Not very pleased. The lobby was really stuffy (AC not cutting it), there is construction next door so some of the sidewalks were closed towards the Renaissance where my conference is located. The sink was clogged, there was mold in the shower sealant, and overall not what I expected from a Hilton. All the other hotels were booked in the area so here I stay. Update: As I was checking out, they took my concerns seriously and shared the management met to remedy some of my findings (ie: new sealant in showers). They shared with me to feel free to call them and voice concerns right away and they would have been happy to make it right. I was so busy at my conference but wish I had done so. Thanks to their customer service I would consider staying again knowing they are making the improvements.
