Great new restaurant and bar remodel. Friendly staff. Nicely renovated rooms.

Same beautiful decor and facilities. Service suffering during Covid. Indoor bars closed and on the outside bar the bartender stays inside out of the heat until patrons waive to get his attention. Slow. Hope for better days ahead.

Rented a car from this location and received great service from the Hilton staff.

Really enjoyed the villas. the blend of privacy and community was great. The service in the morning for breakfast was superb. Great, friendly people in a relatively convenient location.

AMAZING VIEWS and great things to do around the resort. Professional and friendly staff. Great food and drinks. Villas are so wonderful, clean and spacious. Highly recommend to family's of all sizes, ages, and needs. We got one with handicap shower and its amazing. Just love it here.

The place is beautiful and within walking distance to a lot restaurants, shops , and activities. You almost don't need to venture out too much because the food is terrific, and really enjoyed the pool. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The weather was terrific.

Rate was much higher than what I reserved on booking.com. Also the pool was supposed to be open until 10pm on a Saturday and it was closed at 8pm. Was a waste of money.

Nice hotel. Beautiful pool and villa perfect for relaxing after a long day shopping at all the nearby stores and boutiques.

My room creaked. The roof sounded like it was buckling and would wake me up from my siesta. The pool was heated. IN ARIZONA SUMMER! shouldn't it be cooled? "Oh it's 112 degrees out, you know what would be refreshing? A dip in 112 degree water" said no one ever. Pillows here were awful, no substance at all, woke up with a bad crick in my neck. Staff was amazing though, very friendly, opening doors and such, the head of housekeeping is gorgeous and such a sweet lady. It is a great location, but I would classify this a simply a hilton hotel, forget the "resort part

Over the past few years I've had a love/hate relationship with this Hilton. On one hand the villas are awesome because they give you the privacy rarely afforded to you by a hotel. On the other hand, as the other reviews have said, the hotel is pretty dated and among other things all of the linen is rather coarse. The staff has always been relatively friendly if rather clueless of what's going on in the hotel. One time they told me that they were all booked up for the day after I showed them that on their website clearly that there were rooms available. I preceded to sit in my car, book my room, and then check in. My Hilton experience in a nutshell.

Room was great and spacious. Keys didn't work at first. The manager did not come down to fix the issue instead sent maintenance to change the battery in the lock.

I attended a great conference here and the staff was very friendly

Our family spent Spring Break at this hotel and the staff is amazing. Every person we came in contact with, from cleaning personnel to the front desk, was kind, caring and helpful. You couldn't ask for a better experience. A special thank you to Anthony and Abby at the front desk and to Marianne and Christine in the restaurant. They go above and beyond what is necessary to make your stay spectacular!

We have stayed at the Pointe Hilton Resort on 7th St and Thunderbird and at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas twice. Hands down, the Scottsdale Resort & Villas is by far the superior location. The staff is friendly (Abby at the front desk remembered my husband and I by name while walking up to check out), the rooms are comfy and beautiful, and the care shown to guests is truly remarkable. We stay at the Hilton for our anniversaries, and the gesture of giving a gift of champange and chocolate covered strawberries along with a card to wish us happy anniversary and thank us for statying with them for that occasion, is such an amazing touch, we will never go to another hotel/resort or Hilton in the Valley other than the Scottsdale Resort & Villas location. I sincerely recommend this location to anyone who is in town for a celebration, anniversary, or business trip.

Very nice variety of rooms to choose from. Grounds are well-kept and staff was ok. Complimentary shuttle around Scottsdale area, but limited hours. If staying on the third floor you will most likely be using stairs which is not very convenient. Pool area was great with a nice pool bar. Gym area needs work. Very small gym room with only a few machines. Expected more in that area from Hilton.

Spacious, clean and comfortable living room and bedroom. Nice location, great restaurants nearby. Great massage facilities.

Fleming's Steakhouse at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort is a wonderful place to eat for happy hour. For hamburger lovers, it's the best hamburger I've ever had.

Attended a conference here, all the staff were very polite and helpful!

I meet up with some out of town guest and when I arrived the staff was helpfull and courteous

Considering it is in Scottsdale, in a resort city, the quality of the hotel was below average. I stayed for 2 nights and there wasn't water either days at the gym, they had 3 equipments in total. I thought it was even below a regular Hilton

I can't say enough about the staff I interacted with. I was very impressed with their genuine care about making my stay perfect. It is an older property but it is extremely clean and in good condition. Nice pool area and cabanas. I will be staying here again!

Staff is great and friendly. Place is clean and satisfactory. Not the nicest, fanciest but great solid place.

Have stayed at this property many times over the years. Outstanding staff at all levels that is eager to please the traveler. Extensive grounds, restaurant, bar, fitness center, and all the usual Hilton amenities. Older property that needs some refreshing, and we understand that it is coming in 2019.
Can be very expensive during peak times, but otherwise is very reasonable for Scottsdale resort-style properties.

I loved it alot! Great food and awesome service. I have been to this place 5 times. In thr vilas very good rooms i suggest staying here at this Wonderful Hilton Hotel.

It was terrible. This place messed up our vacation. We budgeted an exact amount for two nights stay and agreed with the front desk to have them authorize our credit card for a certain amount. They authorized our card for almost 3x the amount so we didn t end up doing everything we wanted in Arizona. Good luck guys. Unless you have an unlimited money supply for your vacation I wouldn t stay here.

The reservation was set in advance by 3 months knowing that we would be there for the set up by 11 didn't get in to the room until 2. After being told that the room was being proritized for cleaning at 10:30

Extremely smalls bathrooms, old furnishings, poor amenities. Useless refrigerator, coffee machine sits on a tiny and very low end table. Nice looking pool area and bar etc but we are very disappointed with this Hilton!

The Villa really nice! Very spacious and luxurious. The breakfast buffet was great! The staff there was very friendly and helpful and the ambience sitting out by the pool for breakfast was great.

I checked in at 1am and the gentleman working behind the counter was not there and in the back, I'm assuming sleeping, i was standing there calling for someone for fifteen minutes, i walked around looking for someone and finally i must have woken them up and they were able to help me. The rest of the staff was extremely attentive and helpful the rest of our stay, but that was disappointing when you just want to get to your room and rest.

The stay is quite nice. Horribly hot in Phoenix this time of year, hotel is a bit quiet as result.

Staff members are nice / beds are too firm(outdated) I actually had the front desk / knock & then call my room after 12Midnight (unprofessional) otherwise ok spot ... pool hours to early close ... guests wanting to unwind must finish 10pm sharp in warm Arizona shame it's a nice pleasant courtyard... hottub on the smaller side but sufficient... albeit the pool man keeps it out of service to appease his schedule 6am open approx pool/hottub not till afta 8am min

Had to cancel reservation due to health reasons (48 hours in advance) yet was told I would be charged for the room because it was passed their cancellation window. Obviously, they are all about the money. I made sure they didn't take advantage of me again by cancelling another reservation I had booked at this hotel in August. Very disappointed after being a loyal parton of the Hilton chain for over twenty years.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The beds are industry standard double which is basically a twin plus. There is no way 2 adults can comfortably sllkep in this. When I asked for a rool away, they said no, cant put one in that room and when I asked for a decent bed they offered to up sell it to me for a few hundred dollars. The poolside room has no pool access. And the cabana we rented came with people stationed on top of it and zero privacy.

I was there for the Masonry Guild Awards last week and the place was nice but they only had one Bar Tender for a 300+ people event. needles to say we spent a lot of time on line just to get a beer.
and they only took cash at the bar so if you didn't have cash you had to go to the ATM and start over again.
not good for a place like that that charges a lot of money for events!

We had a fantastic experience at the Courtyard Scottsdale Salt River Marriott! The staff is friendly and very accommodating to any request. The rooms are modern, clean, and extremely comfortable. The food at the Bistro is excellent. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone and look forward to staying there again!

Very nice hotel. I was here for a conference. The staff were friendly and the lunch and snacks we were served were fantastic.

Wife and I did a staycation for an in town wedding. The staff was great. The room was clean but the facility in general was a bit dated . We will continue to frequent the Hilton properties but the brands seem to be getting old.

Staff is nice and polite. We were given a nice room upgrade which my family and I are grateful for. The villa is nice and spacious. The decor and furniture does seem dated though. Otherwise, a nice average hotel resort.

The location was easy to find. 15 minutes from the PHX Airport. The room is very clean and comfortable. Room service was timely and professional. The food was very delicious. The event room was very nice and accommodating.

Have stayed here when is Scottsdale for six years. The casita's are big and great for a family. Great location and staff.

Loves the space. Loved the amenities. Loved the city.

Worst experience. The rooms are not worth the amount. I was trying to do work on the computer desk and it was covered with ants. Disgusting. There was no food around at all the ants were crawling in and out of desk crevasses from food being stuck in there prior to my stay. Pool side room just means you get the view and not actually have access to the pool outside of your room. Building is not kept up, hotel entrances are not secured at night.

The food was exceptional however we were seated close to the kitchen and it became sorta uncomfortable.
My complain was incredible and we enjoyed an intimate 2 hour dinner.
Sarah was our waitress and she knew when to pass by and when to not.

I liked the location of the property since it's in the middle of everything. For the 2bd villas its outdated but for the 1600sq ft size you can't beat the price. It is away from the main property but it does have their own pool. I don't mind being away from the main property because its nice and quiet.

It is a absolutely beautiful hotel the staff was very nice and helpful.The beds were comfortable the room was very clean and the view is gorgeous I will definitely go back

My second time here it's a great place Staffing very friendly very nice pool areas a blast it's just a nice place I'm here right now December 11th I believe I'm going to take a few pictures and post them very beautiful hotel right now the hundred fifty dollars a night which for what you're getting quite honestly is a pretty fair deal and yes it be better if it was only 50 bucks this is not Motel 6 it's beautiful I hope you enjoy it is evening time

This "resort" charged an extra $25 for being a "resort" and the breakfast didn't come with the stay which is fine but we come in, get the buffet and wow it was trash! Eggs watery, bacon burnt, the sausage quality was like eating a slim Jim, only one waffle maker so my man didn't even get a chance to eat one. Then they drop a $47 ticket on the table so you know how that made me feel! The $25 only covers the basics even my wifi like every other hotel don't charge for it but since "resort" is in the title they was charge us to breath. But whatever! I'll never, ever stay here again

I have stayed here on numerous occasions and have never experienced this bad worst service. We always get the villas when we come to accommodate our patrons for comfort. Usually they give us the villas that are towards the front or close to the gate by the main interest by the main hotel but for some reason this time they gave us the rear all the way in the back. DO NOT EVER take those because it looks like they have workers living in those. At 12 midnight we called for someone to come and service the heat and was told by the front desk there was no one on staff until 7am. Then was also told that there was no one to even send blankets because he was the only one there and had to be at the front desk. I couldn't believe that I was staying at th he Hilton Scottsdale, AZ. on a Saturday night where there was no one to attend to customers. I call the 800 number for Hilton and they apologized and they couldn't even believe then story until they asked Alexander at the front desk and he confirmed. This was and unacceptable visit and I will be pursuing a way to get a refund and to get someone to make this right.

Terrible service last dollar they will get from me. Didn't have my cabana set up, they just let other people have it. The people that had it didn't pay for it, it took them 30 minutes to an hour to come clean it. Wouldn't go back if it was free. My wife said the cocktail was good that's about it, that's the one star.

Main lobby and staff are very nice however the king room I stayed in (1st floor) felt outdated and the bathroom was tiny. Not what I am accustomed to or expect from Hilton. Not sure about the other floors / rooms, have only been to this hotel once.

Great overall smallish resort. Nice friendly staff all around. Rooms average size and comfortable beds. Not large but efficient bathrooms with stall shower. Food pretty good for hotel dining. Good location.

Great staff! I spend a time doing an event with the staff and I must tell you that they are a very courteous and kind group of folks fun to be with! Thank you for making my day and memorable one!
