The You access the program at home using the app loaded on a tablet, using body sensors and also a yoga mat, all provided. The coach, who you can call or text is great, very encouraging and responsive.
Not effective services. Gave it a shot since my insurance provider no longer covered my physical therapy visits. Extremely disappointing considering I am in the middle of recovering from a major shoulder injury. Was making great strides with my real in person therapist, but now I am significantly set back. Insurance companies opt for this service to save money. It is screwing all of us out there that are in pain.
