Buy products only from a good company that cares about their employees and their customers. Heads up VC's/investors: The CEO and C staff need to have supervision. They are way in over their heads.

I know some people may be frustrated if their insurance MAKES them go through this before tackling something more invasive, but my personal experience has been very positive. The You access the program at home using the app loaded on a tablet, using body sensors and also a yoga mat, all provided. The coach, who you can call or text is great, very encouraging and responsive.

Not effective services. Gave it a shot since my insurance provider no longer covered my physical therapy visits. Extremely disappointing considering I am in the middle of recovering from a major shoulder injury. Was making great strides with my real in person therapist, but now I am significantly set back. Insurance companies opt for this service to save money. It is screwing all of us out there that are in pain.

Hinge Health is a data-mining gimmick sent to me from a corporate company. They ultimately offered me no care through their "application process" but were absolutely willing to take my data. Do not fall victim to this care-lacking, unethical organization.
