I've not stayed in this hotel, but I have used the lobby for business meetings and after work drinks. It's a nice, professional-yet-comfortable space, and the table service means you're never without a drink. (Or in the case of late morning business meetings, coffee and juice.) However, keep in mind: you are in a hotel near Tower Bridge, so the prices will be more expensive! Also, the nearest tube is London Bridge, about a 5 minute walk away.

Bar vastly overpriced and service charged added for two beers when served at the bar? Most of the bar staff where clueless in regard to what drinks they where selling with odd exception. Wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend.

Sitting at the Honors lounge - I find the staff (when they are present at all) are more interested in talking on their personal cell phones than doing their jobs - not just this evening, but the last 2 evenings as well as during breakfasts... Tables go uncleaned, dirty dishes occupying them. The ice bucket is filled with a bit of ice and a LOT of water. I feel as if the staff would rather we just not be here - like those nuisances called guests are really cramping their style! I m not one to complain but I just think management should know. 2.5 stars out of 5

Pros - nice room, great executive lounge, housekeeping were very nice, the ground floor bar looks very nice and modern, sockets next to bed is simple but very convenient

Cons - room service menu one of the mains the staff hadn't heard of so couldn't offer it despite being on the menu, not a fan of Jamie's Italian but at least chicken cottage is nearby

The room was nice, as were the staff. However, the room above mine was a building sight with hammering and drilling going on at 9.00 in the morning. The front desk were of no help what so ever. As I was quite jetlaged it was a horrible experience to be woken up to.

Ok

Nice hotel opposite to London Bridge station on the south of the river. Roo.s were spacious and clean service was excellent and the shower was real good. Slept really well both nights and there was a good route for a run in the morning straight down the river to Westminster Bridge and then to Buckingham palace and back via the mall, tragalgar square and 10 downing street returning over Westminster Bridge made about 10k. Free water in the room and I had a fuse blow in the lights which they repaired within 30 mins.

Nice hotel and in a great position not far from the tube station. Few things needing more attention to detail is that if a bed sheet is marked don't put it on the bed. Breakfast voucher need to be given on check in. Otherwise lovely stay.

The hotel is well located with burough market just 5 mins walk away and tower bridge and the shard with in 5 mins walk i couldnt fault the room and the service was second to none also the breakfast was the best iv tried for years i would recommend this hotel to anyone

Tap pricey, view and location is fantastic. Metro station and the Tower Bridge around the corner. Beds quite hard but large, layout of the bathroom not quite logical and a bit cramped. Rooms are also spacious and luxurious. Lots of choice for breakfast, bar is great, wifi is free.

We stayed here for six nights and it was amazing. We've been to London before but this time we had more time to relax and explore. The staff were great and the folks at the bar were amazing. One of the girls made my wife a Martini that she's now trying to duplicate at the house. It's right next to bourough market which is a must stop. Additionally, the London bridge tube stop is the best place to see the entire city. I could go on, but they've done an amazing job. Would stay here again.

I booked here because the Hilton Bankside where I normally stay was fully booked. The location is great and the staff very accommodating. The executive rooms are definitely not at the level of the Hilton Bankside. The shower is small and the water pressure is really weak. The fitness centre fairly small, not well kept with missing equipment and not enough space for all guest in the morning. The breakfast experience at the Jamie's is also disappointing - not enough options and not good quality.

Great location, with easy access to the Tube and to the Thames and the great views and restaurants there. Room was good sized. Staff was friendly, checked us in early and the cleaning staff respected our do not disturb signs while also cleaning the rooms early when we did leave for the day.

My only complaint with the hotel is that there's no free internet access. They have internet options, but they're prohibitively expensive (15 pounds for a day of internet?). It's 2013, internet should be free or a nominal cost for a week of access.

Still, would definitely recommend anybody looking for a good hotel in London stay here.

The location of the Hilton Tower Bridge Hotel in London is perfect: many sights, such as the Financial District, Tate Modern, Borough Market or just shopping streets are within easy walking distance. The city hotel convinces with more! Above all, the service and the pleasant style convinced guest critic Liv to stay in London in the future only at the Hilton Tower Hotel. Get away from the turbulent city life and let yourself be pampered by the friendly hotel staff - not a dream here! Off to London? Then definitely choose the Hilton Tower Bridge as your accommodation and enjoy the magical view from the roof terrace. The restaurant "The Larder" is also recommended with its European cuisine. More about this luxury hotel in the British capital in Liv's hotel review on luxury time. Search heading, Europe, England, London.

It is a great location with friendly helpful staff. It is with in a short walk of the underground and many food and bar locations. My only complaint was the room was a bit hot. (It was unusually warm in London) other than that it was wonderful.

Last minute change of venue of a training course meant we ended up at this hotel. Rooms and facilities were great and well looked after. Only issue I found was that i wasn't able to eat any of the food/snacks provided. I'm used to this though and had my own with me. The other people on the course seemed to like the food anyway

We had the mid year deal, so the price was very good. Hotel is very nice, clean and modern. Stuff were friendly and helpful. We stayed at fifth floor. We will definitely go back there again. Breakfast at Jamie's Italian was excellent as well. Over all, we are very happy.

We stayed one night here. Check in was very smooth. Enrico from Reception was very informative and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable and hotel offers one of the best Executive lounge in London.

Very good location between Tower bridge and the shard, breakfast served in the rooms because of the very poor covid. Room cleaning is not done systematically, you have to ask for it, poor reception

Lovely Hotel, Staff very polite and friendly and couldnt be more eager to help. We got upgraded to a deluxe room and it was excellent. Perfect size and the bathroom was particularly great with both a bath and walk in shower. Overall was a great stay and will be using them again.
