Perfect except... same boxed "bagel, cream, cheese and strawberry yogurt" every morning for 5 days.

We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Boca Raton. The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Marlounsly. I needed quarters for the washer and she was resourceful. She went to ask a few colleagues if they had some. Additionally the breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and the hotel is quiet for a good night of sleep.

This hotel does not meet Hilton standards cleanliness wise. Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful and willing to help when we requested a late checkout while we were waiting for our company to rebook us. Stayed 2 nights and then told my company to rebook us in a different hotel because it was an uncomfortable stay. First walking up to the room there was not sticker placed on the door stating that it was sterilized and sealed like Hilton s have been doing nowadays with covid. I thought, no big deal, they must have cleaned it and forgot the sticker. Walking I to the room it felt very humid. I m usually a cold person so I keep my hotel rooms pretty warm. I had to have to air on low so that I could keep the air blowing in order for it to feel somewhat comfortable, but then I d be cold because of the humidity. It was a back and forth battle. There were tiny little ants Crawling around on the sheets ever so often. I killed probably 20 of them in the 2 nights I was there. Also saw a small roach in the bathroom. Not surprised because there were kids gummy snack on the floor next the the chair in the corner. Room did not feel clean at all. Also, the bathroom was stalked with just enough toilet paper for one person for 2 nights. I had to ask for more. But I m finding that to be a common thing nowadays. After being there for a few days I started getting a bad headache and sore throat. Didn t think much of it other than that i thought I might be getting sick. After getting fresh air and moving into the new hotel, sore throat is gone and headache is disappearing. I m highly allergic to mold and that may or may not have been the cause. I suggest the hotel look into that incase.

Nice and comfortable. Clean enough. I just think that every hotel right now is taking advantage of the COVID for not making the rooms everyday and cut all the cost. That's fine but should reflect on the room rates!

My room was clean and sanitized.
The front desk personnel were cheerful and informative. The hotel was within 10 to 15 minutes of all the places I wanted to see.
Excellent time!

Pros: Spacious and clean room. Nice AC.

Cons: Noise, there was a door between my room and the next room and noise from them did come through pretty clearly. We could hear everything they were saying from anywhere in our room.

The hotel is nice and clean. I do wish the restaurant would open back up

My name is Tequila has been homeless but, found a hotel that was in my budget. Always Loved to go here with no problems. Thee staff was excellent until I called in reference to my new reservation and Keira told me I could never come back to the property and I was like WHATTT? She said the whole room was stripped noting was left inside the room. I was speechless i just talk with Amy the manager and I asked her as well as Kiara
Why didn't u call me qe didn't have a number why did you'll call me we had no phone number. I didn't know what happened but very disappointed with this hotel and I don't want to.ever go back take picb4 u leave.

Housekeeping is an issue. So is noise. After a long day of travel, my first room was decent at first until I took a shower. The water was not draining so I reached my fingers to the drain to see if something was blocking it and unexpectedly pulled out a glob of someone else's black hair (picture attached). Gross. Bad impression, but not the end of the world. I laid in bed only to hear way more of the neighbor's conversation than I wanted to through the ajoining door. I was quickly moved to a different room which was much better, but still not worthy of the price price I paid.

I have tried for a few days to get an actual human being on the phone to express my disappointment & dissatisfaction with the Boca Hilton Garden Inn. Firstly, the room smelled of urine & mold (Room 231). I did raise this concern at the front desk, but to no avail. Everytime the neighboring room flushed their toilet, the smell of urine would come up in my room.
Secondly, WE HAD NO RUNNING WATER FOR A FEW HOURS. The entire water was shut off for the building! And it was shut off at such an illogical time!! 10pm or 11pm is not an acceptable time to shut all water!!! Feces in my toilet is not a normal thing for me!!!
Thirdly, being woken up by housekeeping arguing with one another isn't my ideal wake up alarm while on vacation.
Completely unacceptable!!
