For a $250 dollar per night - unacceptable hotel. Find another accommodation.
This is my second time visiting here- twice in eight months.
This is an older hotel with poor infrastructure and worse staff.
They must be selling it soon.

Scottsdale must be a tough market to find employees with all the competing hotels- but this is ridiculous
I came for a dental conference.
Poor ancient wifi internet equipment. Older gym equipment.
The restaurant and bar staff is unmotivated, untrained and tired. Service is slow and ineffective. The managers are worse- they are washed out rejects from a motel 6.
Our meeting had a 75 minute lunch break. It took one hour to get a Ruben sandwich ordered and delivered! What in the world. House keeping can't turn the room around until after three. Poolside service is slow and they don't know their own menu.
