Location was great, walking distance from bars and restaurants. Rooms are more than we needed and price was great!

Convenient location. Welcoming staff. Good meeting room.

Parking is expensive although the same contracted company offers parking at 1/4 the price. Other than that, the staff is beautiful and very pleasant and it's beautiful inside. I'd definitely stay here again.

My family and I had an awesome time the staff was wonderful and Chef Derrick at The Garden Grill and Bar is The Truth! The rooms were well kept and spacious. Please keep in mind you will pay for parking $30 a day which for the location you are in walking distance to everything.

They told me one price and then when I arrived they charged significantly more per night. Watch out! The bar in this hotel closes. Don't forgot about the additional $36 per night they charge you for parking! Ripped me off and ruined my buzz... Terrible hotel.

Was ok. Location was great but hotel was run down. Broken lamp shades and dishwasher was broken and filled with dirty dishes.

This By far was one of the worst experience i have had with any hotel. 1st I put in to a room with no heat. So they change my room which was no problem. Then here come the problem BED BUGS. I was awaken by bed bugs extremely disgusting, so i went to the lobby and the person at the desk act like he does not care, Or as if it happens all the time and offer another room on another level which was ok , so I go check out the other room and before you know it BED BUGS in the second room . Good things for cameras because i recorded it from both rooms, Just a horrible experience had to find a hotel at 11 pm because of this, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!

We called to book a room on July 22nd, 2016 around 10:08pm. After I asked if they had any rooms available, she stated that they did in fact have rooms available. I asked if they had any military discounts, and she said, after keeping me on hold for several minutes, quote "we don't have any military rooms available this weekend." Apparently, military guests are second rate guests. We would have paid the full price of $174, as we love staying in Hilton hotels, but after that treatment, we will be reconsidering staying at any Hilton hotels again. We were unaware military guests were considered to be 2nd class guests. Apparently, you don't get as nice of a room if you ask for a military discount, if they only have certain rooms available for you?!

Ordered room service and was told the wait would be 45 minutes. An hour and a half later still no food. I called to cancel due to it being late and needing to get some sleep for an early report for work. I was offered free breakfast the next morning...gee thanks! I thought breakfast was already free....

Really nice room...especially loved the separate living area with kitchen, desk, etc. Breakfast was good too.

This is my go-to hotel in Atlanta. I admit that I usually stay on the Hilton Garden Inn side but both options are well managed and have amazing staff.

Nice remodel, friendly staff but bathroom cleanliness lacking.

My room was swapped out from what I booked. I intentionally booked a 2Q with a sofa because I had 5 family members. When my wife was checking in, the staff blamed it on me (what I reserved). I produced my reservation indicating the 2Q room when I stepped up. The response changed to "sorry, we're full".

I won't be back.

Stayed there 3 days. Elevator broke down twice, no sheets in the room, fire alarm malfunctioned, floors in the room were dirty.

Comfortable, homey, and joyful. they don't have free parking for residents which can run you $$.

Nice rooms and good service. Very tasteful and pleasant decor. As a heads up valet only parking and it does cost $30 per night for guests.

Clean and close to midtown restaurants. Suites have sofa sitting area and fully stocked kitchen.

Extremely clean on the inside, big pool but the pool wasn't cleaned very well at all, lots of dirt and hair.

The room is spacious, nice facilities and location.
Breakfast is included but closes at 9am....not good if you are on vacation and want to take it easy in the morning
