I have a very bad feedback about this company as I discovered something that I'm sure will shock also whoever signed a contract with them.

They are charging high for unnecessary work required just to earn more money! I mean come on! Why you have to do it to us as a loyal H&G contracted client?

They are giving instructions to their technician that a part of your AC unit is require to replace but in reality minor fixtures can fix the problem.

Unfortunately the poor technician don't know how to lie and my husband have knowledge in AC unit repair. The poor technician said that the new management gave them orders or instructions to do the such just to earn more to their clients.

Is this the latest or new way on how to earn money H&G?

I hope all the people notice this kind of modus.

Imagine, the management told them to lie to the client so they can save their jobs. They have given a target and always threatened that if they don't reach the target, they will be out of the company.

Is this the right way of management H&G?

And please, don't ever ask my details, as I will not disclose it just to save that poor technician.

Just a suggestion, love your technicians as they are your front liners. They cannot be treated like this! I'm telling you, it is better to loose a manager that is earning 1000% salary that to loose 10 very useful and skilled technicians.

I hope the higher management can have a look in this situation, before they loose their clients.
