I must say that I stayed in many hotels around though I enjoy more in Hilton. The staff particularly whom I met at front desk, Michael was outstanding. Knowing that coffee was not available in the room and I could have gone down though he joyfully came upstairs 7th floor. I believe the customer service standards in Hilton are top notch.
