Chris called before arriving early to do our yearly AC maintenance. He did a very thorough job of cleaning the outside unit, probably the best it has been cleaned in the nine years we have had it. We were pleased with his work and the service we have received from Hoekstra.

Larry's come to our home on multiple occasions - both for regular maintenance and for emergency visit. He listens to what we have to say and offers in depth explanation of what work needs to and/or has been done. After each visit we've consistently felt like we've received fair, honest, and thorough work. He and Hoekstra are definitely the go to for our HVAC needs.

Larry M. came out to our home yesterday to diagnose a problem with our existing A/C unit. We had just had the unit installed by another company in mid-June. Larry was able to identify that the other installation was completely wrong and gave me suggestions on how to move forward. With Larry's advice I was able to recoup the money from the shoddy work the previous company did and we had Hoekstra come out again to give us an estimate on a whole new system which we are having them install. I would highly recommend Hoekstra to anyone who is having HVAC issues. They are knowledgeable and honest and actually know what they are doing. The secretary, Jacque is wonderful and so nice and pleasant to speak to. Scott came out today to estimate the cost of the new system and he's extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I'm very pleased with them!

Matt provided us with our annual inspection and servicing of our home heating unit. He was very courteous, informative, and efficient. He went the extra step beyond his normal work and corrected a minor issue that the original installers missed. We will be looking forward to having him service our unit next fall.

Chris came early and worked through the high heat to make certain our AC units worked well. Hoekstra offers great service and does the job right!

Eddie G (furnace tech) and John H (A/C) were both professional, polite, efficient, knowledgeable and I would have either one back anytime. The best. Hoekstra is fully vetted thru Costco which I love. received rebates also.

Tim H arrived to perform our annual air conditioner system inspection and maintenance. He discovered that the condenser module was weak needed replacement and we completed. This avoided future system failure.

Tim demonstrates full knowledge of the systems and has great attention to consistent detail.t. He was excellent in explaining potential reasons for this part failing.

Tim McAllister came out today to service both heaters. He arrived within the promised window, he was very professional and the price we were quoted was well worth the value we received. We certainly intend to keep having our heaters serviced with Hoekstra and asking for Tim McAllister to service them.

Chris Lopez was our tech today on a service call. Chris found that our AC unit was low on coolant and completed the service call quickly. He also taught me about my AC system since it was new to us. Chris was a great tech!

I felt very confident using Hoekstra HVAC. Everyone I worked with was very professional, competent and helpful. Dave, the engineer and V.P., did not try to oversell and is very honest. His assessment ensured that I got the right system for my home. He answered all of my many questions. The furnace and air conditioner installation was meticulously done by Eduardo and Salvador. They took pride in their work and welcomed all questions. In addition, Hoekstra will take care of the customer after the installation and the Hoekstra warranty backs that up.

Maintenance on my furnace - excellent service, on time, and polite.

I was dreading the replacement of my AC unit, but this was a very pleasant experience. Jeff did a wonderful job in assessing my needs and offering options. Salvador and Tony did an excellent job on the installation. I am highly satisfied with this company and would recommend them. As a bonus, I booked them through Costco and received a nice rebate to use on future shopping trips. Dave was the friendly guy at Costco who gave us the information to get this whole process started.

Great service by Hoekstra. We had a furnace outage on a Sunday morning and left a message for the on-call technician at the Will region number. Rob Z promptly returned my call and gave me an accurate estimate of when he could be at our home- 2 other calls to visit before he could head our way. He called when he was 30-40 minutes away and arrived when he said he would.

Rob is a very personable and friendly tech who clearly described the problem to us and what our options were to fix it. No pressure, no BS, just honest diagnosis of what could be done.

We will gladly follow through with the replacement estimate (two heating and two A/C units to replace the original 28 yr old units) we previously obtained from Hoekstra in spring. Shame on us for not pursuing the replacement following the estimate, as it now cost us more to get a service repair call on a Sunday. Procrastinating eventually catches up with you!

We were very happy with our installation 2 years ago and have a service contract with Hoekstra. Rob came yesterday. He was timely, friendly and efficient as before. He remembered some particulars about our installation and was helpful with advice about covers and filters. I highly recommend him.

Furnace didnt start up this fall and had Larry from Hoekstra out on a service call this Sunday. He not only got the furnace going but also explained several things relating to a potential new purchase. Very pleasant and informative. Thanks Larry!

Friendly professional very thorough explained all aspects of the inspection

Tim has been doing the semi-annual routine maintenance on our heating and cooling system since installation in 2011. He is PROFESSIONAL, courteous and on time with appointment. I truly believe that because Tim always performs our service, he really gets to "know" our particular system and its' idoisysyncrasies compared to having a technician who may provide service once, never to be seen again. Thanks, Tim for everything you do to ensure that any situation is diagnosed and addressed long before a "problem" is detected!

Tim is just terrific to work with. This time it was a weekend emergency call and he responded and had it corrected super quickly. The fix was reasonably priced and very thorough. He was particularly kind and understanding that we were having a medical issue at the same time. Can't say enough good things about Hoekstra in general and Tim in particular. Thank you!

Hoekstra HVAC is highly recommended, each step of the process of my new furnace project was handled expertly. The initial review of my existing system was handled by their estimator Dave, who explained each proposed step of installing a new system. I appreciated the detail of not only what they would do but the reasons behind it. When it came time for the actual installation, the technicians, John Hall & Salvador Corona were very professional, thorough and courteous. They explained each step of the process of the installation of our new furnace system. The installation was a bit complex, custom ductwork transitions had to be made up by their shop and sent out immediately. They ran across some rusted metal in the old plenum which they cut out and replaced with new. If anyone is looking for a new furnace for their house, get the high efficiency version with 2 stage burners and variable speed fan. My new system is so quiet now I can barely hear it. Kudos to Hoekstra and their team

Tim M. from Hoekstra HVAC came out today to service our air conditioner. He was very professional and honest!!! We greatly appreciated his service and would highly recommend him to others!

John H. at Hoekstra was professional, on time, quick and walked me through the entire project, including showing me pictures of what needed to be done. Prior to the start of the repairs, John put a drop cloth down to protect our floor and vacuumed all remaining dust and particles once he was done. He wore both a mask and shoe covers without me asking, which I truly appreciate these days. John was even mindful of the fact that I was working from home and alerted me when his work would make loud noises. The final price was reasonable and I wrote the check with full understanding of what was done and confident in the quality of the work performed. We'll definitely be calling John and Hoekstra for years to come!

Tyler was very clear and communicative. He performed an A/C maintenance check and held to new covid-19 procedures. He wore PPE, we had zero face to face contact (called by phone to talk), and he never had to enter the home (although we were ready if he needed to do some work).

I called in for an appointment to schedule a furnace issue. It was handled
professionally and scheduled the service in a timely manner. The service tech. was very courteous and knowledgeable of our problem and resolved it efficiently.

This is a big thank you for the new HVAC system starting with Scott who shared great insights and considerations for deciding the what system and changes would best meet our goals. And, huge thank yous to John, Chris and Tony, each of whom were incredible in how thoughtful and excellent they were with all aspects of the installation, as well as having great personalities. Everything looks great - units inside and out, electrical, lines, and duct work. The new system is wonderfully quieter with much better circulation and temperature control throughout the home. Of all our service providers in the trade industry I have worked with, Hoeskstra is one of the best. Great service from sales with Brian Meeks, follow up, install with Jonah Johnston, and supervision with Steve Binner.
They looked and every conceivable angle to insure we were getting the right product and it would do what was expected. Price was slightly higher but still competitive. As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for". Professional, trustworthy, and intent on customer satisfaction. Well done.

John Hall completed a needed repair and replacement on my new furnace in a timely manner with a friendly attitude and walked me through everything he did and why. very positive experience.

Jeff came to the house on a Saturday for me because furnace and thermostat were not working effectively. I was very pleased to find out it was a minor adjustment, Jeff explained everything and was very professional. He made sure everything was working well before he left.

Jeff came to our house to talk us about replacing our over 30 year old furnace. He was very professional and not pushey. We appreciate the honesty and not trying to oversell us a more expensive product.

I am very happy with the service I have received from Hoekstra we have had our unit 7 years with zero issues until this year. My A/C was not blowing out sufficient cold air to cool the upstairs like it normally would on hot days--I called them on a Thursday night (around 8 pm) and the on-call tech explained that he would be more than happy to come out but he isn't confident he would be able to fix the problem and possibly would leave us without any cold air blowing (because he would have to turn it off for a period of time). He reassured me that on Friday a tech would come out and figure out what was going on--Friday at 9 am I received a call from the office saying a tech would be there between 10-1. The tech showed up a little after 10 and figured out we needed to replace a sensor and once that was done we should be up and running like new. Since it was a Friday (and he had to order the part) the part would not be in until Monday or Tuesday. The office called Monday and scheduled someone to come out on Tuesday between 8-10. Salvador arrived a little after 8--he was awesome--very professional, very cautious (wore a face mask, and shoe coverings while inside). And now my A/C is running like new and it was all covered under the Hoekstra warranty!!

We regularly have our
HVAC serviced by Hoekstra. We have never received anything but the very best service and value. Tim has been taking care of our home for a few years now and is always on time, friendly and takes the best care of us!

Tyler Tichgelaar was very professional. He wore the yellow booties to guarantee he did not track dirt from outside around my house; he was very thorough in cleaning my furnace and humidifier; and, Tyler made sure I understood everything he explained to me.

The young man that installed my system did a great job. He took his time and explained the whole process to me. He also taught me about the other parts that were connected to my system.

Air Cleaner Inquiry. Technician not only gave me info on air cleaner but alerted me that my sump pump in the crawl space was not working. I would have not known this and the snow thaw could have caused a problem. Grateful for his input above and beyond his job.

We called to have our variable speed fan on the furnace checked and Rob was here within the hour. He was very polite, friendly, helpful and efficient. We use Hoekstra for heating and AC service. Technician Jeff H. was punctual, thorough, and professional. We noted a possible problem with the AC and he recommended a good, cost-effective course of action.

Jeff Hayley was more than professional and diagnosed our problems efficiently and correctly. He let us know our options, and gave a clear timeline of when we should expect our service up and running. Would recommend to family and friends.

I hooked up with Hoekstra via the Costco HVAC program. Brian came to the house and did a through assessment of the current state of the equipment that was original to our 25 year old house, and what was needed to replace it. I also had another company come out for an estimate, and while they were nice guys, they didn't do nearly the site assessment and measurements Brian did. Cost wise, the second company was a little cheaper, but not enough to make me feel the cost savings vs. the Hoekstra / Costco combo was enough to make me go with them.

Installation was smooth and painless. The two install techs were on time, knew their stuff, and were nice guys. The whole install ran close to 12 hours, and the quality of work was excellent. The whole job looks professional, with no slop or improvised looking parts. Everything was cleaned up nicely at the end of the job.

The Lennox units are working fine, and a vast improvement over the original contractor grade units. I can't complain about the original ones, they ran 25 years without any major issues, but the new ones are much more efficient and make very little noise. The air conditioning unit in particular is very quiet. I was initially worried because we moved it from the rear of the house to the side, where it's much closer to my neighbors home. As it turns out, when standing on my front stairs I can hear other neighbor's units running that are much farther away, and barely hear mine at all. So that worked out well.

So at this point I can recommend both Hoekstra and Lennox. We'll see how they stand the test of time, but for now I have no issues with the gear or the company.

Rob was willing and able to listen to what we had to say and to fully answer all of our questions and give us practical advice. He quickly resolved our problem and was both professional and friendly.

Jeff was super professional and took the time to explain all aspects of the annual clean and check service he performed on our air conditioner. He ever offered to show me how the inner workings of the unit functioned so that I could better understand the reason for keeping the unit clean. I called Hoekstra after having a less than stellar experience with another provider, and will be using them going forward. I really appreciate how Jeff took his time to explain everything and was respectful of my time and my home.

I don't remember the name of the tech i spoke to but I thought my furnace was dying this morning and called them to see if they could come out and fix it. Instead what I got was the tech figured out the issue over the phone in under 5 minutes. Turns out the furnace works overtime in the winter and I needed to replace my filter sooner than expected. This was my 2nd time using Hoekstra services and both times they saved me a lot of money.

Jeff was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain things as well as answer questions. He called ahead as we had asked him to do and was on time. He is certainly an asset to your company!

We decided to replace our furnace and A/C units and chose Hoekstra as the vendor for the Lennox system we purchased. Eduardo G. was one of the installers. We found Eddie to be very knowledgeable and conscientious. He was a diligent worker that was respectful of our home. He completed his portion of the job and thoroughly cleaned the work area before leaving. I would not hesitate to have Eddie in our home again for any future needs.

Jeff was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. What more can i say ? He deserves 5 stars.

Larry was very knowledgeable and thorough. He answered our questions and pointed out the features on our furnace and humidifier. We always receive great service from Hoekstra HVAC. We have been customers for several years and will continue to be their customer.

We ve had Hoekstra maintaining our hvac for 20 years. They are always polite, efficient, and informative when I ask questions or a maintenance decision comes up. Today Tyler came to do a maintenance check on our furnace. He politely introduced himself, put covers on his shoes so my house didn t get dirty and efficiently did his work. When a question came up he quickly accessed our maintenance history to aid our decision. He was also great with my dog, who just had surgery. I wouldn t hesitate at all recommending Hoekstra!
