This hotel has helped me renew my faith in people! I recently left a very expensive camera lens in my room by mistake when I checked out. After calling the hotel a few days later, I found out the maid had found it and turned it in to Lost and Found. Thank you, Thank you!

Wow. No warning that the hotel lobby was being remodel. Hotel need to be transparent so we can make another selection. Did not even discount the room... not good

The rooms here are nice. The bathrooms are clean and comfortable. The lobby is beautiful. They even have a dance hall on the 14th floor. I was here with my orchestra and had a good time. Nothing really to complain about.

I loved the view of the sunset and glimpses of the city. Great location and walking distance to Trader Joe's.

Room 317 was fine and comfortable but there's an AC unit outside that hums constantly and is quite loud and annoying. Location is okay for visiting around Berkeley, Oakland and Emeryville.

Rooms were odly set up and parking for guests is $15/day. Area is okay. Frontdesk was friendly and helpful. Wish they had a proper size pool though.

Decent view of the hills. The cookies are amazing, as always. Convenient to the highway and close to the marina.

Staff was professional throughout our dealings with them, they were also helpful in suggesting local eateries. The room was pretty standard, clean but nothing to write home about.

I'm in the hotel right now. I complained this morning that the small refrigerator in the room is making loud noises, likely caused by a faulty compressor. The front desk said that someone would take care of the problem. When I returned this evening, the fridge was still making noises. The hotel obviously has no interest in addressing complaints.

Was there for a test. Facilities appeared clean and well taken care of.

My car along with many other cars were broken into while parked in the parking lot. UNSAFE LOCATION

Nice place, friendly staff but what costs one star is the overpriced parking (Being priced at all I would say), with glass debris every night. Didn't try the restaurant because expensive too compared to the area. Windows could be improved too to reduce the highway noise and morning store opening. Good if business trip I guess but for visiting I would pick an hotel to the bay if you add up toll bridge + parking fee, doesn't worth the price difference.

Gave a requested mountain view room diamond member away and gave me a closet room with two large roof airconditioers outside window sounded like lawnmowers asked to switch after 51minutes gave me a highway loud room ......no evening manager on duty and staff very rude would not reco.mend this hotel

I had a TERRIBLE experience at this hotel. I stayed for two nights and accumulated over 40 bites from bed bugs during my stay. I contacted the hotel immediately after to report this bug problem and two weeks later I still have not been reimbursed or compensated for this incident. Horrible, lazy customer service and the room itself was not clean at all. I do not recommend to anyone.

Great staff and location. Elevators get a bit busy especially during events, but rooms are nice!
