After a wrong delivery by shop partners, you have to wait more than three weeks for your money. What they say is a backlog in the processing of return items. If you order they are fast, but return is just bad.
Order placed. Received an email, the website turned out not to be up to date in stock and I still had to order from 2 webshops and pay double shipping costs because they did not meet me here. I do not order here again, website just has to match the current stock, just like with other webshops, they have something to improve there. A dissatisfied customer.

Exchange is a thing. Then you have to pay the transport costs yourself, and if you order again, again. So 3x transport costs for an exchange. So make sure you have the right size / make a choice. In our case, women's clothing turned out to be very small. Out of courtesy we have been reimbursed for the transport costs to return. Hence 3 stars.
