Rooms are spacious. Kinda outdated. Sometimes a bit pricey. Not many people saying here. Would come back.

Toilet ran. Took up to 6 swipes with the key to get in the door; the staff knew about this and warned me at check in. The bedding was good. The shower didn't have much water; I'm glad I don't have long hair. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling. Would not stay there again.
No self parking. Only option is $30/day valet. Breakfast was nice
I was there for an all day conference on the 12th floor. This is the second time I have attended an event at this location. The staff is very pleasant and professional, and the facilities are clean and without issue. My only complaint from my most recent experience was the food was not nearly as good this time as it was in July.
Good location, reasonable rate for midtown ATL. Nice hot tub and outdoor pool.
The room was nice, but it was very difficult to find at first. They had things to eat with and stuff in the room but nothing to cook with ( utensil wise) an didn't have a knife but a cutting board. The night shift was kinda rude but nice at the same time. We asked for coffie cups and a trash bag and it took them an hour to get them, and when we called to asked if they were still bringing them the gemtalman was rude about it and said it was only 15 minutes ago that we asked, and gave me a long excuse of why it was taking so long. But other than a couple of small things like that it was really nice.
Dirty room. No help or services. No room service. Front desk SLOW. EXPENSIVE. Not Hilton worthy...
The service was mediocre and the people working the desk were not friendly but the breakfast was excellent. The rooms are very large.
Ok. Great location, sort of new, great front desk help. Parking options. ..none except for valet $30 rate. Upon entering room, I Found dust on furniture; food on carpet and sofa. James at front desk was the best! He had excellent customer service and immediately addressed the room issues with the maids. I wasn't really impressed with room. They spent more time on lobby than wow factor of rooms. I was expecting more for almost $275 a night on eclipse weekend. Not happy. No options due to 'fully booked' hotel. Will someone contact me?
I loved the location, close to everything. The hostess was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was hot and very tasty, I got seconds. The breakfast staff kept the area clean and the food fresh and hot.
I am staying at the Homewood Suites with my swim team. The staff has been very accommodating of us. We arrived early, and they quickly prepared a room so we could store out bags in it while we waited for the rest of our rooms to be prepared. Everyone has been extremely friendly.
We were in town for a wedding. We had made reservations at the Hilton Garden in Midtown. When we arrived, we were placed in the Homewood Suites without being notified of the change. Upon entering our room, there was no soap to wash with, light was burned out at the vanity, the seal around the refrigerator door came off every time you opened the door to reveal "who knows what" that was adhering to the glue. The foot rest in the living room looked like it had been dragged across I75 a few times. The room was in desperate need of an update. On the positive note, the people at the front desk were very nice. In about 8 hours they sent someone to replace the lightbulb by the vanity and brought us some fresh towels.
Great southern hospitality! Rooms are spacious and very clean!
Absolutely the cleanest hotel in Atlanta! The staff here is seriously some of the friendliest I've ever met. We stayed 4 nights here and at an exceptionally great price. The beds are very comfortable and they have plenty of parking options.
Nice hotel in midtown Atlanta. Valet parking, great breakfast, and clean rooms. My family and i stayed on the sixth floor overlooking the city views.
Nice rooms with a good view. Staff had good recommendations for food and were very friendly
We recently stayed at the Homewood Suites in midtown Atlanta. We were attending a swim meet at Georgia Tech so the location was ideal. The rooms are clean and spacious and include a kitchenette with full size fridge and dishwasher.
Excellent service, clean rooms, valet parking and desk associates are the nicest.
Had to change rooms twice. One has no working air conditioner. And one had a broken shower.
Great location! The rooms are very spacious and clean!
Great stay! Room was in excellent shape and so roomy. Lobby was beautifully decorated and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, but their breakfast service was phenomenal. Convenient location to Georgia Tech. Would stay here again!
The hotel was great. The valet was seriously understaffed with wait times between 20-30 minutes. The "best" way to connect with them (text) bounces back after 10-15 minutes that no valet is available. It's better to find your own parking if you need to leave quickly.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The women upfront are unbelievably rude. The parking is an absolute nightmare as well. AVOID THIS PLACE!! THEY WILL TELL YOU ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER, CHANGE YOUR ROOM, LIE TO YOU AND TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE.
Very clean room, and quiet, despite being on a busy street. I've stayed at other nearby hotels (like the one on the Southeast corner of Peachtree and 10th ) and had to deal with sirens all night.
Location is convenient, can walk to Publix to grab a sub for dinner. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Though no plates, cookware, silverware, glasses, anything in the kitchen if you wanted to use it. Might as well have just given me a mini fridge. And don't go expecting the breakfast or evening social to be decent food or beverages. One evening we had cheese cubes and crackers, with Bud and two inexpensive wines. Another night, those little round bland dry cheese pizzas you probably ate in middle school. There is a tiny salad bar if you want. Lots of folks complaining and throwing food out. The hot breakfast in the morning was about as bad (think bland potato cubes and pre formed mini 'omlettes'), but a decent selection of bread, bagel and toast, etc. After staying at a local Embassy Suites a few weeks back, I expected a bit more from the food and beverages. If you just need a place to sleep, this works!!
My stay last night was unpleasant. I was waiting at the front desk for 10 minutes without seeing any staff so I decided to have mobile check in. There is no soap in my room and one of the towels was dirty with human hair. The other towel was stained so I wasn t sure if it s clean. I have to go front desk to ask for soap and towels with no apology. My room TV is not working either... oh my god. I am the diamond member and should get 2 free bottle water and I don t see any in the room. Anyway, I went to buy bottle water no problem but I can t accept seeing dirty towels....
Hilton is always my favorite hotel chain and this hotel is my first disappointment. It s really unclean.
Nice place.good breakfast.need to have something in rooms that tells where local restaurants are, times of breakfast, fitness center, and pool.
Some of their desk managers are very helpful and others are a little less keen to listen to your requests and try to make things happen. We called for early check in, got a note put in, and when we came the man at the front desk told us we would have to wait till 3 pm to check in (we arrived at 9 am). Later, when we came back around 1, another lady was at the front desk and she checked us in, gave us a nicer room than we had originally planned, and told us the room could have been available in the morning. Aside from that, the room view is nice and beds comfortable, but kitchen wasnt entirely cleaned. Sugar crumbs in a few places, a sticky breakfast table. The sleeping area seemed well cleaned, however.
Went to visit a friend staying there and valet was quick and easy.
I'm a Lifetime Diamond but won't stay here again. Had to go looking for Front Desk staff.
The lady at the front desk was nice but she seemed stress. I believe she was the manager. I believe they were understaffed at the time of my visit, so check-in took a little longer than usual.
The room seemed to be halfway cleaned and were missing a few things. I didn t bother to say anything because I didn t want to cause more stress to the staff. I understand how that can be sometimes because I used to work at a Hilton hotel. Things happen.
Other than that, my stay was comfortable.
Very good hotel; clean, comfortable, and its people are very kind. Great night in Atlanta
I enjoyed the polite service and the clean rooms. Everything was neat and well organized so the atmosphere was very appealing.
The hotel staff was great we did have a problem with cards stop working and needing them fixed but othrt than that it was ok
i've been here one night, but it's wonderful to be in a hotel so close to georgia tech and with such nice furnishings. i won't get too much use out of it because of work, but i'm definitely enjoying my time off. only problem is i'll have to wake up early for the free breakfast daily
The rooms was nice but I couldn't listen to my music like I wanted too
This hotel was excellent and the concierge was always
The suites are very spacious.
Stayed here with some friends for music midtown. You could easily fit 6 friends in a room (king size room). The couch has a bed that pulls out. With plenty of floor space for an air mattress.
Adorable kitchenette. With the option to drop off a shopping list.
And the breakfast in the morning is decent. Looks like they use real eggs and sausage and not that lame microwave junk egg and sausage links.
Room was clean, location is great. Very close to Georgia tech.
Easy access to GaTech, MARTA, tourist attractions. Convenient valet service for car, but pricey.
The customer service we received has been phenomenal. Every employee we have talked to has been extremely accommodating and understanding. Their desire to make our stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible has been noted by my wife and I. We are so impressed with them going above and beyond to make our stay feel special.
We recently stayed here and enjoyed our stay in the hotel's king studio suite. It's a good deal for the money my opinion.
Rude staff, $30 parking, dirty dishes were left in the hallway outside of the room next door for days. This place is not nearly worth the nightly rate. The valet actually admitted to losing my car, and asked me to dig through a locker full of keys to try to find the keys to my vehicle. Avoid at all costs.
Clean rooms, friendly valet and front desk, location convenient.
Rooms were fine, staff was unfriendly and kind of rude.
Horrible only been here 30 min my room was not clean there is no air the tv is not working and the elevators are very far apart I had to walk thru a garage up the employees elevator down another hall and around a corner this is sad !!!
And I checked in at 545 and my room was not serviced I had to wait 20 min for the lady to end up putting us on the Hilton garden inn side I m so upset
Had a long day of work and travel and after arriving after 8 PM, they had given my room away. I had a confirmation number and credit card on file. Found out I was not the only one that day where they had no rooms available for late arrivals. Apparently they overbooked due to a conference. Number of rooms, plus number of reservations should be simple match, but apparently this hotel is terrible at match. They didn't even add any extra points to my account, as the manager promised, for the major inconvenience they had caused. Hilton overcharges for points use when you book hotel, so the least they could do is provide you some extra points when loyal customers are treated this way.
I don't usually rant, but I'm going to do it now. So when you stay in a hotel a lot, sometimes your best way to wind down from your travels is watching a little tv. Don't expect that here. First, no online guide. I contacted the front desk to ask and NO, no online guide. Second, no accurate in room printed guide, it is totally useless.
......After you contact the front desk about it, they are no help. I asked them what service provider they use and searched out an online guide, that was no help either. It did not match up, an hour or so wasted. Finally found a station I wanted to watch and then went to the bedroom to watch it and surprise, the other tv did not have the same channels available and in no way corresponded to the channels in the other room. It wasn't even available on the other tv......how does that even happen??. What's the point of a suite??? I have now wasted a good 2 hours of my night and still haven't even caught a whole show. Alright, the hotel is nice so far but if most of my evening is wasted just trying to find something to watch, then its not worth it. I travel a lot and this is not ok. The response I got from hilton was deplorable and has prompted me to switch to Marriott for my future stays..a good 50 or so nights a year. I called hilton and only could get a promise of a future email reply. Good grief, Mon-Fri I am at a hilton hotel more than I am my own home, which, btw, I have a tv guide channel/listing. All I really needed was just a little help finding tv listings or just someone to pass along my requests for the future. I did a hypothetical phone call to Marriott with the same situation and got a way better response than all my phone calls tonight to hilton I spent dealing with this and it only started out with just a little frustration over tv channels. Although I have stayed at hilton exclusively for the last few years, their total lack of caring/and or response to my frustration tonight has prompted me to change to another hotel chain......really?????
Follow up.......now I am at breakfast....sad to say. Once again, really? Steamy grey sausage? Ice in the OJ? That was a nice watered down drink. I have seen numerous people throw their entire plate of food in the trash. Glad I just opted for a bowl of cereal....but would have been nice if they actually had whole milk.
Thankfully one more night to go and never again.
I thought this was so thoughtful. If you're like me I always forget something. They had everything I needed for my staycation. Thanks.
You have to valet and pay for parking. As much as this hotel cost. What a joke.
Large rooms, comfortable beds, friendly employees, good breakfast and good location.
Nice suite. Plenty of room, clean. I wish there was a bathtub with the shower, but everything else was great!
Nice stay, with clean fresh linen and quality service.
The staff were very friendly and courteous, and the rooms are well-kept and clean. The breakfast is also decent for being free.
Nice room and lobby. Parking was expensive ($33 a night).
Homewood Suites is a beautiful, clean and reasonably priced hotel. The hotel is not in the best location if you are from out of town due to the fact the hotels entrance runs parallel to Interstate-75 which is a recipe for disaster if you missed the entrance to the hotel you may find yourself circling the Interstate-75 to double back to the hotel. The guy that mabages valet is a nervous wreck expect to wait up to 20 minutes...best case scenario for your vehicle, valet is EXTREMELY slow, confrontational and will make a zillion excuses why he can't get the car in less than 20 minutes. The solution...call from your hotel room to request valet service 20 to 30 minutes before you need the car. Oh! The restaraunt inside opens at 5pm EST. Room Service is available before 5pm however, I don't like not having the option to choose my preference. This hotel is not on my list of Top 10 favorite hotels in Atlanta it is too big of a hassle to park and the 5pm dining time is far too restrictive for my lifestyle!
Service has been okay. They aren't the most pleasant to interact with, but always seem to help in the end. Complimentary dinner was very nice, but not the best food. Complimentary so can't complain too much. Breakfast was actually very good. Room is clean and well kept. Beds are comfortable. Overall a three to four star experience out of five.
I like this hotel. It's clean, cozy, and the staff are incredibly nice and friendly. I would definitely go back here again!
Clean spacious rooms and nice staff. Close enough to walk to nice places to eat.
I recently had my room door rigged and my room was broken into by the CLEANING STAFF they stole my backpack worth of $10,000 or more of cameras equipment and they said their cameras weren t working to catch anyone walking into my room
Convenient midtown location, hotel has some updated amenities and is about what you'd expect from a typical Homewood Suites.
Great hotel with fantastic service and excellent breakfast and clean rooms.
Omg I cant say anything bad about this place I enjoyed my stay all 5 days I truly didn t wanna leave breakfast was delicious staff wasn t friendly but not snobbish either (smiling never kills anyone)
Parking is a tad bit expensive at least you have in and out privileges my room was clean the shower water I hovered it (hot hot just how I like it)
Very convenient location
Nice weather in July
Will definitely return again
Great staff. Clean rooms. $30 to park. Its the best option I checked nearby lots. Evening socials offer good food and drinks
Great hotel with easy access to Midtown sights and business, MARTA, the connector, and Georgia Tech.
The staff is super friendly and helpful in assisting me figure out some logistical questions I had. The room was spacious and well appointed. Best of all, the room rate was much more reasonable than other hotels in the area.
I stayed for two weeks at the Homewood Suites in Mid Town Atlanta. I travel a great deal for business. All things considered, I was very happy with this hotel and would stay here again. The room was great. The Manager's reception was great. The staff were great. The only two things that I did not like was the unreliability of my room key and the mandatory valet parking.
Great rooms ... Corner rooms are fantastic with a curved window surveying dtown atl.
It's good for a Homewood. Service is a little "why are you bothering me", exterior doors are locked 24/7, not at posted times (annoying to look for your key to get back into the lobby at noon), but the rooms and AC were great.
The room was very nice! $33 for parking seems a little high though....
Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and lovely.
