Nice hotel. Very clean. They had to change my room because my refrigerator didn't work. They were very nice and have me a new room with a working refrigerator. They also have me a complimentary grab and go breakfast card for me troubles. The location of the hotel was great. I was only 15 minutes away from most places I needed to go.
First off the receptionist i had, Matthew, was incredible! From a smooth check in, to smooth transitioning short conversation, to being very helpful. Matthew is in part why this is 4 rated instead of 3.
To sum up the stay here it definetly does meet its value. Don't get caught up in the cover photo or the name executive and you'll be good. This is a place that in the early 2000's would have been considered top notch, but in 2021 the amenities of the room are a little dated. It could use a little TLC. But when you lay down you'll almost surely sleep well.
So if you're on a business trip and not really trying to site see. There's not much in the area so for the price range its in it definetly meets the value!
I am very disappointed. My first room (non-smoking smelled like a cigarette factory, the toilet had hair on it and the sheets were filthy. Moved to another room and I just asked for clean sheets and some spray to do the room myself because I m pregnant, tired and my 10 year old and I drove 9 hours to get here . The lady at the front is upset because I complained but the gentleman was very nice (3rd shift) we arrived at 1 am.
I must say that I stayed in many hotels around though I enjoy more in Hilton. The staff particularly whom I met at front desk, Michael was outstanding. Knowing that coffee was not available in the room and I could have gone down though he joyfully came upstairs 7th floor. I believe the customer service standards in Hilton are top notch.
Lovely place. Good location. Beds are very comfortable and room is generous. I felt very safe walking my dog around here. Be aware there is not a fridge or microwave in the room. There are 2 community microwaves in the lobby. If you book a pet package which allows your dog to stay also, the front desk is unaware of it so you won't get the perks that go along with it. Easy contactless entry and booking with the app. Will stay again next year when traveling from south to north.
We loved our stay! Special shout out to Tiffany who delivered stellar customer service and went above and beyond to make our stay really enjoyable! Clean and comfortable rooms. Great fitness center. We miss the usual breakfast, but under the circumstances, we were provided with a great substitute! Would definitely return!
I found the staff to be absolutely outstanding. But the Room had no refrigerator although it had a cabinet for one. The air was set to 50 but didn't cool down. The network speed is so slow all you get is the spinning circle of delay. So I can't give this place a 4 star rating.
The front desk manager Mr. Michael Christian was friendly and helped with an upgrade to our wonderful room. Excellent customer service and the room was exceptionally clean. Loved our stay.
No complaints here. Rooms were clean bed was comfortable. Loved the water wall across from the front desk in the lobby and the staff was amazing. Super friendly and very helpful when needed.... And a big thanks to mike for fixing the room mix up. Your awesome!!!
