Cool place to stay within downtown Dubai, but the restaurant that hosts the breakfast had a poor customer service staff. Thanks to Mr. Gupta and his team for an amazing service.

Unfortunately an unorganized, exploitative hotel that doesn't care
I got a very, very unprofessional and inhuman situation
The alarm bell rang at 9 at night
And they announced the evacuation of the hotel
I took my two children and my parents and went down the eighth floor of the stairs
I arrived under after hardship and they said this is always with us and the warning sounded the error with coldness
Do not apologize or appreciate

And during the reservation it was late and clear
With your reservation details, pay half of the nightly rate to come late
They paid me a full amount

They respected the contract
Bad experience that I will never repeat with the hotel nor recommend it

Shouldn't be a 5 star hotel at all. Way below Dubai standards.

It's amazing place and great service especially Mr Mina the manger of the restaurant , he is the best personal , gave us very great service with his team

The staff was really good and friendly.. The restaurant provide variety of tasty and yummy food.. Kids enjoyed a lot at the pool deck.. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay

Location is close to Dubai mall and Burj khalifa, however it's not a direct route on the roads to both, it requires many u-turns and hard navigation to get over there. It's in an odd spot so there will be lots of trying to navigate to/from if you're driving yourself. It doesn't seem like there's an easy walk across either. There is however the metro and would allow you go one stop over to Dubai mall or anywhere else within the Dubai area.

The staff were very polite and friendly. It is 5 minuets walk a to the metro station. Restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and pharmacy are nearby. Dubai mall is the next station. Resturant is considered pricey. It is very clean and spacious room.

The property has an amazing swimming pool. The staff is extremely courteous...we had a great stay for 6 days

Good hotel , for a 5 star hotel it should be much better , the rooms need to be renovated , furniture are old and new ones needed , the over all ambience is not bad but you expect much more from 5 star hotel , the check out was disaster for waiting like 40 minutes to be checked out , should be more organized , location wise is the best few blocks from Dubai mall and walking distance from metro , surrounded by nice shops and restaurant . Price per room are very reasonable but we expect more from this hotel . Clean , swimming pool with amazing view . Very nice to spend time there relaxing , swimming and enjoying amazing Dubai view . Staff are friendly and nice . More of a family place .

In algae Valhamb + air-condition once hot and once Baard + Mai bathroom be cold morning period Maaref Why? + What happened to the hair dryer ?? + The portions are very poor

We took advantage of the part apart hotel. Unfortunately we fell in the smoking section. The staff changed us without worries of room. Ask for the view of the Burj Khalifa. The breakfast at the top of the tower is great. And another plus point there is a whole series of restaurants where you can walk to the neighborhood. In short, a good choice

beautifully designed hotel .. accessibility to important areas in Dubai .. very close to Dubai mall and downtown .. try restaurants at the top floors .. the view form the top is really amazing .. parking at the back side of the hotel ..

Good service, great location with easy access to the metro.

Nothing actually was missing, the rooms was super tidy and clean, very nice isolation from the street noise no disturbing sounds with a very awesome staff that always smiles and greets you always with a big wonderful smile

Breakfast is not my favourite but it is a nice one, I recommend this hotel due to being so much close from Dubai Mall and the easy access and entrance of it

Rarely does one come across Concierge staff like Shamim, Rasheed and Rajiv who are ever willing to help in any way. All queries of any sort were attended to. Even the porters were efficient and deserve mention.
Housekeeping was very prompt and courteous and deserve full marks for all the help and requirements

More of a quiet hotel, with Jones the Grocer downstairs, cozy eatery for light snacks, lunch & dinner, cheese and a charcuterie on certain days. Live Jazz on Wednesday s with fabulous singer. Staff is professional and polite.

Going to and getting out of the hotel is very hard if you are driving.
They damaged my passport with some spilled ink.
The room 716 is facing a main street and meteor train, like living in the middle of the street.
The furniture and carpet are old and damaged.
The main bedroom have a glass door with the bathe room so I cannot sleep when the sun is out.
The air-conditioning is bad and could not be fix.
The bathroom have a brooking toilet seat and the shower keep osculating hot and cold water.
The elevators need maintenance.
The parking building have very narrow spaces.
They charge for everything, even printing some papers.
Everything else is average.
Concussing: I had batter experience for less money.

Went to the restaurant there called 24th Street. The food was great. The sushi was exceptional.

The rooms are tidy and their capacity is good and the location of the hotel is lovely and there is a synonymous building for the hotel that uses parking

Incredible breakfast, a selection from 1001 nights staff very friendly and accommodating

Stayed there 38 nights which is the longest i have ever stayed in a hotel. Everything was nice and clean. Financial center metro station is 5 mins walking distance. Only drawback though was the pool, too small for a hotel that big.

only average. actually i was disappointed. traded on its name and past image. starting to believe the hype and in really there are a lot better options s out there
