Stayed her in August. The rooms are extremely comfortable with everything needed to enjoy a stress free stay. Can highly recommend the breakfast (which is very competitive with other local areas). You can eat as much as you want and its freshly made, with an abundance of options for every taste. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. This is our second stay. It is really handy if you are visiting the Kensington Olympia Exhibition Centre. Just 5 mins away from here on foot, also handy for buses and tube. The railway station is also just 5 mins away on foot.

Optimal location. We were very disappointed with the room cleaning service not performed on one occasion. We have verbally informed the front desk on the day of departure with serenity and we received the return a "sorry" .. then I sent an email because they still do not seem right to a simple I'm sorry, because my partner is a historical account of 'Hilton and for this we would have expected something more ... but we didn't get an answer.
This review is negative not because of the quality of living, still valid even if that 'downside, but especially not to re handled in quality after sales for a client and historical, but not necessarily. I expected a lot more to make up for a disservice like the lack of room and bathroom cleaning

Had a fantastic stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was perfect with good facilities.. We caught the bus from outside the hotel to the Hammersmith Apollo and back without any fuss. Super breakfast and plenty of it. Thanks to all concerned.

This wonderful hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood in London and within walking distance to the tube. Also various busses can be picked up outside the front door of this hotel. The staff is quite friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. I look forward to my return.

Looks like a Hilton. Charges like a Hilton. But get past the shiny reception and you are in for a shock. Rooms are very dated indeed. The first room I was offered smelt a bit like death, bathroom was dirty, filthy windows (inside and out) that wouldn't open, exposed electrical wiring, broken sockets, dirty carpet and a bed made from MDF.

Front desk staff courteous and offered a replacement room. My "upgraded" second room is clean, but still dated and rough round the edges. The beds are noisey wobbly MDF creations and it looks like the previous guest sacrificed a goat on the carpet. A hotel like this shouldn't have tatty or broken fixtures.

Room service was average and staff cheerful enough.

5hrs into a 3 night stay and can uncomfortably say I won't be back. Far cry from the other Hilton's in London.

Wi fi was God awful; on the first day of a two week stay, i contemplated leaving because of it; most of the buttons on a room phone did not work so I had to call 0 every time; customer service was often painfully slow; do not expect US quality of service here but do expext long waits; if I had to guess they are understaffed or poorly managed; the fitness center is your typical no effort fitness center, any picture of it is of all of it; i paid 35 pounds for room service for a.chesseburger, fries and two.diet cokes; you can walk down the street and find food and drink at a quarter to half of the price; breakfast buffet was good and not exorbitant; concierge is helpful; rooms were ok for London standards; all in all, if i knew then what i knew now, i would have stayed somewhere else. I would recommend you shop around. Lastly, I had a room that had no drawers or shelves in it. I've never heard of such a thing. They did change my rooms but I was in shock that such a thing was even a possibility

Don't change the soap for a new one unless it's needed.

Otherwise a five star service, executive lounge is better than some in the Hilton chain and the restaurant next door has great breakfast selection. Helpful staff and porters who go the extra mile makes for a pleasant stay. But don't advertise sustainable hotel stay if you don't practice it.

Enjoyed my stay here, the hotel itself was very nice.

The room and bathroom were slightly dated, and the shower made an awful noise, even when turned isolated.

The bed was comfortable, which is the main thing, and I got a good night's sleep.
Food was dreadful, but it was a limited menu.

Would come again, but maybe upgrade to a more modern room.

Love this hotel. Great location, just away from the centre proper and within an easy walk of two different tube stations (Holland Pk & Shepherd's Bush). Also, ther's a huge shopping centre just across the way called Westfield.
They have a ground floor Executive Lounge here, so if you are a HHonours member, it a great place to stay and the prices can be reasonable compared to some of the more central hotels.

Rooms were tired and needs updating. Breakfast was excellent with a good spread. The executive lounge was good but had terrible food and not very friendly service. Rooms were small and bathroom was very small despite being in a suite. The suite rooms were just connecting rooms and was not friendly for children as should the door accidentally closes, you can t open it from one side. Location was very convenient to the big shopping mall in Westfield about 5 minutes walk.

Staff very good, friendly, helpful and professional. Location quiet overnight, convenient for bus and train services and central London sights. Rooms fine if a little cramped for two adults, housekeeping requests readily fulfilled, a replacement, working fridge supplied when asked for but nothing said why fitted fridge hadn't been replaced. Beds comfortable, bathroom showing signs of age, wear and tear.

Great central location with easy access to transportation routes to get across London. Also right beside Westfield Shopping Centre which was ultimately convenient. Executive room perks are nice and verh efficient WiFi. They could improve their housekeeping and breakfast selection though. Rooms were cleaned late in the day and rarely vacuumed. English breakfast is quite limiting and monotonous daily.

A bit torn at this stay. The staff was very lovely and overall the room was ok but a few key disappointments especially for a Hilton. The rooms are very small, even the executive rooms. It s London so that is not entirely unexpected but still a bummer. The AC is extremely weak in both the hotel and the room. Our toilet would also only flush every few times or so correctly. The hotel is also definitely a bit older. The breakfast and executive lounge were both nice. Good location next to metro and mall. Just wish the place was a bit more updated and at the level of Hilton s I ve stayed consistently in the past

Definitely the worst Hilton I have stayed in. If you really need to have accomodation in the area a 3* hotel would probably get you better quality than this hotel. Noisy bed, (very creaky) and old tarnished fittings and dirty carpets everywhere I looked made this stay awful I'm sorry to say. Very surprised the Hilton have let their standards drift in this hotel .

I have stayed at the Hilton London Kensington for several weeks. Overall I have enjoyed my stay. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has lots of choices. The hotel is close to the Sheperds Bush Central line tube station and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

A reasonably good hotel, as one would expect under the Hilton name. There is a good area for taxis and guests to pick up guests and staff are of a reasonable standard. Place, however, is slitely old fashioned and could do with updating.

Very nice location..infront of a bus stop.. and walking distance from Westfield shopping mall.. it was very convenient and i would defintely be back to this hotel when in london..very clean.. however it is old ..clearly seen in the bathrooms.. staff are friendly and supportive..
you can book a bus to bicester village and so many other destinations easily through concierge services which is very professional.. I would recommend that the hotel offers good deals for sight seeing and theatres rather than adding extra fees.. this will make more loyal customers

The hotel is nice. I didn't get much time to spend in the area so I can't speak for the location, but it's modern and clean. The rooms are VERY small, and the bathrooms are quite cramped. Aside from that it's quite a nice room. I do have two complaints - my kettle didn't work for tea and coffee, and my wake up call was one hour before I requested. It must have been entered wrong into the computer. I went downstairs for a beer and some food and the service was excellent. I'd be happy to stay here again.

Great location for the hotel, as it s right next to the Shepherd s Bush underground station, and terrific (and huge) Westfield Mall. Staff was super nice. The rooms were a little small, but that s to be expected in London. All Ubers stop around there too. And you re right next to some great neighborhoods for restaurants and boutique shopping, including Notting Hill, Paddington, and Bayswater. It s not the fanciest of Hilton hotels (it could do for some upgrading), but for an economical and convenient stay in London, it s a good choice.

Very good hotel at a decent price with great access to Westfields. If you are in London for some shopping it s a great location as Oxford Circus is a five minute walk and ten minute tube ride

Pleasant staff.

Pleasant staff.

Reasonable breakfast.
Tiny rooms.
Dirty carpets.
Poor maintenance.
Noisy guests and externally also noisy.

The Hilton brand continues to become more irrelevant and is (in my experience) associated with low quality and is trading off its once good name. Suggest Premier Inn as a much better value proposition.

Stayed here for a month as a diamond member. Few teething problems at the beginning but nothing the staff couldn't sort out. There was a Portuguese lady on the reception that was fantastic and went the extra mile to ensure all guests were happy in the hotel. There was also Goan male staff member that worked in the bar who was also fantastic throughout the stay. Breakfast menu was limited and the executive lounge was closed due to COVID-19 which was outside this hotels control.

Old but alright.

Old but alright.
The bus route is right in front of Notting Hill, Piccadilly and Hyde Park.
Amenity comes with a basic shampoo conditioner body wash body lotion soap and no toothpaste. There is a dryer.
Room shoes and shower robe will be provided upon request.
Breakfast is delicious. You can take out coffee and bread.

This is the worst stay I have ever had at a Hilton. The room we got as a honors gold member was appalling. There was no heat it was broken so they gave us a old small floor heater, the bath is disgusting, the coating is pealung of the bath and it is stained and i would not use it in any way, they offered me another room which looked like the one I was in. Is this what i should expect in the future from Hilton in Kensington. I have 2 more nights here unfortunately never again, and i feel my points should be refunded as it is too late to book elsewhere. Please respond to me regarding this review. Mike Curran
