We went there when my wife was using crotches for River Dance. Before we arrived we had many questions if she can make it. They were amazing; Mariela, a volunteer, picked her from the car with a wheel chair, arranged a new seat for us so she could comfortably elevate her leg. During the break Mariela came and ask if she needed anything and at the end picked her up pushed her chair and bring to our car. Absolutely the possible best experience we could have when my wife in crotches but she wanted to watch a show. Thank you so much for making this possible

Wonderful experience valet is free for Lexus owners. They also had free cookies and hot chocolate after the show. We saw the Nutcracker. Wonderful performance. Everything started on time. The temperature inside was nice and warm. Lovely sets and costumes. Valet was fast and efficient.

Always an awesome place to go! I took advantage of the complimentary valet parking for Lexus owners (took my husbands car) this last visit which that s a $25 savings. When I came out and stood in the long line to pick up my car, my cousin happened to notice that my car was already out front. Even past visits without taking my husbands car, I still feel that they are still awesome!

Did the VIP Experience, and it was fantastic! Wonderful performance, enjoyed the intermission snacks, valet parking, and the cast party rounded out a wonderful evening. Special shout-out to Ariette, who made our evening particularly memorable and fun!

The staff is wonderful, the location is beautiful, even if you have to sit in the Mezzanine area you can still see really good. Only thing horrible if you have a lap size toddler 2 n under (even babies) you still have to pay full price ticket for a show. (Thought a smaller price would've been a bit fair). $90 to have to sit in lap whew.

Bad seats !

Orchestra seats were not staggered; my view was completely blocked by person in front. Had to hang out of my seat to see. Will never go to this venue again unless I have front row seats. It's the only large theater I have ever been to with this problem. I've seen many shows in NY, PA, FL, DE etc.

Saw Hamilton here, was very impressed by the venue. It was beautiful inside and out, I thought the lobby offered great views of downtown through the expansive glass. I was really impressed with being able to pre order drinks for intermission, just had to pay beforehand and they put them out for you at intermission, saved a good amount of time.

Seating was comfortable

Seating was comfortable
Staff was helpful and knowledge
Restrooms were clean as was the facility

I have to say that I was terribly disappointed in the Hobby Center at last night's performance of The Beauty and The Beast. I planned the evening for over a year and it was to be a special night out with my adult daughters. The show was amazing but the Hobby Center was just awful! The "greeters" at the door were grumpy old women who were downright rude. The facility has nowhere near enough restrooms for the guest seating, the lines were absolutely horrendous from start to end. The concession staff were overwhelmed and never spoke a word. They just stared at us until we placed an order, filled it silently and slapped the register screen for payment. They didn't notify us that we needed covered cups to take our drinks inside the theater. What did they expect us to do with them? It seems kind of obvious, but that would have required them to speak to us. $57 for three beverages? I expect high prices, but there is a point where it just isn't reasonable. Our tickets wouldn't scan and the lady had to escort us to the ticket booth to speak with an authority and she was clearly annoyed about the task and grumbled her complaints to us excessively and rather loudly. Other guests were looking at us as if we were hurting her. The manager assisting us to clear the issue was no more personable and was truly in a foul mood. Once we settled that snafu, it took almost ten minutes of us following the concierge(s) up and down the wrong stairways to find our seats. Why have someone ushering guests who isn't familiar with the floor? Same grumpy, elderly women. We enjoyed our outing and the show was wonderful. Time with my girls is priceless, but the Hobby Center did nothing to support an enjoyable evening out. I realize that sometimes it's easy to get distracted and frustrated at work, but if you don't like your job...find one that you do!

I had never been there before but once I got there I was ok. The attends were all super friendly, lots of smiling faces. I felt very save, secure and had an absolutely fabulous time!!! I'd DEFINITELY go back in a heartbeat to see another show!!!

With the renovations, walking up to the facility is a lot smoother. there were uniformed officers at the crosswalks who were helping with traffic and to flag down the valet drivers who were coming around the curves pretty quickly. I'll have several more trips to the Hobby Center this year as I am a season ticket holder for TUTS! One thing to note, all major events now require you to walk through a metal detector. This was new for me, so just a heads up.

Nice theater for a variety of traveling shows that come to town. Expect to spend some time parking and navigating to the level that you purchased. Food and adult beverages are available pre show and during the show. The theater is well staffed and usually the ushers are very friendly.

Hobby Center is great....but the new food vendor is terrible!! Choices are unsofisticated and expensive. There at 7pm to eat and food was already cold...Costo could do better. Miss the old food choices and the desserts. New desserts are weak!
