Nice clean ,awesome location near bars and restaurants. Ruth Chris is located inside of the hotel. Offers digital check in and digital key which allows you to go straight to your room without waiting in line.

Used the Hilton/Ruth s Chris for a corporate event and had the most outstanding customer service. Kelsey Thomas in the catering department and a Shannah Burden at the Hilton helped us with every question we had and went above and beyond to have the event planned for us. At dinner, Adam, our server was extremely attentive and made sure every one of our needs were met. Every attendee enjoyed the dinner and the breakfast buffet the next morning. We will definitely be booking the Hilton and Ruth s Chris for any upcoming events we have in Columbia. Also a special shout-out to Jessica and Taylor N. at the front desk for all of their help during our conference. They were the most helpful and attentive receptionists we could have asked for.

I was at the Hilton in Columbia across from the Columbia Convention Center because the guest for the convention I work for was staying in the hotel. The hotel was nice and organized and had a great lobby.

My home when in Columbia. Never had a bad stay at this Hilton. Friendly & helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, great little pool, and it's very convenient to downtown Columbia. I just wish they had an in house restaurant other than or in addition to the Ruth Chris.

I came for a work conference with a large group. The entire hotel was clean, all members of the staff provided great service and were very attentive. People in the bar/at breakfast especially went out of their way to build rapport and create a positive atmosphere as well as accommodate the needs of our large group.

My reservation for this week we're screwed up I check in Monday and check out Thurs now they tell me they do not have me staying Wednesday night I would have to stay stay somewhere else hope my my reservation for Feb r not screwed up do not think I want to stay in another Hilton hotel

beautiful hotel. very clean & extremely helpful staff. the parking garage (if you self-park) is a little confusing when entering/exiting the lobby. otherwise perfect stay in a prime location.

The hotel room is very nice, and roomy enough for a lounge chair, a king sized bed, and a twin bed with room to walk past it all. And the bathroom is a nice size too, with plenty of vanity counter space. the cleaning staff did a thorough job, the staff is very helpful and nice. The lobby is beautiful. Parking is in a garage, and there are a lot of restaurants within easy walking distance that have varying prices and good food. Only issue is to check the fridge in the room, ours wasn't cold until we asked to have it turned up. They turned it up quickly for us. I definitely enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel that had exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again for business or personal reasons. The staff was very helpful and the location was ideal. The rooms were very comfortable, as was the bedding. Highly recommended.

We attend a convention each year at this hotel and it is always a great experience. The staff is helpful and friendly. It is conveniently located within walking distance of everything you might need.

A fantastic location located in the heart of Columbia. They opened their doors to the governors 5k race and allowed registration to be held in their ballroom. The location is upscale and staffed with true professionals.

Valet staff was great. I loved having help with my belongings to my room since I had my two year old with me as well. The room was quite lovely and just what we needed. I was able to use some of my Hilton Honors points for this stay, and I wish I could say that it was worth it, but it was not. I get very hot at night, and I need my thermostat set on 63 degrees in order to sleep well. When I first got in the room the thermostat read 69 degrees. I turned it up to 75 until we were ready for bed. At bedtime, I went to turn the thermostat down to 63, but to my extreme disappointment it only allowed me to turn it down to 68 degrees. I tried to go to sleep, but I could not simply because the thermostat would not go down past 70 degrees. Not only that, the unit was on, but no cool air was flowing out. I was livid and miserable. Around 2am I couldn t take it anymore. I called calmly down to the front desk and was told they would look for a fan. I got a call 30 minutes later that said they could not find a fan. I accepted it, but I was not happy. Imagine having a weekend where you just want to get rest, and you cannot even fall asleep. I felt like I wasted my hard earned points and money. I do not plan on coming back. No hotel should ever regulate your AC. As we were leaving the next day the air magically started working again and the room was cool as we departed. This is not acceptable.

This hotel which is located in the heart of Columbia has many things going for it. Unfortunately I was moved out of my room 90 minutes prior to check out. As someone who travels extensively for my job I found this disruptive and unacceptable.

A beautiful hotel with great staff. I do feel ripped off that they don't give a complimentary breakfast. A HUGE DISS for the hotel. Really sad that Hilton can't express gratitude for their customers.

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was sparkling clean, stylish and spacious. The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was tasty. They had toast, scrambled eggs and sausage. Overall I recommend this hotel.
