Great hotel, nice staff, great lounge with open balcony. Loved it!
Had dinner at jamie's italian. Good food, not pricy and really friendly staff
Good location, slightly outdated rooms and sheets were hairy & dirty
Efficient staff and easy to access the conference that I attended.
Fantastic, nothing too much bother, treated like royalty...thank you
Good conference facilities, friendly helpful staff. Good access if you are a wheelchair user.
A typical Hilton in a very dynamic area of London. Location is nice, Rooms are clean and comfortable. The business rooms are professional with a good service. The Hotel restaurant is a Jamie's Italian which provides typical food for that chain
Location is a waste of time. good atmosphere. recommended.
Location is v.central to London Bridge/Tower Bridge. There are a lot of PwC Consultants in this hotel who spend a lot of time on PowerPoint. The drinks are expensive but good. Service was ok but not great.
Just passed through as went for lunch in restaurant near by. Nice and clean, would like to pop back to Check out their bars/restaurants.
Wonderful hotel. Loved this place, the location, the staff and accommodations.
Note; this place does not have free Wi-Fi, unless you are a high ranking member of Hilton hhonours.
The rooms are nice, the wifi is fast
Fine hotel, lives up to expectations. Fantastic location. Jamie's Place being part of the hotel is a huge asset. Very good hospitality, service is responsive, fast and considerate.
Great hotel in perfect location. The brownie dessert from the restaurant is one of the best I ve ever had.
Excellent hotel. Could do with more variety at breakfast.
Always a great place to stay, hidden jem by London Bridge Station and the river #rivertaxilondon #towerbridge
Great location, comfortable hotel, helpful staff, and a special thank you to Moustafa Mohamed, the arrangements you did, made it a special birthday!
Loveable and memorable place for all ages of Visiters.
An excellent hotel very friendly staff and the facilities are among the best I've experienced in this country. very handy for the tube, within an easy stroll to the Shard and close to lots of good eating houses
Location is quite nice, just a short walk to the Thames and Queens Walk, and Tower Bridge. Plenty of good dining options in the area and just a couple blocks from Boroughs Market (which is really cool).
I had some initial trouble upon check in but the staff was very professional and took care of everything. Room was nice and comfortable and the ninth floor deck has a wonderful views of the London sunset.
If I need to be in this area of London again, I would likely book my stay here.
I ate at the jamie Oliver Italian restaurant. Very good food and quick service.
Great close to everything nice friendly staff nice food lovely clean rooms
Lovely room with access to a great exec lounge with a fantastic view of the city. My only gripe was that the shower had no pressure!
Amazing service thank you Lindsey, Maciej, reception and concierge team for looking after me. The room was confortable and very clean, breakfast was exceptional. This hotel is my favourite Mr Yaqubi you have done amezing job with the team, looking forward come back again soon.
Really nice hotel, very easy to get to by roads (walking) and public transport (tube). Staff really friendly and food is amazing.
Room was very nice, staff excellent. Only issue was that the room was hot and the air con struggled to cool it down.
Very nice hotel. Staff is lovely. Nice bar on the ground floor. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Would recommend
Lovely venue on every level even the mens toilets
Had an amazing conversation with bar staff and admired their knowledge and passion when explaining different drinks
The whole stay was excellent. It's a very modern hotel with a nice restaurant by Jamie Oliver attached to it. It's really close to London Bridge Station and 'The Shard'. It's also directly near the city hall and The Tower Bridge is in max 5 minutes walking distance. There's a terrace on the 9th floor with an amazing view over the whole riverside area and beyond, including Tower of London and the Gherkin and of course The Shard. In the rooms you have Espresso machines and you can open the windows.
Just perfect. Went over and above. Quality Hilton standard
Nice hotel in a prime location in the heart of London. Room clean, very spacious, everything your heart desires.
Reception and concierge very friendly and helpful.
You can visit Jamie Oliver's hotel restaurant, but you don't have to.
We got there a little early for lunch and were left sitting at the table for about 20 minutes without comment, until the waiter came. He was very friendly and accommodating, which made up for the bumpy start of white.
Food was good, pasta was al dente, the rest was OK. Unfortunately, there was no spice in the schnitzel. Too bad.
Hotel again at any time, the name of the restaurant has higher expectations, which unfortunately would not be met.
Wow, this is a beautiful Hilton hotel with great themes/design/layout, spectacular view from the rooftop executive lounge, cool bar and lobby areas, and much more. I really enjoyed my stay and the staff was top notch.
Came here for a conference. Good lunch and sweet treats. Reliable WiFi. Very practical location.
Extremely rude and patronising man on the door refused to let us see our friend at the bar despite us being mere meters away. Refused to even check his name and made us feel like street trash. Would never stay at this Hilton is disgusting and racist.
Perfect location. Lovely hotel and rooms. Unfortunately i hate jamie oliver and his overpriced hypocritical money making machines (restaurants ) we had a terrible meal there with poor service and the breakfasts werent to a very high standard either
Good conference facilities. Decent food. Great coffee
What a fantastic stay. Incredibly comfortable and spacious room. Amazing value for money and superb executive loung offering great drinks and food. The views from our room (12th floor) were stunning.
The breakfast as Jamie Oliver's in the morning was good, a decent spread but the quality was average. The reason for the 4 stars was due to the unprofessional check in experience. We were booked via a diamond honors member account, but the staff member couldn't find our booking, quoted the wrong number of nights back to us, left us at reception without explaining they were looking into our booking and didn't tell us where the lifts were located, where the key hotel spaces were or anything like that.
Overall a great stay and experience, but can't give it the 5 stars due to the check in mess.
Fabolous location everything you would expect from a Hilton including superb staff.
Convenient and recently updated decor. Restaurant has good food and service.
Great stay as per usual, nothing to complain about ... Love the bathrooms
Good location for work and standard Hilton facilities.
A very special place, very impressive, staff are all outstanding, rooms are lovely, view is not quite perfect but everything else makes up for it. Food at Jamie's is splendid.
Very nice hotel close to the London Bridge. Ideally located because opposite the metro.
The bar is friendly and very well attended.
Staying here right now as I write this review. I think this should explain my ratings...couldn't wait to get the feedback email Hilton after I checc out.
I have felt racism since I checked in i.e 8 nights before. Every time I have to deal with hotel weather it's cleaning, food, restraint seating to someone taking my order... Yes every f'ING time.
First night, i ordered my food and didn't receive it for 1 hr and was told kitchen is closed, they tried compensating by giving me free drink.
Second day, I asked for sheet chnhch, came back from a long day and it was same
Third day... something else
Fourth day...some something else

Last night
I order for meatballs and was given tomoto bruchetta..
Again sorry and a free beer.
Never staying here again..
Great hotel and great location between Borrow market and one bridge away from St Paul
Quality worldwide brand. All u need for great stay in a great City.
Ideal situation. Large rooms (we were 3) clean and quiet. Good breakfasts. To advice.
Central location makes it a good place to meet. Decor is modern and clean. I attended a private function in 1st floor conference rooms and layout and service was good.
Nice room (spacious and modern style, ample bathroom with both shower and bath tube) though a bit overpriced even for London, considering it's a 4* hotel. Generally clean, silent and comfortable to reach through public transportation. Staff was kind, hadn't the chance to test breakfast as I had to leave pretty early in these first days.
Very comfortable rooms, great ambience and a well-appointed executive lounge with fabulous views of the Shard and other City buildings. The meetings facilities here are also excellent, and Jamie's restaurant is staffed with friendly and efficient team members. Thank you to Peter and his wonderful team for a great stay.
We went to Jamie's for food. The food was great. The service was ok but they were busy. Would go back. Shame they ran out of pale ale.
Hotel really very nice and refined I would say class very well positioned, very close to the comfortable London Bridge station from which you can reach all the airports without problems. It also has an excellent lounge open all day and the Jamie s Italian Restaurant with excellent proposals and at really modest prices, especially at breakfast!
Visited Jamie's Italian while here. Food was average and reasonably priced however the service was poor and wait times high! I waited 25 min for desert. Considering it was only 3 scoops of ice cream I have no idea why it took so long!
Wasn't as nice as I expected but I only visited the bar.
Staff are lovely and welcoming, I have stayed here quite a few nights over last few months, small issues have always been resolved swiftly and with a smile. My only gripe is breakfast Tea has never once been in my room just fruit teas. The staff have always provided it on request but surely we could have proper tea.
Lovely food and service but incredibly loud and busy.
This is probably one of the nicest Hilton hotels I've stayed at. The room is very nice, it even has an American power outlet. The only problems are that the shower door does not cover the entire tub so the floor gets wet, and that the windows face another tall building so office people could look in the room if the shades were open. The shades black out the light very well. The room provided complimentary wine and water. I very highly recommend upgrading to get access to the lounge. There you can get a very fancy meal for both breakfast and dinner. Things like fresh pastries, top shelf liqour, beer, and bottles of coke. The coffee machine there is excellent as well. It even has different nozzles, so if you get a hot chocolate you wont get a drop of coffee flavor in it. The hot chocolate was excellent as well. Additionally, there are drinks and snacks out throughout the day. For the price, this is an offering you don't want to miss out on. It's a whole lot cheaper than eating out; so it pays for itself.
Attended a Team building event at the hotel. Loved the coffee break selections. Friendly meeting staff.
The hotel is in a nice area of London, there are plenty of things to see and do within walking distance of the hotel. The lounge/bar/restaurant area looks pretty chill, although I didn't go to it during my night stay.
