We had the sanitation and disinfection for our office. They were very fast in responding to my inquiry, requirements and schedule arrangement. On the day of sanitation and disinfection, I was happy with the friendly attitude of the staff and sharing information about the activity. Would definitely recommend this company to others and will avail their services again. Keep it up and God bless.

Started off good and went to terrible and awful qu...

Started off good and went to terrible and awful quickly. I booked for the 4 AC units to be serviced. Staff came and were clean, tidy and timely. Advised me that 1 coil needed cleaning and that a quote would be sent. Removed the fan from roof for guest bedroom as blade was broken and needed repaired. Quote to be issued - not a problem. 8pm that night I find the master bedroom at 29 degrees, AC on but not cooling. Called H&G who sent a team out to fill with gas as the morning team hadn't due to a gas leak - no one told me about that! Assured report and quote would come next day so I could get repairs done. 5 days later I still have a master bedroom not cooling (25 degrees now) no AC in guest bedrooms, no report, no quote. Do not use this company if you want your AC to continue working! An appalling experience and I can't even get the parts they removed returned to me.

A driver from Hitches and Glitches was driving like a maniac on Al Khail road today. I called the number behind the vehicle to complain. A lady picked up, seemed so careless and could not connect me to the concerned person. The car has a sticker on it saying max speed limit 100 km/h. I was driving at that speed and the car passed me by a staggering high speed! Bad company, bad employees, bad follow up.

I had a maintenance contract for my villa with them and was not happy with their services, they don't fix they only change to new parts, they dont attend on time as mentioned on the contract they are not as flexible as other companies, they even got confused once by attending to a job at 2 Am instead of 2 Pm, didnt care to ring my door bell more than 2 times during covid 19 quarantine!! They are just a big name with no quality
They even asked me to deleted my comment on google and compensate me...and they failed to do so!

The services have deteriorated terribly. The office is impossible to deal with. When they can't do anything, they charge you the money and then just stop answering your emails. Reall unhappy about this company.

The best company so far for glass scratch removal....

The best company so far for glass scratch removal. I had a hard time trying to source the kind of service as we had just moving into to a new office with lots of scratches on the glass partitions. Am glad they saved us thousands of dirhams for glass replacement by removing the scratches. I highly recommend them.

They may have 4 stars in the past but not anymore. Repeated calls with promises to attend to the airconditioner went unattended. Charges for replacing parts that do not need replacing. Saying they checked plumping, air conditioning and electricity as part of the yearly preventative maintenance checks only to have issues arise soon after. Causes of breakdown are not looked for.Instead half measures are made with the need for repeated call outs. No regard for quality or respect for customers time.

This company is the absolute worst in terms of cus...

This company is the absolute worst in terms of customer service, how they have been given the agency of Nest in the UAE is beyond me. My thermostat has been out of order for 2 weeks and have not received a single follow up from them, having to call them every time. At they end they just buckle like a dead branch and take no responsibility for their product and just pass the buck to others. Avoid at all cost if you care about good service.

Even though they went through an inspection in advance and provided quote based on that, the actual work only lasted 1/5 of what they said. I vacated the whole afternoon just for that work, and they just finished off in less than an hour. The next morning, they just barged in my place without any previous appointment for the remaining painting. They did say they will come back while they were leaving, but did never specify when or make appointment with me, and I was totally unprepared for the work to be done at my place. Well, what if I wasn't home or engaging in something else? Not to mention "petty" stuffs they did, like inadequate protection of the place before starting the work, overall it was truly a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.

Nice crew members and prompt response. We had an emergency situation of less supply of washing water at service centre. H&G team responded immediately and rectified the issues. We are for sure inviting them to take over our Pan UAE properties AMC. Keep it up.

Booked the deep cleaning 2 years ago. It was not deep at all. The workers did NOT care even after telling them!

Search online and you will get better companies and value for money.

For smart devices, believe it or not. Etisalat provides better deals. (Check)

This week, I made a booking, and confirmed that by my location on the app.

Then, received a call notifying me that I need to PAY MORE. For no obvious reason.

Do not be fooled by the website.
Expensive for the free.

There is a possibility that they will ask you for additional amounts without meaning.
The cleaning is never deep

They get 1 star because they need to pay attention...

They get 1 star because they need to pay attention to quality in terms of cleaning after and your furniture and walls during work; they dirty up quite a bit and do a poor job cleaning after. Second, extremely incompetent and slow to send quotations even if it is an urgent plumbing issue. They are as good a regular handyman not a pro service. I highly recommend steering clear of these guys if you need something done.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Spare yourself the headache of reaching them or trying to get an appointment. there are many other companies out there that are much more reliable and up to standard. I wanted to clean one carpet and I waited almost 1 week to hear back from them only to receive an email saying that they don't clean 'burnt' carpets. My carpet is not burnt at all it's just stained. They didn't even come to check it. I don't know based on what they decided that its burnt.

Takes ages for them to reply. No point of calling them when you need help. They won't even give you the quotation on time. Had a broken heater, even 3 days after inspection they still haven't sent me a quote. Might as well just save time and go with a more reliable facilities management company.

I would give 0 stars if i could.
Their team came to my apartment to give me a quote fo the WC flush that was broken, while there they took the pusher of the flush, and after few days they sent me their quotation.
Their quotation was insanely high, so i asked another company that was willing to do it for half the price.
I then asked Hitches & Glitches to send me back the flush pusher not once, but four times.
After two months i still don't have the flush pusher, and my wc is still broken.

My wife was stuck inside the villa and we called hitches and glitches for emergency. The call center agent was very helpful by arranging a carpenter in 30 minutes. Technician Abhilash quickly unlocked the door without breaking it.

Actually first contact Suresh was bad and unprofessional. This person assisting left the chat on line in between vanishing. 2nd person customer relations Sampath was so busy putting on a fake accent without actually listening to what I was saying.
Saying sorry without meaning is the easiest thing these people knew.
I had heard a lot about this company but will not call again.

We have used H&G for a broad range of services ranging from regular maintenance to one of jobs on plumbing, AC Cleaning and repair, carpentry, electrical work and Nest thermostat installation. The service has been professional and effecient across the board and the teams pay attention to detail and do their work with a smile and as little disruption and mess as possible, always cleaning up after the job is done.

Feeling annoyed I even have to give a star to be able to write a review. Appalling customer service. Had booked an appointment at 15h00 and after having called the Customer Service Centre twice and was told twice they would be here in 10mins and no show, I received a call from the floor manager at 17h00 blaming the rain (that lasted for 10mins, earlier that morning) causing bad traffic. Just call someone else and don t waste a whole afternoon waiting like I did.

H&G (Farnek) the company didn't provide proper insurance in employees (Labor) . Still a time to employees spend own money and company can't response properly as well as office staffs not mine oru request and much more time didn't give a prepare equipment and safety item to all persons and company only support customers and office staffs not for a employees (Labor), salary also much more delay.The company monthly salary calculate in 21 to 20 a month but salary come from after 20 days back all are didn't manage this system but office staffs salary come early (before 30th) etc

The, in house team is excellent and well trained - all work to date has been done to a good standard. The service is horrible and they promise things and never deliver. I had requested for a pest control and i ended up with a sub contractor. I can get the sub contractor company myself and pay them half the price i am paid but i choose this company to get the best outcome and service. After the service was done i have spotted at least 2-3 cockroach every day and ants are coming back, its like nothing has been done. I have been calling for the last 2 weeks everyday to get this rectified but nothing is being done. I have ask to either get the hitches and glitches team to come in to do the pest control or a refund. However, i getting no response and noone is returning my calls. This is very unprofessional from such a big company to just take my money and run away. Definitely stay away

Honestly the worst service company I've ever used....

Honestly the worst service company I've ever used. I would not recommend signing up with them - they do not make life easier for you and just charge high fees. Every time I have a call out, they arrive at least 1 hour late with no explanation and no care for their customer. Really disappointed that I wasted money on this annual contract. I have complained to the management multiple times, and they have promised to provide timely service. However, time and again the same issues happen.

Why would I need a handyman to come on numerous occasions giving me quotes? What I need is proactive and professional service, on the spot service. There are numerous handymen in Dubai who are more than happy to attend to the customers needs..on the spot. Will never recommend H&G to anyone. What this company needs to do is hire professionals or qualified staff. Zero customer care and service. They will let you down!

I have a very bad feedback about this company as I discovered something that I'm sure will shock also whoever signed a contract with them.

They are charging high for unnecessary work required just to earn more money! I mean come on! Why you have to do it to us as a loyal H&G contracted client?

They are giving instructions to their technician that a part of your AC unit is require to replace but in reality minor fixtures can fix the problem.

Unfortunately the poor technician don't know how to lie and my husband have knowledge in AC unit repair. The poor technician said that the new management gave them orders or instructions to do the such just to earn more to their clients.

Is this the latest or new way on how to earn money H&G?

I hope all the people notice this kind of modus.

Imagine, the management told them to lie to the client so they can save their jobs. They have given a target and always threatened that if they don't reach the target, they will be out of the company.

Is this the right way of management H&G?

And please, don't ever ask my details, as I will not disclose it just to save that poor technician.

Just a suggestion, love your technicians as they are your front liners. They cannot be treated like this! I'm telling you, it is better to loose a manager that is earning 1000% salary that to loose 10 very useful and skilled technicians.

I hope the higher management can have a look in this situation, before they loose their clients.
