The Hilton gloss is gone off this is a representation of the test of them. The staff are friendly, but most are young and inexperienced. If you have an issue, rather than fixing it the young staff members try and find a way around it.
Parking is terrible, IF you can find a spot, they actually charge you, as a guest of the hotel, I don't understand this.
Rooms, although clean and modern, are tiny for the price. I don't mean they are on the small side, I mean 'you'll not want to be spending much time in there' as you can't move.
Overall, there are nicer hotels for much cheaper prices.
Location, if you must go to Surfers Paradise, it's in a good location, but Surfers Paradise, particularly Cavill Ave, is not very nice once the dark sets in. If you are a family of suggest Broadbeach or main beach.
