Pros: Nice place and services, perfect location.

the room service are not professional and the food is not tasty at all and it's really hard to find someone treat you as a guest the staff are not helpful.

The grounds were beautiful but to go to the spa you have to cross the road. The spa is very nice though. Not sure about animation because every time I asked someone no one knew and would direct me to someone else. But the staff is friendly

Actually I m sorry to tell you that it was very bad experience.

On Dec. 2010, I had gone to Hilton Sharks bay, and I was satisfied, on Dec. 2015, there was a big difference??!!

I thought that Hilton is worldwide name, and has a standard quality, but now I doubt.

Most of staff were classifying guests to Egyptians and others, and for unknown reason, they were preferring others than Egyptians, although all guests are paying money.

So I didn t complete my days, and I asked to cancel my deal.

I don t recommend this hotel anymore, save your money.

Good 4. In overall this is a nice place. The hotel is a bit old but clean enough. Bathroom is good. The staff is friendly, helpful, and, what is really important - not annoying! Food is ok, pretty much same evryday, but the quality of products is really nice. Lots of vegetable and lots of fresh vegetables. It is suitable for vegetarians. The animation is ok, it is enogh for me, this is definitely not a place were to come for partying. The hotel has gym. And it is good also. Sea is beautiful.

Overall, the hotel was good, but still got issues with the food and drinks qualities. It needs an aqua park, and there must be permission to the resort people to access the hotel and have their meals there if needed. The beach was good, but the life guard on the beach really needs to learn some proper attitude. I can't deny the fact that the rooms were good, clean, and really comfy, but the hotel needs some improvements on the staff and facilities.

Very poor customer service. Did not expect such a poor level of quality from a Hilton. Very unfriendly staff. Even the manager failed to rectify any problems my family experienced. Breakfast was big, but the quality really wasn't there for me, especially for a resort. There were few drinks and bland food. Even the orange juice tasted watered down. The omelettes are good at least. Would highly recommend double checking if you want to stay at this resort. For me, this resort was disappointing. The pools are beautiful, but the staff and service took away the enjoyment I was expecting to have from this resort.
