Worst service and food. Got food poison at mayur vihar Holiday Inn.

Good arrangements as far as the place is concerned.
You have connectivity to Metro too and when it comes to hanging out with friends you will get many options

I attended a wedding in Royal Balroom - There was no signage in the lobby .
We made our way upstairs and entered the venue through a narrow food gallery , which opened sideways onto the main hall . Quite an unimpressive entry for a major event .
Snacks - were served on a small terrace , and were being cooked by novices and were served bland &semi burnt to all .
The main dining area was quite inadequate to hold the guests who were literally brushing past each other .
Food was totally insipid and uninspiring .Tawa subzi had been placed on a cold tava and had been mixed up to look like mixed leftovers.Pathetic presentation.
Dessert- the less said the better. Poorly cooked and unappetising.
Totally avoidable in future .

Location is great, but staff is not willing to serve with enthusiasm in banquets. The food is bd, should really improve their banquet services otherwise putting holiday inn in bad name

Sandeep the concierge guy and the head chef for morning buffet was very attentive and good at service customer during my stay in August and 13-19 November... other staff just so so . The room was good and location nearby Train station . At the back of hotel you can go for alcohol shopping.

I have tried buffet and found it very good and very good hospitality

A good place in and around Noida to hang out with friends... Nice restaurant on first floor.

I was in a party at the 2nd floor auditorium. The waiters were serving snacks on tissues which is not quite the standard for a 3-5star hotel. I think they should come up with a way to handle masses.

Great place for corporate meetings and parties. Lodging is also great.

Very nice hotel. Close to Noida, Akshara and Pragathi Maidan. Metro is close by. Take the blue line to beat traffic. Excellent room and good breakfast. Rooms are clean and spacious. You also have crown plaza as neighbour

Was not very impressed. Lifts, restaurant furniture carpets lower quality than expectation at Holiday Inn. Food and service was very good.

Nice ambience, well lit, and great rooms - especially the view. Also suited for conferences and meetings. The location might be a problem for some.

The rooms are beautiful and there is a bathtub too!
There is good access to all parts of Delhi within a 10-minute walk to the subway station.

Best Hotel in East Delhi and corner of Noida-delhi border, Easy to find.

A five star hotel with nice restaurants and an outdoor pool. One can come here just to spend an evening as well....
