My experience in the hotel was very good. The staff was very friendly. Animation team was good. The beach is very nice, but a little bit small. I enjoyed snorkeling on the beach. The swimming pool was good. The food was nice and there were much varieties. Overall experience, may visit it again.

Bad room service,
Very bad not helpful staff
I am asking the room service for a toothbrush since yesterday, they answer (sorry we don'thave).

They react very bad with the Egyptians unlike other nationalities.
The beach is rocky , may injure you , very narrow
I hate this place
What a waste of money

Receptionist Mohamed El Sheimy was very helpful and welcoming, rooms were clean and comfy, housekeeping was fine, location is great being it 5 mins walk to SOHO and one of the best spots for diving and snorkeling, excursions agent Sayed was amazing and the trips arranged by him were very satisfying, on the other hand, the animation team was very bad, almost nonexistent, and the food tasted awful with no varieties, one of the waiters in the new side's main restaurant was very rude, I don't remember his name but he looks tall, apparently he hasn't been taught how to speak to guests for he seems to think that he's serving in a Koshary restaurant downtown.

This is a different service and quality of life, although the price is the same! (Located in different places).

First line: rooms that are across the road, closer to the beach in the main building! These numbers are already 10 years old and they are without repair, the service in them is terrible! The rooms are not cleaned, they are filled with smell, bloom and broken furniture! Queues at the restaurant, constantly you need to compete with vacationers nearby. This is not a vacation!
