Larry M recently came out to clean our furnace. Larry was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the inner workings of our furnace, and offered some very helpful tips on furnace maintenance and filters - very happy with our experiences working with Hoekstra over the years.

Jeff is someone I want servicing my furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how and why things run the way they do. For example, he explained why the fan from the furnace should run all the time in order to have even distribution of heat in different rooms.

Todd K was a technician who came to the house to fix a problem we have been dealing with for quite some time. He did a great job wrapping the ducts to prevent condensation from dripping off the pipes in our laundry room. He fabricated it all nice and neatly. Very personable and friendly and hopefully fixed our problem. Only time will tell. Thank you

After having our Furnace go out on New Year's eve at 11pm ( guess it drank too much ), and after calling all the "other" HVAC companies ( most of who weren't in the office for the holiday, or who couldn't do the install within a reasonable amount of time - mind you we had no heat for 2 days on the coldest day of the year ), we saw Hoekstra at COSTCO, and within 20 minutes of talking with the salesperson, we had the owner of the company on the phone in 10 min who then called one of his service techs that contacted us just 15 min after he was called even while he was on vacation in Vermont !!! Hoekstra is VERY professional, on-time, cost less than everyone else we called, and installed a new LENNOX furnace ( aka The "Cadillac" of furnaces ), 13 SEER A/C unit, and humidifier the next day in 7 hours ( trust me, it's a LOT of work they did with 3 people ). The A/C was charged in early April, but around June/July we had some minor cooling and high humidity conditions in our home. We called Hoekstra and the next day Larry Marshall showed up. Literally within 2 to 3 minutes of him walking thru the door with his meter, he immediately new that we had some issues and showed me the actual readings and told me my LaCross humidity meter was off by 10%. He got to work immediately, installed 2 or 3 other meter's on the furnace and A/C, and within 1 hour had the problem corrected......the cost....NO CHARGE. Upon talking with Larry after he finished the job, he answered clearly every question that i asked of him, and i found out that he actually teaches classes for incoming A/C tech's. He's very kind and knowledgeable, and even gave me some very useful tips. With this kind of service, and these kinds of people working for them, I'll never call anyone but Hoekstra again !!!

We were very happy with the service of Hoekstra Heating & AC Co. We replaced our old furnace and a/c and thought it would be a big messy job but the installers did a wonderful job. It was also appreciated that all the installers wore a mask because of Covid 19. We would highly recommend this company for any heating and air conditioning needs.

Hoekstra HVAC has been my "go to" company for all of my HVAC needs for over 20 years. The staff is always professional, and today was no exception. I called the after hours service number, and Rob Z. answered immediately. He was at my house within an hour, and serviced the furnace. It was a small sensor that needed cleaning, but in this frigid weather it meant my home would have the needed heat to keep us warm and safe. Thanks Rob and Hoekstra for your excellent service.

Rob z and me have a personal relationship I find that he is very good at his job and I highly recommend him for anything

Marshall did a thorough check of the furnace system after a very minor problem was solved. He found a potential problem and took care of that too. He was really good at explaining some of the system components to me, like the uv light, that I didn't know a lot about. Very friendly and helpful. Thanks, Marshall!

Tim has taken care of our heating &air conditioning for the last 8 years and has always done a thorough job.

My High efficiency Lennox furnace broke down on a Saturday morning at 5AM. Called Hoekstra and a tech came out that day and discovered a clogged heat exchanger with needed a new part. Lennox couldn't help so Hoekstra stood behind their warranty and delivered and installed a new furnace. Isal Angel arrived early, spent the day replacing the furnace. He was considerate, professional, worked constantly and did a wonderful install. He explained everything and cleaned up better than I would have. I highly recommend Isal and Hoekstra.

Beginning with working with an excellent sales advisor (Scott S.) who detailed my options in determining my choice of the furnace system to the technician (Isai A.) who installed it, I was completely satisfied. Isai explained everything prior to starting, periodically during, and after installation to make sure I was completely comfortable with how it functions. Old system removed, everything was cleaned up, Excellent work!

Detailed patient discussion with estimator, very experienced install team, tidy work, good communication. I love spending my money with such a great locally owned business. Isai and John were fantastic!

John was efficient, professional, kind and cleaned up after himself. Our furnace is upgraded and repaired and we feel more comfortable already.

Tim was great! He was knowledgable and took his time answering all my questions. He was great to work with.

Rob Zola was excellent! Professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, was very thorough, and answered all of my questions. Was with Air Rite previously, but they had a big price increase. I heard good things about Hoekstra from a friend that does commercial HVAC. I was so impressed with Rob Zola that I have requested him for future maintenance visits.

Today 2nd service call with Rob Z at Hoekstra. Like before, he was great! My furnace has reached maturity and I had several questions about a new system in the future. He is extremely knowledgeable, answering everything to my satisfaction. He is friendly and professional. Because of him, Hoekstra probably has a customer for life! He is a real asset to your company. 11/27/2018 I have yearly maintenance plan with Hoekstra. I always request Rob Z. He has been to my home several times. I have put my trust in his expertise and knowledge. He is always professional, courteous, and answers all of my questions thoroughly. I've said it before, he is a keeper and I hope Hoekstra appreciates him!

Jeff was excellent and did a wonderful job. He was professional, very nice, and corrected the problem right away for me! I would highly refer him and the company!

Our air went out on Father s Day. We called and Jeff Haley showed up 30 minutes later. He found the problem and fixed our air in 20 minutes. The temp was 93degrees but he went up in our attic to make sure there were no more problems. Thanks Jeff.

Tyler from Hoekstra called ahead and showed up early. He was polite and thorough, regarding his maintenance and explanation. He was also careful to follow policies of safety concerning Covid-19. Fast, professional, and the problem was solved. Excellent service experience.

Once my HVAC system stop working, Hoekstra came the same day within an hour. Timothy explained the situation to me and gave great advice on how to maintain the functionality of my HVAC. He fixed the issues regarding the system. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I have to say that Jeff Hayley went above and beyond to help us figure out what was wrong with our HVAC system. He had the patience and the knowledge to finally figure out what was happening and why our system was making some very strange sounds. Thank you Jeff for all your professionalism, Hoekstra is very lucky to have someone like you on their team.

From the very first introduction , eveyone i encountered was professional, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. Jackie took my call and set my appointment, brian was the sales rep that came out, Eddie, Daniel and Cornelius were my installers , who by the way did an awesome job.. Me and my wife are extremely satisfied, i would definitely recommend hoekstra to anyone. THANKS HOEKASTERAA !! LOL

I had my furnace serviced by Tim M. He has served me for several years. Overall, I find his service to be excellent. He is thorough and takes his time, but is efficient. I like him and he is a principal reason I stay with Hoekstra. Someone else is coming out to do a replacement part; I will be interested to see if I get good service from him, too.

Rob displayed diagnostic capability, persistent approach to getting a fix, and clearly explained each step in the process. He left a positive and professional impression all around.

Chris was right on time, exceptionally thorough, and a pleasure to have in my home.
