Hotel and restaurant are great, but bar is way overpriced. A negroni, which is a standard cocktail, for the equivalent of 20 Euros... Not even in London or New York. Ridiculous. For that, I have to rate it low

Celebrated my mom's birthday here. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The place is great.

Apart from small and no faucet/jet in the washroom and less channels to watch on the TV, everything is great even the food. But those two only spoils the mood actually.

The only problem with this place is the smell from outside

Least bother staffs .. They don't value customer .. Trust me they are going to suffer. The hr or the admin team should really work on it.. start sending mistre customers to check who good is your team .. The competition is so high nowdays that every moment is noticed by the customer, and nothing better than service is the solution..

There was a birthday and we found a birthday cake in the room, all excellent.

Poor service..not worth for money...i paid 8000 per day for uncleaned rooms, only 4 channels were working on tv, 8000 did not include lunch and dinner..all the food prices are terribly high..there is no microwave in the room...pathetic experience..staff is just a show off.They are asked to greet you namaste or hello and that is the only thing they do...other than that they are rude and not helpful

We ent to have dinner at the Kylin and it was a great experience. The ambience and the styling was amazing. Food was also great.

I had a pleasant stay at holiday Inn, the atmosphere around is quite, the room was very spacious, nice soothing interior, very nice dining area and a good room service.

An upscale hotel with large rooms and hospitable staff with great food. Overall a comfortable experience.

Hotel is good but location is not very optimum. If you miss the one left turn, you may need to go miles to take u turn and come back.

Pretty decent property and location is also nice. Staff is very courteous and helpful and rooms also are nice, you should stay in room on higher floors and the view would be spectacular from top... Given 1 less star as there was delay in room service twice on same night...but would surely stay again whenever get the chance

Spacious, Fancy, nice view from the top floors. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The house keeping is punctual and efficient. It feels royal to stay here.

The banquet hall of Holiday inn is large enough to cater 400 persons. It has a open terrace as well. The ambience is good. Food quality was good and variety was sufficient.
