I have found this company excellent to deal with. They have always been courteous, fast to respond, and take time to explain the services on offer. Gave me the best exchange rate I could find (after a couple of hours hunting about), and bought on a guaranteed forward contract - so plenty of time to pay for it. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

i frequently transfer funds to my overseas account to make further payments, this time i used FCE. The deal was agreed on call and broker told me it is all charges inclusive and I will receive x amount in my overseas account. The amount credited to my overseas account was short, reason quoted ''overseas bank charges''. Very disappointed, this is first broker via which i have received short funds because they marked bank charges to be 'shared' instead of 'own' in the payment advice despite clearly communicating to me that the deal rate is inclusive of all charges. My first experience with FCE is a bad one and I won't recommend.
