Very good and Business class hotel but the surrounding is not good
Took 20 mins to enter hotel , huge jam in entry gate, mismanagement.
I had IELTS Exam today but no refreshment served after the exam it should have served as British council pays heavy examination fee.
The hotel maintains good standards. I like the location of the hotel as it is close to both Noida and Delhi. Metro is also close by and it is easy to locate and reach.
Nice ambience
Well mannered staff
High Food Quality
Big assembly hall
Automatic escalators.
Location average
Hotel front view is poor

I was pleasantly surprised by the Holiday inn in Noida Mayur Vihar. The service was outstanding in nearly every area. The lobby is quite luxurious for this brand of property. You wouldn't expect it to be this nice at a Holiday Inn in the states. The staff is incredibly friendly and really makes sure you are taken care of. I had a few small issues, My TV went out and my room service order was forgotten one night In both cases I called the lobby and the issues were handled swiftly and with just the right amount of apologies and service to show that they cared. The food from room service was amazing. Really high quality and tasty. The rooms are not spectacular but just the quality you would expect at a mid-range business hotel. There were a good selection of pillows, an ironing board and iron and a safe. I really liked that the housekeeping person could see that I drank a lot of coffee in the morning and left extra for me each day during my stay. I love that nice touch very personal. Overall I was very happy with the hotel and the service.

KYLIN , HOLIDAY INN
If you swear by Asian food and wish to indulge in some healthy yet delectable delights, head straight to The Kylin at Holiday inn Mayur vihar for a soulful experience. This place has a comprehensive organic kitchen menu with an illustrious range of fresh, natural and local produce to cater to each palate. The menu highlights traditional Asian recipes that are made in Teppanyaki-style to make the experience full of flavours that are inculcated in various dishes using ingredients like soya sauce, fish sauce, sake, mustard, sesame, chilli, and ginger, among others.
We started with Chicken grilled on skewers and charcoal fire, which gives the dish its woody flavour really delicious along with Tempura a Japanese dish in which fried seafood (prawns, shrimp, crab) and Vegetables they are deep fried in a batter & went great with the drinks . There's also sushi on the menu that completes the Asian circuit and does justice to the Japanese favourite. The rolls are well constructed and the flavours just right. . In mains we had Green Thai curry with the clean flavours of fresh basil and herbs really wonderful with vegetables. The dish certainly hits all the right notes of sweet, sour, spicy and bitter, a balancing of flavours which is the ideal of Thai food . I have a sweet tooth so cant leave without desserts so we had Basil Ice Cream light and refreshing perfect for evening to end on a sweet note .
I would definitely go back for the interesting drinks and fantastic food. It also helps that the music is fun & the service is attentive . Spl Thanks to the Chef for a wonderful food and presentation .Highly recommended for an evening out with friends.

Visited Holiday Inn Mayur Vihar today for lunch with my friends.
I was confused which one to go for Kylin or Cafe on 3.
I had Asian food months back so we all decided for Kylin.
Interior and ambience of Kylin is awesome.
We started with Prawn, asparagus and crab sushi.
Sushi here are very good. I use to hate crab sushi from my past experience but today I came to know how good crab sushi can be made.
One of my friend is dimsums lover aglfter debate on what to order we ended up ordereding three types of dimsums: Chicken, Corn(veg) and Prawn. All were good.
At the end we ordered fried icecream this was somethi g unique which I had for the first time icecream inside a spring roll. It was WOW!!.
Next in dessert, I had Brownie with vanilla icecream.
Chef dhondup came and asked for a feed back.
Overall my experience was amazing. Will visit cafe on 3 some other day.
A great place for buffet. Nice & friendly staff.. One of the best hotel in Delhi
The kyalin chinese restaurant in Holiday inn Mayur vihar 1 is must visit for chinese food lovers.
Classy ambiance, polite staff. Recommended for a short stay.
The rooms , service are exceptionally good while the location isn't some thing I would prefer.
Well name suggests is worth than a hotel!! Make sure you are OK with western toilets with papers! No one can put a review like that..
Kylin the experience that was not just Amazing but A Laziz affair. Being baby of the most reputed brand of the hospitality sector, Holiday Inn, Kylin has truly lived up to the expectations of the Mother brand.
It is an exquisite fine dining In-house Restro that serves you an Amazing variety of Japanese and Pan Asian food like Sushis, Bao, Dimsums, Teppanyaki, Robatayaki Menu straight from the Wok tossed and turned with Flavors and bites.
We went in a group of 4 adults and 2 kids, and it was a pleasurable dining experience. Our Luncheon started with Mocktails: Recommended ones:
We ordered Assortment and miniature tasting platters of Sushis and Dimsums as that's the best heard about for Kylin. In Dimsums we tried their Vegetarian versions comprising of Tofu and veggies, Almond and Broccoli; Snow peas, Mushroom and water chestnuts, Mix veg and lotus stem sui mui. In Non- Vegetarian, we tried their chicken coriander and ginger prawns. Each one of the variant had a peculiar taste and absolutely delicious. One of the best Dimsums we had ever relished.
Famous for their Sushis, their handcrafted Sushi suits Indian taste palate utmost. We had their: Crunchy Yasai Roll, Vegetable Philadelphia Roll, Asparagus Tempura Roll, Quinoa Sushi Roll. In their, Non-vegetarian variant, we tried their Classic Prawns California Roll and Philadelphia Roll.
After tasting their specials, we also ordered few starters. Baby potatoes in crushed pepper were simply lip smacking and tossed in Asian greens.
We also tried their Tossed chicken with bullet chillies, which was an Oriental chilli chicken, but in shredded style.
In Main course, we ordered Chicken stir fried Noodles, which were lightly tossed noodles in Soya, greens, shredded egg and chicken. Also, we tried their Chicken Pan fried Noodles, A hot pot meal of noodles, veggies and chicken in a glazed garlic Soya base. We paired our noodles with all time favorite Kung Pao Chicken in peanut, Thai chilli's and greens. A beautiful velvety textured chicken that complimented the noodles very well. We love sea food, and tried their two best Recommended fish dishes, Steamed River Soul Fish in chilli garlic sauce and veggies.
Another beautiful Flaky Fish was their Basa fish in Teppanyaki Thai sauce. Simply gorgeous, light and mouth melt-in. To add in little more texture, we ordered their Lightly Stir fried Asparagus, snow peas, lotus stem with ginger and scallion, which were really light and delicious.
Green Tea Creme brulee, and The Date Roll with vanilla ice cream were sheer Bliss.
The Kylin experience combined with Holiday Inn hospitality makes them stand tall and apart from the league and you can expect nothing but world class meals, yet at pocket friendly pricing. So, Why to miss the Japanese street food when you have Kylin next door.
Best 5 star in this place also have amazing service!!
