Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I travel frequently for work and I m always pleased when hotels take care of their rewards members. From the moment I walked in the lobby, the employees on duty were very attentive. I ended up ordering room service and the food and timeliness matched the experience at the front desk. Will definitely be returning in the future.

The night staff at check in was over the top nice and even though we kept interrupting her while she was trying to get all her duties done before the next shift, she welcomed us with a smile and some giggles. I wish I had gotten her name to write a note to the manager on how accomodating she was. The breakfast server was also fantastic. She came out showed me all the teas, placed our orders, and the cook had her on the way back before I could get sugar in my tea. Only drawback at breakfast was no strawberry jam. We would definitely stay here again in yhe future.
We were her for Valdosta State graduation hotel was nice the we did not eat the breakfast parking is tight but the stay was alright.
Rooms were clean, bathrooms ,would be nice if they had fans, quiet, breakfast could be a little better. They.need new Toasters, took forever to toast a bagel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again
I stayed here while taking my son to Wild Adventures for the weekend. The staff..everyone from the hotel manager, hostess, dining, even the maintenance guy who lent a screwdriver to put batteries in my son's RC car, were incredibly awesome. My son didn't want to leave. I would highly recommend staying here when in the Valdosta area.

Baseboards were missing from the lobby. I was ignored on checkin while one person checked their phone. I was literally two feet from her. Another noticed me waiting and came over to check me into my room. The elevator floor was filthy and had trash on the floor. The first room I received smelled bad and the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned (photos included). I literally walked in took photos and took the filthy elevator back to the lobby to request another room. Had I not been so tired, I would have gone elsewhere. I will definitely think twice before staying at this location again.
I love everything about this place, especially their beds and pillows but the do need better lighting in the bathroom.

We stayed at this location on New Years Eve driving from Ohio to Fl ; We Are Hilton Honors Members and everything was first class all the way the property was clean, mask required upon entering lobby; Check in was seamless and everything of course was thoroughly explained . Our rooms was very clean and updated we had all the amenities and toiletries we needed. The front desk staff was amazing and of course we had 2 bottle of water waiting in our room this was by far the best service I highly recommend thank you guys again for the best service for us and the kids we we re traveling with.
Room was okay. Carpet in the room was disgustingly dirty! Couldn't eat free breakfast as they were pulling down the wallpaper around the dining area at breakfast area and pulling apart the furniture. Absolutely disgusting to have this area opened and serving!!!
Beautiful hotel with great staff. They have sleep number beds too!
Wouldn't answer phone at front desk. Sleeper sofa sheets were dirty (cookie crumbs or something). Air conditioner was extremely loud and didn't seem to change room temperature at all.

One of the best hotel stays I've encountered! The location of the hotel was perfect.The front desk staff was very attentive to the needs of the guests. Check-in went smoothly; the front desk attendant was very friendly. The room and the bathroom was very clean. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond what I asked of them. I truly enjoyed my stay here. I will definitely be staying here again.
Very clean facilities and friendly staff. Room was more spacious than I anticipated. Very close proximity to shopping, food, and the interstate. Only downside was the really sketchy hotel right next door.

The hotel is very nice and quiet. Our first room was not clean, but the lady at the front desk immediately gave us another room and a free breakfast ticket. The secind room was very clean.
The staff is very nice and the bed wonderful. The price was also reasonable. I would stay here again, despite the issue with the first room.

Very nice & clean. Its location was by tons of restaurants & a shopping mall. My husband was disappointed a tad bit because hotel didnt have any antacids. But that's no biggie. Breakfast was awesome also. Would stay again
The room we stayed in the air kept running even after we turned it off. The bed was ok nothing special. We had room service for dinner and a veggie burger chicken fingers and fries everything was excellent. Breakfast was great also, really likes the make your own waffle station. The breakfast buffet was $10.95. I would stay here again& just ask for a different room next time

Cleanliness has definitely been better. COVID should have increased their efforts and it should be sparkling. Instead there were hairs all over our bathroom.

I will say it is clean. one working elevator, one broken elevator. hot tub in pictures online, but yep you guessed it, no hot tub. instead the had flowers planted where it use to be. desk person was rude and condensing to many people I observed. nice enough to give a complimentary towel by the pool, I have wash clothes that are bigger. need your room key to exit the building to get outside to the pool. however people off the street can walk into the pool through the gate without a key. great job housekeeping staff, everyone else needs much training.

This place had a little beautification construction going on but the staff was so amazing that my stay was still perfect. Valdosta doesn t have a lot of good choices for hotels so this Hilton was a wonderful find!!! I ve stayed at hundreds of hotels but this has to be at the top three of my list for the most friendly and accommodating. The janitors abc the service people walk by and smile and say hello. It s like everyone is happy to be at work. Both of the bartenders were so nice and the guy that worked the breakfast area was so kind as well. Ray and Kyra at the front desk were super awesome and just wonderful. All of the places they recommended me to eat at were spot on. They made me feel home away from home which a lot of hotels don t do.!! And because I m gold I was happy as can be with my complimentary upgrade. My room was kept immaculate and even the maid lady was kind. I won t stay anywhere else from now on in Valdosta. This is it.. I m a happy customer. Keep up the great work at this location !!
Different price than the one I was provided online. I played double. Apparently they ran out of the rooms I had seen. I had to get something larger bc that was all they had available. All that being said, I wouldn't have minded if the rooms weren't outdated. The furniture; sofa, chairs and tables were worn from use. If they're charging that much they should atleast update their rooms. I felt I was in a time machine that took me back to the
late 80's early 90's!!
Comfortable, clean rooms with plenty of spots to plug in your electronics. Wonderful, friendly staff and the breakfast was delicious! Loved the make your own waffle station.
The room was fine, but I don't have time to wait half an hour in the morning for someone to take my order. As a diamond member, I am used to have the luxury and convenience of the buffet. This location makes you wait for a waiter to take your order, even for the common Items.
On a busy morning, I'm sure this would cause great delays. Having breakfast took me twice as long this morning because they don't offer an open buffet for people in a hurry.
It's always a pleasure to stay at the Hilton Garden in Valdosta Ga. The service is great and so is the hospitality. The rooms are always clean and nice. They always accomplish to accommodate my every request. Especially when we ask for connecting rooms. Conveniently located right off of I75. It's also across from the mall. And has plenty restuarant near by.
This place is the poster child for an old hotel. Worn around the edges with the old hotel smell. Bed was horrible leaving us with no sleep. The restaurant for dinner served us veggies still frozen and then we able to burn scrambled eggs for breakfast.
It was wonderful. The front desk was amazing and the room was fantastic. So clea and homey. The french toast at breakfast unfortunately was not but they reimbursed us with no problem. Cute bar and would definitely stay again.

It was moldy in the shower and the carpet had crumbs all over the floor. Bathroom was not clean. Lamps missing lightbulbs. Mold in the shower. Not at all what you would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. Very disappointed.
