Poor service. I have called multiple times to try and receive a corporate rate. We are a large company based out of Colorado with a location in Phoenix. After leaving about 5 messages and emailing their general email listed on the website, I finally got through to someone who transferred me to their sales team. I spoke with both a sales person and their manager who state they do not set this up. They gave me an 800# to call. The first time I was on hold for over 20 minutes. The second time they referred me back to the hotel. I spoke with the general manager at that point and he did not know who handles this for his hotel. I am giving up. Guess they are not interested in regular and repeat customers. This is a shame because we also do events. You would think in this COVID era they would be chomping at the bit for business. Two stars because it is at least clean when we have stayed there.
