed our unit and services it each year --- this is the first time I have had to call for "emergency" service and was very happy with the response!

Tim McAllister helped me immensely. My AC was down for the count on a 90+ degree day, and Tim showed up within 40 minutes (just as he told me he would do on the phone). Tim M. is an awesome technician!. He is extremely knowledgeable. He was able to detect my furnace issue within minutes and he corrected it. However, he didn't just correct it but he began to investigate why this issue has seemed to plague us. He has found a solution to the ongoing issue and I am totally grateful.
