Please be aware that the negative reviews that are being posted about the incident concerning the raciest comments and incident regarding the General Manager, Rose did not happen at this property-Hilton Garden Inn in Valdosta nor the Hampton Inn and Suites at the Conference Center in Valdosta.

We always strive to maintain professional and friendly service to each and every guest that walks through our doors.

The hotel location is noted in the video conversation, if verification is needed. Again, we want to strongly note that that it is not our properties in Valdosta, Georgia.

We are working with Google to remove the posts that are not about our hotel.

If Corona Doesn't Kill You 1st. The Mold Will! The room APPEARED "clean" per say. However, there was mold in the shower and excessive amounts of dust and mold on the AC Unit. The AC was broken up. Not to mention the room was hot. As a matter of fact the entire building was hot. Highly Disappointed. Especially for a Hilton at $100+/night. I really could have stayed at a Motel 6 for this BS.

Why the hotel was clean it was not a very nice stay. To start our toilet didnt flush and after having a maintenance man sit a plunge it for 15 min it still wouldnt work right so we did not use it any more we tried asking for another room but was told they were all booked up the beds are no good like sleeping on the floor tossed all night. They do have breakfast If! You dont ming paying 11 $ per person on top of the 165 per night

I am very disappointed every time I leave this hotel and shocked that it has the name Hilton on the building. I usually stay a week at a time, and after my second visit, I keep the do not disturb sign on the door. Maids do a horrible job and go through your stuff. The advertise the garden sleep system bed, but good luck getting a room that these actually work in, if the whole knob isn't torn out of the mattress. I am used to the disappoint of this location now, but still disappointed in Hilton.

I rely on the quality of the Hilton brand when traveling with my family but no more. For $157(including Tax), my family and I had a dirty room with 2 queen beds with mattresses where our heads were lower than our torsos and slept in the indentations left by innumerable prior guests; and a non-functioning Heater unit. Could not sleep all night because of freezing cold and suffered all week during our vacation because of that.We did complain to the front desk and were told that the hotel was fully booked and did not have a room to accommodate three people. Had our arrival been earlier in the evening, we absolutely would have left and sought out other accommodations. I called the front desk to share everything I have here and at no time was offered any apology, any mention of a customer satisfaction guarantee, or any ownership of these issues. Fellow travelers, heed our warnings.

This was not a typical Hilton Hotel brand experience. Upon arrival I was greeted and given keys to a 4th floor room that did not work (which I suspected before even trying, given the huffing and eye rolling by the girl at the front desk when trying to activate the keys). Oh, and no "thank you for being a Hilton honors member... Or thank you of any sort, but that's a small detail.

So after finding the key didn't work,
I went back down to the desk to get new ones. No apology, just more huffing and eye rolling. But I was reissued keys and - YAY a green light this time, we're in! Except, oops, the room was already occupied. Yep, people were in there.

Back to the desk. A different person and still no apologies, just an excuse "I don't know what happened, I didn't do it". Okay, people make mistakes but that was a big one and someone should have apologized at least.

Later, when turning down the beds we realized one of the queen beds did not have a fitted sheet on it. A call to the front desk resulted in a maintenamce man bringing us a set of sheets to make up our bed. Again, no apology, no horror or embarrassment.

The AC was also very loud but it didn't seem worth complaining about... There were no apologies or making things right at this hotel.

I recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

Convenient location. Suite set up fantastic, with separate sitting area from sleeping area. Dates of service: 8/31 - 9/3/18. Customer service poor to average. Breakfast below average - don't look for a continental breakfast..
Got locked outside by the pool, after 10pm.. Had been talking and lost track of time. The pool entrance was unable to be accessed. Had to walk outside around the building to the front entrance to get inside.

Front desk staff were very friendly. Check-in was quick and easy. Visited the area unexpectedly and booked at the desk. King accommodation was nice, as was the connecting double Queen accommodation. The view of The Jolly Inn not so attractive but not a huge deal I suppose. The shower water gets scorching hot (be careful) and the shower pressure was so good some caulking came off. In room TVs are small (or I m spoiled) but all in all good stay. I may need to return to the area again soon and if do I would stay at this property again.

Pretty standard fare. It's clean and comfortable, however the neighboring hotel is a bit shady looking. The staff is always professional and friendly. $10 for breakfast is probably not worth it, but it is very convenient.

I work at this locatiin and didnt like it carpeting smell not inuff cleaning supplies to work with feel sorry for houskeeping there over work was there working for 2 days and was very diaponted for a hotel like hilton i think housekeepers should get pay better than what they are gettinf the company asking for those ladies for toi much for little pay i think if they would pay these girls better they would not lose so much worker i never wrote a review before at a hotel especally one that i work for but this location need improvement

Place is old rooms.Front desk was very nice and quick.Cant say the same FOR dining.Mattress is very old ,I asked when booking and was told they were new.coffee bar dirty and not well stocked .2 teas to be exact.This would be ok but highest priced in group of hotels.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast excellent and all staff we're extremely nice. I would recommend staying here as I will return as long as my son is stationed at Moody Air Force Base.

The Good: The staff were all very friendly and hel...

The Good: The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bartender stood out from the crowd in terms of overall service and making me feel welcome. Missed his name, but he was from Jersey. The bed was comfortable and easy to fall asleep in. The room was clean and well maintained. Plenty of free parking available. The dinner was quite tasty as were the drinks.

The Bad: There reason I had to dock a star was because of the following. The AC unit in the room was so loud I had to literally double my volume level to hear anything and this was on my laptop right in front of me. There was a lot of light bleeding in around the curtains and under the door, almost making the room uncomfortably to light to sleep. The breakfast was really lackluster compared to most HGIs. There was no buffet during the week, so you're forced to order of the tiny lost of items available. One of the toasters was broken. I was brought the wrong food twice in a row. I had to get my own place setting, and no one offered me something to drink until my meal came. At least the food was decent.

The Ugly: This was my second time staying here, so obviously I was okay returning, but I didn't recall it being that bad the first time regarding the items above. I would likely consider a different hotel should I have to return in the future unless they fix the items mentioned above.

I had a company meeting here and the staff really took care of us, they made sure wet didn't run out of drinks, our conference room was spacious and comfortable, they were very quiet when they had to enter the room. We also was provided lunch which was amazing, the staff walked around checking on everyone making sure we had everything we needed. We have a lot of company meetings here and I see why.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They literally said hello or good morning each time I saw any of them. Rooms were clean and comfy. The ONLY drawback was the fact that breakfast wasn't part of the service. You have to pay for that. Other than that, kudos to the staff that made us feel welcomed.

We will come back! Staff is Great, Josh took care of us at check in, good conversation and so polite! Rooms are clean, room and very nice . Our bed was so comfortable, not hard or lumpy we had a great nights sleep after 16 hour road trip. No unnecessary noise out in the hallway, no loud craziness going on anywhere. We'd suggest you check here before you go elsewhere, you won't regret it.

Horrible experience there s a much cheaper motel behind this one that seems to attract a rough crowd. I caught a woman attempting to look in my car and was brushed off by an employee when I complained. I did not feel safe and noticed that almost anyone could walk in at night since after 10 it seemed employees weren t vigilant.

well I was surprised when we got there and how nice everybody was there... first Holly give me a call to verify my account and also to verify that I was checking in because it was late and then I got a second phone call from Samantha ,which was a darling ..we checked in ,we had two rooms apparently they notice that I put the non-smoking Rome in ,called me to check on that which is awesome because we do not want that and then as well as a great room went downstairs at breakfast and Kelly the general manager was so nice and so sweet , she wanted to make sure that we enjoyed ourselves everything and now we got our continental breakfast instead of points hats off to her and her great staff I look forward to coming back to this establishment

After a long day of work, and a long drive we arrived at our location in Valdosta at the Hilton Garden Inn. We had a reservation for a king bed... they were sold out. We went up to our room to find urine and hair on the floor in the bathroom. When my wife called to complain - a random guest answered the phone. Save your money or think ever hard about staying here. The Hilton brand, like most other big companies have forgot what customer service is about.

This Hilton Garden Hotel isn't what we expected to...

This Hilton Garden Hotel isn't what we expected to be. It is just an "ok" room. The room is clean but doesn't stand up to the Hilton chain. This may be an older hotel, our room is very plain. Toilet doesn't want to flush properly, no complimentary breakfast was a big disappointment.
Last night we stayed at a Quality Hotel in Knoxville TN that was very nice, had beautiful appointments in the room, big breakfast.

Great spacious rooms. Get the suite if you have a family. It has a nice separate living room space and each area has it's on TV. Nice soft clean beds and a clean bathroom. Very close to Wild Adventures and across the street from a fabulous Mexican Restaurant El Toreo. They have excellent food and tasty strawberry Margaritas 2for1 during happy hour and it's walking distance from the Hilton Garden Inn. We will enjoy a good night's sleep before we head back home.

Actually are serving breakfast again unlike many hotels i have been to. Breakfast is made to order including pancakes, eggs, bacon, and sausage. No room service while your stay is on going though. Not sure if by request.

Very disappointed. The vent in the bathroom was clogged with dust and dirt. The picture on wall below it was caked with dust. The microwave had 1/4 dust on top of it. The armchair was filthy.. What didn t we see? I d add photos if I could. It s possible that only our room was in despair but we won t be back.

This place needs an update to correct poor lighting and mustard colored paint and carpeting. Also parking is difficult because preference is given to large trucks and vehicles towing trailers who occupy multiple parking spots.

I would love to tell anyone who would listen how g...

I would love to tell anyone who would listen how great my experience was at this hotel.
Also I would like to add that while my stay was planned with les than 12 hrs notice ( due to Irma ), the hospitality that was shown to me under such extreme conditions will never be forgotten.
You wouldn t have known that the staff were personally feeling the effects of Irma such as gas shortages, power outages and so on....
The professional treatment I received while the staff was under such TREMENDOUS stress themselves will forever remind me how good people can be. There was not one of you who did not rise above.
The treatment me and my dog Papi received was 2nd to none. For not knowing the circumstances I would be facing upon my return, you made me feel at home my entire stay.
I will see you again on less excessive conditions for sure.

Have stayed here many times in the past. It's has been over a year since my last stay. The cooked to order breakfast was my reason for staying here unfortunately this stay may change my mind. The servers are nice but cause more confusion than help. They ask what I would like but I eventually got my coffee and other items myself. The quality of the cooking is not good, burnt bacon , raw vegetables in The Omelette , no butter for the French toast. Just not enjoyable anymore
