Stayed here123118. We made several calls for no heat to no avail. No water pressure in bathroom. Though 24 hour room service was advertised, there was absolutely none. This Hilton has facilities maint issues and customer service short falls.
Rooms could probably use a refresh. Especially when compared to some of the other hotels in Scottsdale. Lobby and staff were very nice. Decent pool with an ok bar by it. No frozen drinks though which is very odd for Arizona, especially in the summer... would have been nice to have one by the pool in 100 degree heat. All in all good stay for a short weekend but for the price and location there are probably better options until they update the rooms.
I went to a seminar. It was very nice and quiet. I believe this is a good setting for any size group.
Inside these walls you can have a resort vacation, right in metro Phoenix. Good luxury services, nice attentive staff, resort pool with swim up part, two stylish restaurants on site. And you're near other things the Southwest has to offer.

Spectacular resort right in the heart of Scottsdale shopping, golf, restaurants, going-ons, a short 10 minute drive to downtown Old Scottsdale, hikes......
Old school resort feel with new amenities. Rooms are clean and spacious.
Bar is ok - bars outside hotel are way better.
Food is ok for a resort.
Breakfast eggs were dry, potatoes were dry, bacon was over cooked, bagels were wet and not as good as bagel shop bagels.
The conference center was roomy with good sound and presentation equipment.
Fun and nice to stay here - but eating out is better for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Eat breakast down the street or try Coconut's Fish Tacos or any sushi bar or steak house like Flemings.
The hotel and staff were great. The food was good and the location was nice. I was there for work but still had a lot of fun. They also provided a complimentary car service which was awesome. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here for 4 nights for work. Only 4 stars because the rooms are dated, and dont look very "resort" like. They have double beds, not queens in the rooms! That said, the staff is AWESOME!!! Nicest people I have ever met! Julio at the bar can mix up some MEAN drinks! My hats off to Julio, I wish I could have brought him home to Montana with me. Jordan, and the rest of the shuttle staff were phenomenal as well. Extremely courteous and accommodating. Really really wish I could give 5 stars, but the actual rooms need a refresh before I could. I will return!!
wonderful resort. lots of amenities. massage parlor and mini mall on premises. just minutes from downtown scottsdale
Good location in Scottsdale. Staff is helpful. My room near the corner of the property near an entrance was a bit loud at all hours, and I had spotty Wi-Fi.
Staff was friendly except the dude at the front desk. When I got there I was trying to ask where the bathroom was and he was abrupt and rude, told me to, "hold on." The place was clean except by the pool area in the courtyard, lots of little bits of trash and cigarette butts. I was there for a convention for my employer so we were in one of the meeting rooms.
We love Embassy Suites, however this facility needs an exterior update.
We hold monthly events here and the staff here is consistently great. A great spot for corporate events, especially for local businesses.
Nice room, excellent service. Bring your own pillow if you don't like thick pillows.
Watched the solar eclipse from the Oasis deck and spent 6 days in one of the conference rooms. Great rooms, great staff, and a convenient location. Would definitely visit again.
Its a good place, but its not the equal of the other one just up the road from it.
One great thing was the canal up the street from it. This is a great place to run, jog, walk, bike, whatever. Its even got fish in it!
Great hotel with really good food. The buffalo wings in particular are some of the best I've ever had. Just do yourself a favor and walk over to the restaurant if they are open instead of getting room service--the fee is hefty (as one probably expects.) But at least they serve the full menu 24 hours per day via room service.
Quite Hotel not a resort. Standard room bath and closet very small. Duct Tape holding carpet together in stsirwell. Pool is basic but very well decorated and furnished. Best part of hotel. Fitness room is basic. I consider this a hotel and not a resort. Disappointed when I arrived.
This was a wonderful hotel to stay at! Loved the pool and landscaping. The only downside was that our fridge didn't work and there was no sound on the TV. Other than that, our stay was very comfortable. Also, the service was outstanding! The gift shop has cute jackets and shirts.

The employees are kind, helpful, and easy to find. I stayed here for a business trip and had all of my needs fulfilled quickly. The venue is gorgeous, too. I love that the outdoors are so easily accessible.
loved the spacious hallways. our bathroom was massive. Also, great channels on the telly. the afternoon cookies were soft and delicious. Also the location was near mountains, shopping locations, and restaurants.
Good hotel but already a bit old. Official gym opening times are too short between 06:00 - 22:00.
Old, outdated rooms. They charge a daily resort fee, and don't even include breakfast for diamond members anymore. Won't be going back anytime soon
Stayed in a villa. Paid horrible high cost. Bed was horrible. Pretty sure there was mold in the master bathroom. The glass shower door leaked water everywhere. No trash can liners in the bathroom. Very very small trash cans. Couch was super uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin and heard the people next to us having intercourse. Yuck.
Food was left outside the rooms across from us and several days worth. For the amount we paid I was expecting a whole lot more. Staying in a villa in a resort should have a lot better than what we experienced.
Was a great place to stay! It had a big pool and a hot tub outdoors!! There were friendly staff and they always answered your questions.
There is a gift shop with basically everything. And they sold toys and clothes there. This was a great place to visit!!
I loved coming here they even have fresh water with fruit at the front Monday through Friday my room was always made up nice and the rooms are very spacious we had a very nice experience here
Do not stay in the villas unless you have a car with you. The hotel shuttle service is absolutely terrible. They either don t answer the phone or just wont pick you up. Being over a half a mile From the gym or main lobby this can be really incovient in the Phoenix heat. Otherwise my 2 bedroom villa was nice.
Beautiful hotel. The room was clean large and spacious. The people were very polite and friendly. Flemmings is attached to the hotel which makes it convenient and it's a great restaurant. Plenty of parking and it was very quiet and inviting
The Hilton Villas are awesome. It is the best in Arizona. The staff here are very attentive and the entire experience is first rate. They really give you the total VIP treatment. I will always love this place!.
I am staying in resort villa from lst 3 weeks. Wifi is not working since last 5 days. Two times engineer came to visit my room but issue is not resolved. I got different committments in resolving issues. It seems no one is interested to look after issue and I feel that they are just ignoring guests issues as in my case it is happening.
Worst experience with Hilton and dont recommend Hilton to anyone. Marriott is far better in service.

The service was amazing, and the villas were spacious. The pools were nice but a little sparce.
This review is about the Spa, Beyond Massage Therapy. Checked in and they gave me a robe without a tie. When asked about it I was told that all the ties burned in the fire and they haven t replaced them. Massage therapist Bryan was terrific as was Karen who gave me a great facial. When she left for me to get dressed she turned on the light and left. I was horrified to find a large dead cockroach lying next to me on the bed. I contacted Tod the manager and shared my experiences. He merely said that they have regular extermination service and he would call them. When I told him that I didn t think I would return he didn t apologize, offer me anything to compensate and repeated that he would call the exterminator. Do NOT go there!
Nice rooms, a little noisy. Great pool. Super sweet and friendly staff once you get past the front desk and the fact that they tried to overcharge us by $100. The ladies cleaning the rooms did their best to take care of you and Margie out by the pool was one of the hardest workers. Margie was also kind and friendly to everyone she saw. I have been a manager and business owner. She has a great attitude and should be looked at to move up within your company.

This beautiful hotel is, unfortunately, staffed by dishonest employees. I have never rated a business"poor," but I feel that it would be unfair for me not to share my sentiment. We were lied to four times throughout our stay by the staff, and the "manager" (lied to us about being the manager) provided zero assistance. Four friends flew into town for a wedding, were misquoted for the room, got an early check-in (3 hours late), including shuttle service to the wedding (cab called, not compensated).

Came here to go to Flemming's Steak House for dinner. The restaurant was excellent. The service staff was courteous and attentive. The food was cooked to perfection. Definitely a great place to go for a special event.

300 person seminar and restaurant servers COMPLETELY unprepared for 1 cup of coffee order. How hard is it to anticipate that 300+ attendees might be need caffeine?
At first, the shower was a little jacked up, and caused a flood in the bathroom. But housekeeping gave us a plate of oerderves in response, which was great. The room was very clean and housekeeping was very nice.
I visited the Hilton for a professional symposium and found the amenities and the catering to be top notch.
For a $250 dollar per night - unacceptable hotel. Find another accommodation.

Our meeting had a 75 minute lunch break. It took one hour to get a Ruben sandwich ordered and delivered! What in the world. House keeping can't turn the room around until after three. Poolside service is slow and they don't know their own menu.
Great atmosphere, excellent professional stall, location, location, location.
The resort is having a little bit of an identity crisis. The amenities and common areas are all that a resort should be while the rooms are small and dated. The hotel offers a cooler in the room rather than a mini fridge which is just plain odd and the bathroom is about the size of a small closet. The staff is friendly but If I had it to do over I would have booked at the Double Tree instead.
This is a sprawling hotel that is only two stories tall. Very professional staff, and a beautiful setting. The pool is really nice. The food is pricey, and the fitness center is too small.
We had nice guest accommodations, clean room, coffee maker was nice touch. When we booked we received a free $50 credit towards food & beverages. We ate at the grill right at the entrance and the food tasted bland and cheap. Would definitely only order drinks at the bar.

Comfortable clean room. Staff was very friendly. Great workout room. Very near a lot of restaurants. Be aware there is no complimentary breakfast, but had a nice buffet if so inclined. We had adjoining rooms.
Couldnt get a hot shower in the 3 nights we were there and the shower head wouldnt go above chest height...
Stayed at the Hilton Scottsdale for a training event. Great hotel, friendly staff. Feel very welcome from day one. The weather is wonderful in Feb.

the hotel needs to be remodeled. The carpet in the hallways smells and needs to be replaced. Had a corner room so was a bit larger than others, but still a standard hotel room. Expected a bit better room for a Hilton resort property. The pool is nice in the center of the grounds.
Everything was great! Front desk, service, rooms, parking, pool... plenty of parking spaces. We had a truck and a trailer attached to it, all together 55 feet long and we didn't have a problem parking there. We loved it!

Poor service. I have called multiple times to try and receive a corporate rate. We are a large company based out of Colorado with a location in Phoenix. After leaving about 5 messages and emailing their general email listed on the website, I finally got through to someone who transferred me to their sales team. I spoke with both a sales person and their manager who state they do not set this up. They gave me an 800# to call. The first time I was on hold for over 20 minutes. The second time they referred me back to the hotel. I spoke with the general manager at that point and he did not know who handles this for his hotel. I am giving up. Guess they are not interested in regular and repeat customers. This is a shame because we also do events. You would think in this COVID era they would be chomping at the bit for business. Two stars because it is at least clean when we have stayed there.
We were at Fleming's for dinner located in the Hilton Scottsdale resort. The meal was extraordinarily good and the service outstanding. Very pleasant birthday dinner for my wife.
