Hilton Sharks Bay Resort is amazingly beautiful place to stay with a warm hospitality. A beautiful place to relax beach view. I had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. The food served there is very delicious. And also not forgetting to mention about front desk staff Ms. Heba who helped us with her local knowledge made our stay a pleasant experience. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again

Nice facility, polite staff, bad food decent rooms !! Recention negativ

According to the five-point system: -Location: 5 (a relatively windless bay, a good coral reef, near SoHo Square - go there in the evening - there s nothing to do there, but it's beautiful).
-Territory: 5. (The territory is well-kept, you have the opportunity to use the first and second line of the hotel, so you have enough space)
-Rooms: 2. (Everything is old and dead. Everything is stuck on scotch, everything falls apart in hands.)
-Service: 2. (Reception - ok - I lost my room key card - they replaced it without any problems, for which there is a special thank you. Cleaner - blew everything I could, the TV remote wiped away from the table with my glasses. But my hearts were laid out on the bed ... We glued the remote to the hotel, but the hotel did not glue me the glasses :-(. The safe repair service was called twice, the safe did not close. Please note that the hotel is responsible only for what is in the safe! warmed up. The water in it was 18 degrees. Here - the goons unambiguously.
-Food: 3 (well, so , I didn t wait for a change from 4 stars, an honest triple. Under ai conditions, there is one free dinner at an Italian restaurant. But it s 3 days in turn. We didn t have time to go there. So order it right away. Go to Barracuda, this is a paid restaurant by the sea at the hotel, order a kilogram of small shrimps and a bottle of wine. For three it s easy enough, yummy is capital! Shrimps are gutted and cooked according to a special recipe!

In general, if not too picky and easily transfer service flaws in exchange for a low price of stay and beautiful fish, in principle, go.

Alcohol is only from 11:00 to 18:00, but even so, there are huge queues and barmen who constantly go somewhere, or something ends for them. There is literally no program. The food was monotonous and almost did not change in the two weeks I was there. The pools are cold, only one is heated. There is no beach, the only thing that I liked was the sea, where at least you can see beautiful fish.

The hotel corresponds to its asterisks. Has two lines. The second one also has some advantages. There are large rooms, a newer restaurant with more choices, a beautiful pool. There is a bus to the sea regularly.

The first line is noisy and crowded. The second is calm. The beach is small, cascading. Reef, snorkeling, diving. Food without frills, you will not stay hungry. Recommend!

Nice and comfortable hotel. Great pool, but most people bathe in the sea. The sea is nearby. Corals and beautiful fish near the shore.

The accomodation is beautiful and the standard of food is average, but the workers are the top of manners and taste

Excellent resort specially the new partition is wide, also have large swimming pools, all rooms are pool view, the staff are cooperative, flexible and have good hospitality, the restaurant are excellent with variety in foods every day specially desserts, the rooms are comfortable and well designed, the shattle bus rotate all the hotel that picks up every guest from his room to any where in the hotel 24 hr., I recommende the hotel very much to enjoy a nice vacation.

Disgusting and deceitful staff at the reception. Poor selection of dishes in the restaurant and they leave much to be desired. The restaurant has dirty tables, tables with dirty, stinking rag, dirty glasses. The hotel is decently shabby, there are old furniture in the rooms, beach towels are very old.
