This is one of the worst Hilton I have ever stayed...

This is one of the worst Hilton I have ever stayed in terms of Front desk Service quality as well as room service and back office response.

When we checked in, the room was not cleaned and there was urine on the toilet seat and hairs in the bathroom tub . I called the room service mainly back office and asked them to send someone to clean it up and they did it.

But, They forgot to clean the room again on the second day. I called back office twice and stop by at the reception almost 5 times between 4pm and 9pm and asked them to send someone to clean our room. The last person I talked at the reception told me that the room was cleaned but when I come to the room, it wasn t. Finally, one of the senior employee come to check the room at 9:30pm and he recognized that, the room was not cleaned during the all day. He took a pictures and apologized about this inconvenience and sent somebody to clean the room. They did not even offer to change the room as a fast solution to satisfy the customer. They just let us wait for the cleaning at the middle of the night almost another hour.

There are so many personnel working at this hotel but they don t know how to give a service to their customers complaints and this hotel service quality is not a Hilton standard. It is such a shame for Hilton having such a poor service at this location.

The Hilton Corporate office should read my review and send someone to this hotel for an auditing regarding their front line and back line processes as well as data logging systems for customer complaints and personnel responses to those complaints.

I will never stay again at this hotel and not recommend to anyone...
