Coastal hotel, shabby, in the lobby of old furniture, the room got quite acceptable, bed linen and towels are changed daily, were in the New Year holidays from 12/29/2017. The food is delicious, the beach is nearby, but the sun beds are not enough. Near Soho, an incredibly beautiful place, very dressed up for Christmas, a lot of souvenirs, restaurants, dyuti fries (you can buy without a passport for extra charge). Generally solid 3+.

In general, not bad, but sometimes they violate the concept of the hotel, not everything corresponds to the description about the hotel for the provision of services in terms of an all-inclusive plan

I had a prepaid reservation and when I arrived they told me that I did not show up, that I paid them again and then I decided with the hotel company, I had to go to another hotel, several people had the same problem, so I do not recommend them .

When I was at Hilton Sharks Bay Resort I was really happy and really enjoyed it. The biggest problem was caused by really poor wifi strength and signal and none in the rooms at all. This was a big problem due to work that caused me to sit in the lounge area at 2am in the morning just to respond to urgent mails. This is not the way it should be... However the stay itself was excellent. There is another problem now though. I am trying to book my next stay of the course of this weekend now but there is no one to answer the phone when I call their number. The one time the on hold system answered the phone, it put me through to reservations where the person answering barely allowed me to finish my sentence after which he just transferred my call to another number that no one answered. Since then I could not reach the Hilton Shark Bay at all. Things better improve shapishly of I would consider a different rating and ever returning with my family as I had planned for many vacations to come...

The hotel is not that good, but the coral rif is beyond any compliments!

i have spent 5 days in hilton sharks bay at sharm el shaikh- egypt few weeks ago.then left back home and suddenly few weeks after i discovered that i forget some of my kids clothes in the hotel(2 jackets for my kids) i felt disappointed as i thought i couldn't get them back again.desperately i contacted the hotel(house keeping department),and actually i have been surprised when they get back to me sending my the pictures of the (the 2 jackets + another new trouser i totally forget it) they told me they founded them in the room and kept them in house keeping lost and found section!!..thank you for the honest and caring staff.thank you for Hilton Sharks Bay House Keeping department.

Good enough only if you're seeking a good pool and a tan. Snorkeling area is really limited to the size of a big pool!

Favorite hotel at the moment.
Clean, tasty, stunning large area and incredible sunsets right from the balcony of the room! Soho Street is right next door, which will not leave anyone indifferent at night. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The sea is warm and clean, entrance from the panton. There was no problem finding a free sunbed. The bars provide delicious snacks and drinks. There is always entertainment and loud music around the pools.

Hilton Sharks Bay Hotel & Resort is located in the plateau next to Soho Square, a beautiful hotel and the staff are distinguished. It has a private beach on the Red Sea, there is Diving, Snorkel and all water games.

All very nice but in spite of the name they carry they lack in the preparation of the food .. but otherwise it is a beautiful place on the coral reef

I visited a fairy tale! Everything is fine! Good, clean rooms, food is gorgeous, close to Soho Square. A lot of positive! The only minus is the Internet at the reception. I will return to the Hilton again! I recommend

Everything about ut is a 4 star hotell, but im going to five just because the price was really good. Really high value. Enormous complex wich makes walking distances a little far, but no problem there is busses going around all the time. Guides, waiters and staff were also very friendly. The pool and the Beach were also very nice.

We rested in early December 2018. The room was not bad, but the repair is old. In the two-room suite, in addition to the bed, there were 3 sofas, all were broken. Children had nowhere to sleep, had to ask for an extra bed instead of a sofa. Fortunately changed without question. The food in the first 4-5 days was terrible, very spicy. Later, another shift of cooks arrived and it became much better. In general, if you go for the sun and the sea, then everything is ok))

The hotel is beautiful and clean, excellent animators and an excellent restaurant. The coastline is small.

Very tired old hotel, divided in half. 1 land and 1 beach side.
The land side is from the area very nice, but food you can not go there. Unclean, dirty sticky ground. Cups and glasses were constantly empty, so there were plastic cups, there went to the beach side food. It was much better there. Turned 180 degrees. Many Arabs who go on vacation have a food culture (I just say Auweia).
Worn old rooms. Tiles jumped, brim showers swims the whole bathroom, toilet just keeps it that way. This hotel is not recommended.

The location is excellent. The rooms are elegant with a distinct service and a rocky beach with a coral reef set and fantastic colorful fish. The swimming pool is good with a Live Gard for every bathroom but needs some minor maintenance because of some sharp tiles. The food is very good but lacks some of the sweetness of the sweet varieties. The experience as a whole is beautiful.

Really nice structures, arrived on the spot I discovered that they were two separate (a pool view, a sea view) both very well kept.Curate in all, with the possibility of passing from one side to the other.experience in a very beautiful sea view room, great and impeccable service beds.beautiful anke to snorkel, minuscule beach.piscine ok in both buildings, good anke restaurant if so spicy, assorted breakfast (no glutin free) professional and kind staff, poor wi-fi. animation from my point of sight to be reviewed, SPA within the village fantastic with magnificent staff (advice) for those who like! very nice excursions organized on the beach with the mythical Sayed! all in all, good value for money! GOOD HOLIDAY !!!

Hilton rolled for 3 years, strongly. If you want to stand in line to go to the dining room, or wait an hour to lie down on the beach, you are definitely here

Good evening, I do not recommend this structure even if indicated with a name it does not deserve for various reasons: poor cleanliness, disappointing food since above all Italian guests should always be placed in the Italian restaurant and with the exception or discretion in the intercontinental one but in any case ... the distance from everything inside the structure itself is negative due to the size, which is not well organized with more shuttles that do not wait below 40 degrees for at least 20 minutes, furthermore for any inconvenience or problem there is no assistant, someone who speaks Italian at the reception in short, an uncomfortable stay! The only wonder, the sea, which if it is not respected for example due to the motorboats that release petrol to make the tourists play games very close to the coral reef, will soon lose its enchanting beauty ...

Great hotel all super especially if you are muslim! And if you get drunk to go it is better to do it in a local eatery and the main thing is cheaper.

The hotel is just excellent. It has a temperature controlled big swimming pool and a small pool for kids. The rooms are spacious. The food is good and the staff is generous and helpful.
It is little far from the market. To go to the nearest market you have to hire a taxi.

The hotel on the second line has wonderful rooms and restaurants, the area is wonderful.

Good place to stay, beautiful reef. There is a lack-lack of places on the beach and a lot of people on the pantone.

Hilton Sharks Bay is truly a magical resort for self and family vacation. With good rooms, excellent service delivery by staff and management, and exquisite pool side events. Generally I'll give the resort four stars for excellent aesthetics and services. It can get up to five stars if they had WiFi in the rooms. Walking down the lobby to access WiFi is very inconviencing. Apart from WiFi it's an excellent getaway for vacation and relaxation.

What did not like: at 8 o'clock in the morning already all the beach chairs on the beach are occupied with towels or personal belongings, and the beach is empty !! and there are no people for several hours on the lounge chairs; there are a lot of flies on the beach, there are no designated smoking areas, so they smoke everywhere and smoke is around; entry into the sea only from the pantone; within walking distance of the hotel is the airport, heard the noise of the aircraft.

Very poor food and very poor activities and no animation untalented team the resort dead after 10 pm no free shuttle bus to neama bay

The resort is nice and the service is beautiful but eating needs is better

Please promote Mohammed to manager. He was the heart of my stay and made me feel very welcome!
