Hilton Garden Inn Valdosta Review

I was there for a few minutes and everyone was very friendly.

Staff was great. Hotel was way too pricey for what it was. I've had better experiences at cheaper hotels that offered a free breakfast in the morning, not $220 for substandard accommodations and no reach around. I did give it a 2 star rating because they're refunding me 50%.

The refrigerator needed to be defrosted badly. The sliding closet doors were off their track. The surfaces were left wet and they dried with streaks. We were put on the backside of the motel facing a run down motel and not a very safe looking area. We will not book here again. The staff is very nice.

1. The phone didn't work.
2. We booked a king and got 2 twins
3. The close doors were completely off the tracks and couldn't be moved.
4. There was a power outage, the fire alarms sounded, the phone system was dead, the elevator were dead and NO ONE from corporate could help us.

Beautiful hotel centrally located to the town. Easy to get in and out of from the main road. Large spacious room with comfy beds and excellent pillows. The room is well stocked with lots of bath towels and bath supplies. Room has coffee maker and microwave.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is lots of parking with a well lit parking area.

Had to ask twice for a pack-n-play. Breakfast took too long to serve. What made it worse was that people that arrived after us were getting their meals before us. We will try other Hilton options the next time we visit Valdosta.

Best hotel in Valdosta GA but be warned if they are having any events in the conference rooms parking is at a premium.

first off, there was a hair in the shower. the bed is way to hard, the pillows are terrible, the tv is from 1945, and the breakfast is $11.

Is about my 4th time staying here everybody from Kelly the general manager to the assistant manager all away to the complete staff including Jessica and Meredith... Even the house keepers and the rest of the staff always welcoming us

The visited was okay but the room had a smell in it

The hotel is clean and in the middle of everything in Valdosta. We had been evacuated and the GM, Kelly, went out of her way to help us and allowed us to bring in our pets.

Nice simple atmosphere, well appointed lobby. Small but clean pool.

This place is horrible. For $209 you would expect much more. Way too many things to list. The only reason I gave it two stars was because of the nice office chair in the room. I wouldn't stay here again. :(

Great service, good location. Close to many restaurants some within walking distance.

Maybe because I'm a Yankee I'm not used to such a pleasant and helpful staff. I arrived early for check in after driving several hours and the happily moved things around so I could get in my room a bit early and relax. The hotel is very clean and up to date, and room was as well. Nice bed and furniture, nice bathroom too. Looks to be nicest accommodations in the area.

Comfy beds, free breakfast, clean and the front desk was super nice!

Friendly, clean, quiet, good food. Hope to stay there again.

Not bad, but needs to be renovated soon. Overall a good stay.
