Good hotel, location is OK. Nice swimming pool & garden.

A lot of facilities, friendly staff, rich breakfast buffet. The Non-Cypriot/Non-Greek staff members should be given the opportunity to learn some Greek in order to have basic communication in the country's language.

It s the 6th time I visit this hotel and until now it s the best in Nicosia.

Best hotel in Nicosia, it has a nice bar and restaurant.

Upscale place with superior service and very nice rooms. We have been there for a wedding and really enjoyed our time.
The rooms were spacious and perfectly in order. They offered all you would expect from a Hilton and we liked the small details such as the universal power sockets for US and European plugs.
The staff was friendly and everything we could wish for.
The pool was clean and offered even a few spots in the shade. The attached gym is great, offers multiple classes and is well equipped. My wife used the hair and makeup salon which is conveniently located at the ground floor and she was amazed by the service and quality.

Exterior not impressive, but interior pleasingly decorated. Manager personally greets arriving guests. Staff promptly and cheerfully responds to guest requests. Room well designed and appointed. Clean and fresh. Restaurant extraordinary! A remarkably pleasant stay. Will happily return.

The hotel has a lot of good parking. The hotel building requires modernization.

Good hotel if a little out of the way. Building works going on whilst we were there so a bit noisy. Staff excellent considering we were out of season.

Quick check in. Large rooms with very good facilities. Please remember to take adapter for plug. Great breakfast. The quality of the food of the restaurant also top.

The hotel has a large comfortable lounge and a spacious outdoor pool. Comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Near McDonald's and some nice cafes. Big parking.

Stayed 8 nights in a row , hotel receiving refurbishing so gets noisy at the times . Received refurbished room so condition was great. Best part of stay was breakfast and Stella was spreading positivity to all guest there .

Super Nice Hotel,
This is now the second stay in this Hotel. I am absolutely thrilled when I saw what has changed between the first and second stay. The improvement amazing!!
The Check-in was excellent, friendly and a lot of information what s going on in the Hotel. Breakfast, many staff now, everyone is super friendly, and they have time to talk with the guest.
They clean the table immediately, serve also food or bring juices to the table.
If you have this service, this atmosphere in the morning, your day will be excellent.
Pool area, the same, friendly staff, nice good. Finally, the Lounge, staff courteous, helpful etc.

Staff with bad attitude and difficulty communicating in any language. The reception on the phone informed as differently than the staff at the spa and the pool. I am not going again

Spacious room, great breakfast. Great location, great service. Cons: audibility. The award ceremony was taking place at the hotel, it was very noisy. No toothbrush or paste. But in general - 5 points.

1. Unskilled staff.
2. Bad smell in the sauna and dirty indoor pool.
3. Damaged air conditions.
4. Very bad food in the room service.
5. Two days in the hallway with unwashed dishes.
6. Dirty bathrobes.
7. We call for a problem and they never send a specialist to look at it because they forgot.
8. I never connected to WiFi because the internet was not working.
9. The cleaners would enter the room if she did not lock the door.

Average Hilton hotel.. not much around it. Bennigans restaurant across the street was novel as I hadn't seen one in the States in years. Pool looked nice but it was chilly in September.

A good stay for business in Nocosia especially visiting St George's Medical School . Capacious antrum , attentive receptionists , easy access for quick and sustaining breakfast . Standard double rooms clean and quiet . Bar and restaurant very pleasant . Wi-Fi free in lobby but not in rooms .Tariff reasonable . Gym area and facilities very good as was unheated outside pool but a tad cool in October !

I have had almost very good experiences with this Hilton.
The start was bumpy, however. Despite prior clarification with the Hilton hotline that I would get a suite for two adults and two children for redeeming points and despite confirmation from the in-house reservation, we got two rooms that were not connected to each other.
However, the manager was able to help on the second attempt.

Somewhat decentralized house with a dignified ambience.
Nice pool and nearby lounge, which even offered commendable service until 10pm in October when there were hardly any guests.
The breakfast buffet was absolutely okay considering the lack of guests.

The regular stay would have cost 350 EUR / day, which would have been a bit too much for me.

Due to the temporary closure of the border with the Turkish part of Cyprus, there is not so much to see in Nicosia at the moment.

Restaurants and parking spaces in the city (3 EUR / day) can be reached in a few minutes by car.
Cyprus' largest mall can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

The hotel staff, with a few bright exceptions, is poorly trained and this can be seen in the behavior but also in the characteristic delay, if one considers that we were sitting at the table and someone came to order (if he came and we did not go) after 20 minutes.

All this caused some inconvenience on our part, the manager was informed who, wanting to implement Hilton's "make it right" policy, offered us some free drinks that we finally paid for, invited us to an executive dinner that we also paid for and took us to the airport which we also paid for.
It is obvious that the concepts "undertake" and "call" in Cypriot have different meanings from those in Greek and if he did not "undertake" this initiative at all we would leave much more satisfied.

The only things that save the hotel from the single star rating are the breakfast which is amazing, the very good facilities and some people who stand out but can not make a difference as most of those who work there would be indulgently described as amateurs.

A more general excuse is that this behavior generally exists throughout the island which suffers from an overabundance of expensive and bad services with most offering it being rude and uninformed. In particular, the accuracy that dominates almost everything in combination with the oriental-type behavior ultimately justifies the low number of visitors as at the beginning of July it would be difficult to characterize the island "full of people".

Convergence with European service standards must be their primary goal if they are to not disappear one day from global competition.

Great hotel with excellent facilities but is looking tired

We have been visiting the hotel for several years but everything seems to have aged lately

Well located, well trained staff, availability of taxis, parking,cordial and happy reception staff, every facility, tidy rooms, wi-fi, entertainment, Gym, hair saloon, other international products availability, wheel chair accessibility for disabled. Security and safety. Honest and dedicated staff.
Needs checking randomly or frequently as VVIP and unidentified persons visiting same time.

Nice hotel but could be improved to be a 5* hotel as have stayed in better 4* hotels, although only stayed overnight found the air conditioning in room was very poor which made it uncomfortable to sleep but the bed was very comfortable, not sure if water pressure was low but the shower was very week, overall the hotel seemed clean and staff were friendly wish I was there longer to give better review but then I may have only found other issue's to reduce my rating

Overrated. On checking in was informed by the trainee at the desk that they were completely booked and therefore I could not get a higher floor. Room next to be had a child that though he was at the gym... bouncing off walls, etc. Went back to ask for another room the next day. The same person said they could not accommodate me. I asked for the manager who quickly changed my room without incident. What gives? They do have a great breakfast and the staff at breakfast is great.. thanks.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast spread is amazing. Staff is very friendly. The room was comfortable and modern. USB ports near the bed and desk. No hard wire internet but the wifi was very fast.

The mint bar has pretty good food. A couple other restaurants are attached, so there are many options.

The pool was closed during my visit but it looked fun. Not much for kids otherwise.

The thing they need to add is a shuttle to downtown during busy times.
