Nice hotel with pool and and an outstanding view of the beach in the near background. Staff at the hotel restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The highlight for me were the huge wild iguanas just walking around! Loved it.
INCREDIBLE BEACH LOCATION.....the beach fronts here are so relaxing and great....I have never been on a beach like this one at Deerfield. This Embassy Suites was fantastic.....from the very hospitable staff and front desk all the way to the wood-panelled elevators. The rooms were spacious and offered wonderful vistas of the ocean and beach (the rooms located in that direction). I appreciate Frederick at the front desk letting us know that we had actually booked a room facing the road and not the ocean, and allowed us to change rooms to ones that faced the beach in ocean. He also gave us some complimentary cards to some local restaurants in the area. The spa that's located in this facility is good as well. Heated pool fantastic restaurant on site, and desire to mention access to a wonderful Beach and incredible restaurants and the boardwalk that is just a few steps away. We had such a relaxing holiday here. I think parking could be a bit less $ being that there really isn't any other alternative & we are guests at the hotel....and the exit of the garage needs a gate or some supervision...we saw a car come IN through the exit...possibly for free parking. I'm not sure if they were hotel guests or not......word to the traveler, there is no free parking anywhere in this area that I found & this Embassy charges $25/night for self park.
My family and I had a great experience during our one week stay. Friendly staff, complimentary breakfast, happy hour :) and the beach plus the sunrise beach front view from our suite was amazing!
I would highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys the beach, outdoor pool and all the added things we enjoyed at this Embassy Suites!
Reasonable price for the area. The location is perfect for seeing southern Florida. The morning breakfast was better than avg. The beach and pool were very nice, but need to get there early to get a spot. The room was very nice good view of the ocean. The front desk and manager were very helpful. They found and helped get an item I left behind shipped to me.
LOVE everything about our stay here. EVERY person we encountered (or even walked past) spoke to us. The 3 people we encountered at the front desk were amazing and gave us a 5 star experience. Our room was spotless, the balcony had both an ocean and city view, the pool temp was perfect, breakfast was great and the evening reception was just what we needed after a 23 hour drive. Oh - and there was an iguana in the pool area which the kids thought was awesome!
I nice hotel with great access to the beach, literally across the street. It was in better condition than guest photos made it look! Nice pool area, but seating is an issue. The beach has big piles of rocks as a form of breakers that I did not like in the photos but absolutely loved once we were there!!
Yet great hotel with a great beach prices are a little high but the staff is super friendly outgoing and extremely courteous. The only downside is the bar they have inside has some of the most disgusting drinks have ever tasted.
we enjoyed our stay! great room with ocean view and terrace..very kind and welcoming staff.. breakfast buffet very good and lunch and. dinner menu excellent. Happy hour was very happy..lasted more than an hour!
Used my HH points to book a 2 night stay at this hotel because the pictures of the ocean looked great. Well I was not disappointed, the view of the ocean is awesome and Hotel pool area is well kept and looks great.
All the staff I came in contact with was awesome and helpful. Stephanie made sure that my stay was great, I requested an upgrade to an Ocean view and although none was available for the first night she made sure i got the best available view for the 2nd night. Thanks so much for making my stay special.
We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The manager and staff helped us to resolve travel issues we experienced in a professional and caring way. The breakfasts and evening receptions were excellent and adapted to make them safe during the time of covid. All in all, a great experience. We have stayed here many times in the past and were so happy to be able to return in April 2021. We hope to return many times in the future.
