Amazing view and great apartment. Very clean and modern. Wi Fi was slow but luckily I have a lot of data anyway.

The service and quality of our stay was 2nd to none. The Hilton staff made our special occasion amazing.
Price, service, food and the rooms are 5 star quality and worth every cent.
Will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, very modern and clean. Good location in the centre of Surfers Paradise if that's what you're after. Generally quiet however it is right on the nightclub strip so you do hear that at times during the night and early in the morning.

Could not be more greatful for the help that was provided in making a special weekend work

Picked this hotel for our 10th wedding anniversary based on its name brand. The Pluses include: Central location, comfortable bed, very friendly staff. The munuses include: average rooms and fittings and average buffet food. Overall, I believe it is overpriced in comparison to other 5 star hotels in the area like the Casino.

Living space is nice and modernised; haven't used any services, but there's a very nice pool and gym.

Great location right in the heart of Surfers Paradise shops, bars (cavill ave) and just one block from the famous beach. Lobby area is lacking some charm and welcoming reception.

Apartment 2 bedroom was nicely laid out and provided good amenities. Little disappointed seeing dirty grout in bathrooms. Blinds are no good, felt like could be seen thru the gaps and not good for sleeping being white. The chair in the lounge was gross needs a good clean and some of the furniture starting to look tired with chips etc. beds comfortable, linen clean but our apartment did not get cleaned day 3, fortunately we were leaving next day.

Very bad experience, I thought hilton was the best but it isn't. The smell in my room and corridor was terrible. The fans in the toilets didn't work and the toilet doors do not lock. The bedsheets where dirty and it was barely cleaned. I told them about this and they moved me to another floor which was even worse with the same issues. Very bad hotel wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Facilities are what you would expect, service however is dismal. Room service came without cutlery or servettes. Ordered desert and still waiting after more than half an hour.

Only stay here if you plan on being awake all night

Second time staying at the Hilton and again it didn't dissapoint. Clean, beautiful view, friendly staff, nice smell, 5 swimming pools. Overall...excellent.

Sincerely from a 5-star apartment I was expecting a lot more with the figure that does a flat in giorno..odore just entered thud, no brushes in the toilet because they say cleaned every 3 days, well, 'io toilet cleanse every time I pupu, not even a bottle of water in the fridge, no salt oil for cooking, nothing sponges detergents to clean the dishes just for dishwasher, hairdryer broken, suction toilet sore funzionante..ho reported everything and they immediately contacted me to intervene, but I expect a 5 star Hilton has already overseen this attention ..

Great location, in the centre of Surfers with everything that you need at walking distance. Great and friendly staff service. 10/10

It was horrible. The bed sheets had many stains on it and when the cleaner changed them,they were still dirty. The pillows have hair on them and everything is just filthy! I expected this place to be hygienic and clean as you are spending $550 per night but it is not as it seems like the brochure. This place is a rip-off. I don't reccomend going here

Valet parking ? Did not see that at all. Self park is confusing. When a room is booked and you are checking in , would be a good idea to let the guests know you have given them a disabled room. ( as I found out yesterday and I am not disabled ) empty mini bar at a Hilton ? Room smelt very old and musty. Very disappointed with this particular Hilton. Most likely not to return.

Great location and luxury ocean view residence. Highly recommend to all thinking of visiting Gold Coast.

Very nice place to stay, clean, staff very friendly and very helpful. Beautiful and long pool, space to swim for everyone. Prices for rooms are reasonable for the Hilton 5 star hotel. Food also reasonable and good. Enjoy your stay.

No club floor floor tiles look like at a worksite quite a bit of rubbish around the place

The hotel apartments are beautiful with a wonderful view, but the cleanliness is very good and the room service is good every 3 days

It gave me more of an impression of a 4 star than a 5 star.

Good hotel, room sizes are huge. Staff are ok, one girl was pretty rude and just not helpful. Don't seem to have a good connection with Qantas hotels so check your booking. Very central, great location

Great location and very comfortable rooms have everything that one needs. If you really want to have a great time on the gold coast put this on your bucket list. With the ocean view room

We cant stay away from the Hilton Surfers Paradise, we always have a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Great place to stay. Good facilities but very noisy.

Nice hotel. Awesome views and location. Great the pool is open to 10pm which the kids loves. We paid a bit extra for ocean facing room which was well worth it.

Great location was clean would stay again but three stars I expected more for my money.

Got upgraded on our first time around, room service was at a comfortable 10am, all devices are in good working order and beds are comfortable.

Do not book this place for 5 star service because you will not receive it. Slow check in, no help with baggage, no valet parking, some lifts can t access car park, better off booking an apartment on the beach for same price.

Central location that's surrounded by great food and beach!

The Hilton surfers paradise to spot the fact it is not that old is poorly designed. The rooms are not Sam proofed and you can hear all the Racket and a carrying on from the street out around the nightclubs.
The beds are really comfortable and the shaowers have reasonable water pressure but it's overpriced for what you get

Wow this place was amazing!!!! The staff there are fantastic and the room we stayed in was beautiful. We did have a small leaking problem with the windows when it rained but nothing major and it never would ruin our stay we had there

Good place to start at! Comfy beds, and many amenities

The Hilton gloss is gone off this is a representation of the test of them. The staff are friendly, but most are young and inexperienced. If you have an issue, rather than fixing it the young staff members try and find a way around it.
Parking is terrible, IF you can find a spot, they actually charge you, as a guest of the hotel, I don't understand this.
Rooms, although clean and modern, are tiny for the price. I don't mean they are on the small side, I mean 'you'll not want to be spending much time in there' as you can't move.
Overall, there are nicer hotels for much cheaper prices.
Location, if you must go to Surfers Paradise, it's in a good location, but Surfers Paradise, particularly Cavill Ave, is not very nice once the dark sets in. If you are a family of suggest Broadbeach or main beach.

Not what was advertised we booked 2 bedroom suit and nothing like pictures. Room was clean staff lovely but just a let down to the reality of the room as to what pictures where on the website.

Best location and great hospitality. I suggest Hilton SurferParadise to everyone

My review is directed purely at the breakfast buffet (I did not stay in the hotel itself) and I can gladly say that it was possibly the best ever!

My family loved the hilton, lovely beds and the view is outstanding. Good Romantic getaway from the kids

Large rooms. Nicely positioned for shopping and close to the beach front.

Room service is quite poor. They didn't clean our rooms one day. Unacceptable.

Am staying at the Hilton residences. The veiw is gorgeous, the rest is embarrassing.. the car parks smell like toilets, the lifts smell like toilets, the state of the hotel is poor, many large tour groups. The bar and restraint look gorgeous but you have to make your way through the thong and singlet wearing mob.. this is really one of the worst 5 star hotels i have ever stayed at.the reception staff do not understand the requirements of 5 star hotel customers..shame on the management.

I booked hilton hotel delux room last september. And thia is worst experience ever. Firstly i entered room 21102. Someone else already live inside. The hilton made double mistake. Secondly. They bring me room 21013 which is a disable room and unclean. I arrive at 2:30 at easter friday. I finally got my room at 6pm. It was not a delux room,it is a uncleaned disabled room. Because i asked my neighbor he paid for standard room. Then i tried to see the manager, they always said their manager is unavailable. My first day was totlly spoil by the hilton hotel. Then in rhe second. I have to get up eariler to change to other none_disabled room. The thied room i got is just a normaly standard room without battub and small standard room. I paid for delux room and i didnt get what i paid for. It was the worst hotel experience. ever

The drinks are the bar were on point. Staff were friendly and the decor was nice.

Wonderful rooms, if a bit sparse, but that's the feel they're going for I guess. If you're there for peak time, prepare for a bit of a wait for the elevators

Wow - the Hilton has certainly taken a turn since we last stayed in 2017. Booked a trip for my birthday June 2020, on arrival hotel room was double booked and we waited 20 minutes for them to upgrade us. Turned out to be the same room just with a balcony and smelt like musky urine. Waited 10 minutes everytime we needed the elevators and the place was crawling with 16-20 year olds carrying in cartons of alcohol. We got to hear them party well into the early hours of the morning. (No party policy?). Attended the Catch restaurant for breakfast before checking out, waited 1hr for our meals only to be told they d made the wrong orders and we would have to wait for them to remake them. We didn t have the time so we decided to check out, icing on the cake we also paid $20 for parking. We will never stay with the Hilton again, for a cheaper price we can stay at the Mantra and get a much higher level experience. Disgusted. Feedback was given on departure and we were simply told sorry . Happy birthday to me!

Stayed for 6 days, the pools are fantastic and clean, not crowded. There's a gym and sauna as well, I didn't try them but they all look brand new.
The room was really nice, modern and clean as well. The outdoor bar was a welcome surprise, didn't want to leave the place, but as this is about 50m from Cavill we did, really well placed, and 1 min walk to the beach.

The room we stayed in had a kitchen which had everything but we didn't use it, however if we had a longer stay we could have saved on meals and cooked in. There is a Coles supermarket 2 min walk away.
Right around the corner is the Hard Rock Cafe, ice cream places everywhere as well as bars and cafes, it's really right in the middle of it.
Will be going back as soon as is possible.

It's a great hotel with amazing ocean view and superb facilities. The restaurant is also very good in terms of food quality and service. Sometimes the surrounding area is quite noisy and could be hard for you to sleep.

Not clean at all. Very poor presentation for $550/night. Furniture broken. In a state of disrepair. Don t know how it achieves anywhere near 4 stars. Staying with my kids - apartment looks like it s been used as a party house. Very disappointed.

Overall experience was good.

No music in the room, telephones which connect us to reception were not working and bond you give you to them doesn t return for a very long time and if you call them they would put you on hold for hours.

Had a very nice stay here . Nice ambience , good staff , breakfast was ok . Rooms are nice clean and well kept . Can access hotel parking with room card , the best thing I liked about the hotel was it location you just enjoy walking around the streets while day and night , centrally located . And the beach is just a walk away , has a nice fitness club and indoor and outdoor swimming pool . One of the best places to stay in surfers Paradise.
